We were traveling home and hit something in the road that flattened our tire. It was late in the afternoon on a Sat and we were scared we would get stuck not being able to get a new tire. The driver quickly hauled our car to the Walmart in Beaufort where we barely made it before closing. He was kind, efficient and very helpful. Without his willingness to be earnest, we would have been stranded for a night. Thanks JB’s auto and towing. You saved us!!! Can’t recommend this company enough in a world where people have become less and less kind.

I appreciate the fast response to towing my wifes car, but the driver towed her front wheel drive car backwards without the front tires being on a dolly and in 8 miles did $2200 dollars worth of damage to her vehicle. They refused to take accountability for it and we ended up having to pursue compensation through their insurance company instead. We will never use this company again and will never recommend them either. Overall, a bad experience.

I was helped this evening by JB and Rick, who made the process of having my car towed quick and easy. JB offered to call when he got there so I didnt have to stand by the car in the cold. They literally had the car hooked up ready to go in less than 5 minutes, I dont know anything about towing but I was pretty surprised. Not that this is what youre looking for in a towing service, but he also correctly diagnosed that my alternator was the problem. What honestly put it over the top though was the down to earth service. If you read this, a heartfelt thank you after an otherwise crummy day. A++

Company has pictures and advertises they tow large trucks but when I hired them to tow my truck, I got a call back back saying they cant do the jib because my truck is too big. And their picture shows a truck about the same size as mine. False advertising! Very disappointed!

Literally just never showed up, then when we tried to call them back no one would even pick up the phone. Do not use them if you need a tow. We sat and the side of i4 for over three hours and nothing. Worst tow place EVER!

First, they deleted my first review or it didn’t get published so I am writing another one.Called for a tow, at 5 or 6 pm on a Saturday, guy answered and sounded like he was sleeping. I explained that my car was in a hit and run and the front fender and tie rod or ball joint was damaged. Now this is a rear wheel drive car and it was still drivable( in fact I drive the car on to the tow truck ( different company) and it was fine...now they guy texted an hour later said: he has to cancel the tow. So I called him and he stated that he will not tow it because of the damage to the vehicle. So I WAITED FOR AN HOUR FOR HIM TO TEXT ME TO CANCEl. WHAT KIND IF A TOW COMOANY DOSENT TOW DAMAGED VEHICLES.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!Oh btw for a 20 mi tow he was gonna charge me 160... where anyone else is around 100-120...Think twice before using this company
