Good customer service since I made the first phone call..I called couple companies in the area looking for the best and they are the best .The price was acceptable, no hidden fees.The driver came to the pick location before me and he was waiting patiently with a smile on his face. the driver ( Victor Gonzalez) has a great customer service, he was professional he knew how to do his job right. Waited 1.5 hours to come. Talked to a man name Ben. Very unprofessional. Threatened to cancel my toe several times if the payment wasn’t paid in cash. I had cash but wanted to use credit. He caught an attitude and stood by what he said. I don’t see a problem with any form of payment. Considering i only had used AATR towing because that’s who my insurance gave us& I also paid an extra 5$ a mile for service..so any type of disservice is unnecessary and nobody should have to deal with that. The man name was Ben that was acting so unreasonableThe driver was nice. Communicated and was on time. He also didn’t see why his boss would make a problem out of somethin like that. I hope nobody has to go through that….

The owner or whoever I spoke to is an absolute scumbag. I was in an accident and the person at faults insurance company had my car towed here.The following week 4 days after the accident I was told to pay over 500$ or my car would be sold at auction I even received a certified letter. I just want to add he was being paid by the other persons insurance for the storage. Who knows how many people they have done this to, he gets paid by twice and scares people with certified letters from the post office.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Called the at 530am with a flat tire. Was told an hour. Almost three hours later we called to see where in heavens the drive was at and was told the call wasnt even registered. Was promised a 30 minute wait, which turned into another hour. They were told we had two small children in the car, one who suffered from seizures, and being from out of town and with such a sensitive child, they didnt seem to care!!!!! UNBELIEVABLY AND UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE. We ended up canceling and calling someone else out (much cheaper, MUCH FASTER service)!! SAD HOW THIS COMPANY JUST DID NOT CARE!!!!I recommend that if your in this kind of situation you DO NOT call this poor excuse of a company!!!!!

Worst experience EVER! Do nor use this company and if GEICO try’s to make you use them as a vendor you should demand another. Waited on the side of a major interstate highway for over 4 hours. 3 different calls to the tow company and nothing but excuses and lies. These guys are out to rip cash pay jobs and get to corp contract rows when they feel like it. Deplorable.

Robert McCoy was the most professional and quick worker I have ever met in my life, I had a car with a dead start due to the battery and alternator failing and he had every tool to get the car running for a few seconds to drive it onto his truck. I cant stress enough how fast he did this all, and he took so much care into loading my vehicle even though it was lowered. 10/10 Best experience.

I wish I could rate this place with a negative score. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Each employee working there (only 3 on duty in office which was NOT enough- no wonder they’re rude) were rude and lazy but one in particular was actually smiling while trying to get me worked up. I would point him out by name but he refused to tell me his name and position, neither would his coworkers. I was simply asking for a breakdown of charges and he refused to explain it to me because it was written on paper. I was not disputing the charges, just asking for an explanation. He raised his voice multiple times, cut me off, and tried to force the junk sales person into ignoring my presence and signing the paperwork despite my lack of understanding of the charges on MY CAR that I had not signed over yet. His response was just shy of spitting in my eye. My very black eye I had received from the accident that happened 2 days prior as he would have known. I will be elevating this to corporate and have video proof of the whole altercation. I will be awaiting your response.Updating this post. I have tried several times to reach out and rectify this problem with the company and was met with even more unprofessionalism by this company. The ‘manager’ texted my personal phone number, falsely threatening a law suit, and making comments about my mother and my dignity. All this for asking for a breakdown of charges!!!!!! Crooks. All of them. Especially the so-called managers.

If I could give a negative score I would. Place is full of rude careless people. They ripped my fender liner out of my car, they wouldnt let me release my car to insurance, gave me a huge hassle to get my car out of there to insurance. The supervisor is the most unhelpful, rude guy Ive ever met. I would recommend pushing your car to its destination before calling these scum bags.

Inconsiderate drivers. The driver pulled up to help a service call and parked in front of tons of cars that were trying to back out. Blocked and entire parking lot by parking directly in the middle of the lane. I honked and tried to get him to move and he did not.

I requested service the night before through Geico and called immediately and asked to have the vehicle picked up in the morning, to which I was told my vehicle could be picked up between 8-10 am and I would get a phone call when my vehicle was being picked up. I called at 9:30 am because I still had not received a phone call, they told me that my car had been set for that window but was not on the schedule, but theyd move it to the top of the list and it would probably be picked up around 11. I called near 11:30 since I still had not received a phone call, and they stated that the driver was in my area, but then looked again and he was not, but was actually way far off, in the Lake Nona area instead of Downtown Orlando. They did not know when he would be picking up my car, but assured me that they would call. I called at 1:17 pm to check again, to which they said that my car had been picked up even though I never received a phone call. At this point, I informed my repair shop that they were finally on the way. I got a text from my repair shop at 3:45 pm that they had just arrived and were just unloading it then, 2.5 hours after being told my vehicle was being picked up. My repair shop is only 11 miles from my house, a 30 minute drive at most. In the event that I ever need a tow service again, I will make sure it is not AATR Orlando.

Awesome towing company!Car problems are never fun but I lucked out and my roadside service hooked me up with ATTR. The gentleman showed up on time and made short work of preparing my car and getting on his way. The experience was very professional and I had no qualms about handing over my keys. It was delivered to my repair shop very quickly and repairs are already complete! Thank you ATTR for turning an inconvenient event into a pleasurable experience!

Truck driver on 9/9/20 around 8:30pm on east colonial 50 and Alafaya almost rear end a car because he was texting and then cut me off. Crazy driver I will not think of doing business with them.

You guys said it would be an hour and came in 40 minutes. Then Jose made everything more easier as the process went on. Filled my tire with air then told me it was safe to go home but I would still need a tire, then suggested that I just take the tow and make it home and thats what we did. Great towing company in the Central Florida Area ! Highly recommended.

Not the best place to work if you are looking to make money. Company claims to have assigned trucks but most drivers end up slip seating trucks everyday. This is a roadside assistance company and as most operators know, roadside does not pay well at all. So if you are good with running your a** off everyday for not much pay, this is the company for you. There are way to many bosses and no one seems to be on the same page. The lead dispatcher is a hot head that has no regard for anyone but himself and isnt afraid to get in your face or talk to you like you are the scum of earth. This place definitely has their favorites and if you dont make that list, its gonna be a long road. There are always plans being brought up everyday for ways to better things but nothing ever comes to fruition. Hopefully AATR Orlando can get their act together because they have a potential to be a major competitor in the Orlando area. However right now, their employee turnover rate is astronomical and I can see why. And most of their 5 star ratings are from employees or friends of the company

Miguel was so great! My tire blew on I-4, on one of the coldest nights weve had in FL in a while, but Miguel made sure that I and my car were safe. He took it to my destination with no problem and was timely!

They sent me a letter a couple of weeks ago saying my car would be auction off. I freaked out because my insurance company said theyll take over. Now the real Issue is when I called them, some girl on the phone said yes my car was still there. I called twice and she said the same thing. Once my insurance company called me back (after leaving not so nice messages), they clearly stated that they had my car since Monday. And I first called on a Wednesday then again that following Thursday.. AATR then said that it is possible that the insurance company already gotten my car and that I can disregard the letter. Please get your facts straight. Dont put me on hold and tell me, yes, my car was in Aatr possession when fact it wasnt. I freaked out for almost 2 days

They do not have insurance! They hit my suburban with a tow truck and drove off, luckily it was caught on a security camera.At first the owner was nice and agreed to pay for the damages but after taking the car to the shop they told me to have him pay up front for the work. They said its a big problem when people are in situations like this and someone says they will pay but after the work is done they wont pay up. So I called the owner back and asked him to pay the autobody shop up front and he told me to F**k off and stop wasting his timeAfter calling my insurance company it turns out they dont have insurance on their tow truck!

Blew my tire off the 417. Miguel came within 30 mins to tow it about 5 miles. He was very nice, knowledgeable and fast! Even recommended some places to get my tires done! My experience was great with them and they were very affordable. Would definitely recommend

DJ to the rescue!! Not only was AATR very fast and easy to work with but driver DJ was extremely friendly and made us feel at ease. I tell you what, if you call AATR when youre in a jam you will not be disappointed. My 67 mustang broke down exiting 528 and I wont lie, I was nervous. But DJs Top notch Customer service and good hearted humor calmed me down instantly. My car is a low clearance car but he knew his stuff. My car was up on flat bed in no time at all. He even brought us Gatorade! I hope to never break down again but if I do I will certainly choose AATR! Thank you!

This company was dispatched to help me with my roadside assistance. The driver called to confirm he was on his way, however after two calls from my insurance provider confirming someone was dispatched, the third call said that this company could not find me. The person did not call me to ask where I was or to confirm my location, instead he called dispatch to say he could not find me. This delayed my assistance. I feel as if they should have called to confirm the address with me or question before they desert me.

This company was dispatched through Geico and took the service call and said they will be there in 90mins.... 90mins passed they called and hung up the phone abruptly. Called Geico and they said we canceled (lies). So they asked them to finish they hung up Geico and didn’t answer again . So they canceled.... They have Geico customers for some reason... Was late for work

I have to say this is the best towing company Ive ever worked with, and Ive worked with many. On two occasions, Geico sent them and everyone who has helped me at AATR (Kissimmee and Orlando) has been friendly and respectful; they carry themselves like true professionals. Sammy, especially was so kind, considerate, and understanding of how stressful it can be when dealing with a breakdown. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and has their best interests in mind. The team does whatever they can to assist and put your mind at ease. The team even tried to see if they could fix my issue before towing in an effort to save me the cost of repairs. Im proud to say they got it started (then still took it to the mechanic at my request!) At the end of the day, I can honestly say I feel better just knowing that if I ever have another auto-issue and need assistance, AATR is there. If youre in a bind and need a hand, I highly recommend calling them.

My motorcycle died on me headed home from work. AATR was dispatched and was there within the hour to save the day. The driver (Dave Santos) was very polite and paid attention to every detail to ensure my motorcycle was strapped down and arrived at my home safely. I was extremely nervous about having a bike towed, but Dave was very reassuring and professional. He made me feel at ease. Id highly recommend their services. This company was supposed to be dispatched to me through roadside assistance for a tow. After calling back when they didnt show up after the 2 hour ETA, they said, rather rudely, they never received my information in their system (though I was texted by the automatic service with their contact information). After calling my roadside assistance back to find out where the miscommunication was, I was informed the towing company had called back to cancel my dispatch without explanation. So they not only lied about not receiving my information, but they also waited for 2 hours before canceling my dispatch. Rude, inconsiderate, and poor customer service seem to be something they are familiar with.

David and Miguel were amazing they find a way to tow my sons car after someone has decided to do no good to him, both of them came and make it happen they tow the car very carefully maneuver to take care with no damage thank you both very much.

Took the driver over an hour to get to us. When they has told us 40 minutes over the phone Also to get to the repair shop the driver claim he didnt know the area so he use his GPS to get to the place which was only 4 miles away we already had look it up. He charge us for 8 miles. So i guess GPS instead to be set up to the short route is set up for the longest. Then after we paid him and he turn around to leave he had a smirk smile on his face after we had told him about only been 4 miles that he had taken the longest route. I will not use their service ever again.

Driver Dave Santos: After my car stopped on the busy 528 highway just before the turnpike exit. I contacted my roadside assistance and was told that a tow truck would take an hour to get out to my location.But after only 30 minutes my Knight in reflective wear showed up. He made sure that I was safe and out of harms way before he started doing anything to my car. Even as cars wizzed by inches from him, he remained calm and took great care of my car while loading it into his flatbed. Me and my car were delivered to my desired location promptly and safely. I would recommend this company for your towing needs. Im sure that all of the employees are just as professional and proficient as Dave was.THANK YOU SO MUCH DAVE AND AATAR!!!
