Accused me of trying to set up multiple tow companies to get to me first. Did not have the customer service skills to understand me not wanting to wait in the area for 2-3 hours while they find a driver, and that I would return when their driver got there. First and last time I try to use this service.

We have received service twice now from Ace in the past 3 months, 1st was a tow from accident to their yard, they where easy to work with to go to the car and get things we needed, even let us in the gate with our other vehicle to make it easier on us. 2nd time was a tow setup by Geico roadside assistance, it went so smooth I dont even know when they arrived to pick up the car or dropped it off, I was quoted a hour by the app and it was all done before the hour. I hadnt even made it back to the house and they had already dropped the car off perfectly in the open spot. I didnt have any wasted time! Thanks Ace for great service!

I was wrongfully arrested and had a horrible experience with the police from a truck I purchased that was actually stolen. Ace let me get my stuff and all the staff was very helpful and sympathetic to my unfortunate situation. Good job ace wrecker!

Had to have police escort to receive my belongings with my name on it out of a vehicle. The person working could of took 5 mins out of his life to walk me and let me grab my wallet to help my friend pay for the impound.

From the time I called for service till hookup time, about 35 minutes passed. The driver was very courteous and a very good sense of humor. The office lady even let me know exactly how much the tow would be to the destination. I will use them again if necessary.

If you use them to store vehichle after accident keep your receipt for life. We paid them and they bought our salvage from us and our bill was paid in full. Now 4 years later and 4 tags later we go get our tag for this year and cannot get bevause they attached a lein. Cost us $343To them because we no longer jad the receipt. We could mot get a new tag till we paid or showed proof of payment.Such crooks

My car suddenly stopped working and first thing in the morning Anthony came with a flatbed.I wasn’t expecting the friendly, professional, and overall enjoyable experience I was prepared for. Being in the car industry, I rarely see good hard working people that genuinely want to do the right job.For a job on a Thursday morning, Anthony was great. Best service Ive ever gotten from a towing company. The guy that came out to help us name is Fabian, he was so helpful and informative. He actually helped me get my car running that same night. Cool guy and very welcoming. The dispatcher didnt seem the happiest but even with his negativity, Fabian made my day (or should I say night).

1 Star would be to much. Rudest, unhelpful customer service I have ever received. I work in customer service as well. I paid my AAA fee and get a call from the rudest, ignorant woman speaking demonstratively and in an extremely demeaning, disrespectful fashion and tone.She called from a blocked number. Didnt say hi or anything or who she was. She just said, give me your credit card number. I asked who she was and she said, okay, we now own your car, and hung up. It happened so quick I was totally confused what just happened.AAA got us on a three way call and she was just as rude after I gave my card information. I asked if she could email me a receipt. She said nope, and hung up. I still have not received a receipt.This company needs a financial audit. Im sure its on the way in the near future. Just saying.Enough said about this woman. But this is definitely not a place you want to deal with even if AAA says they are choosing this company to help you. Simply tell AAA, that you would prefer another partner based on ratings.After so many similar reviews about this company you would think the company would address this behavior.

My Tahoe threw a serpentine belt and they picked me up on little notice thank you guys very much if Im ever in a situation where I need a tow I will use you again and I highly recommend everybody use them that needs a tow

My car broke down and Geico sent these guys. The man who picked up my car was early, super nice, and even moved my car before I got there so we didnt have to wait until the park opened in the morning.

In a city as Diverse as Orlando with multiple nationalities how can management be so aggressively racist and unprofessional just because you smile does not mean we cant see your attitude and how you didnt want to help us. After not being able to get questions out of the woman who answered the phone about my sons car that had been towed because he was in an accident me and my wife went to their establishment personally and the manager told us unless we had to have the registration or we will not able to get the car well my son was rushed to the hospital we really werent trying to get the registration out of the car we were trying to make sure he was well off and not on the brink of death so excuse us for forgetting eventually we went and received the registration but what i will never forget is the lack of professionalism in this establishment. As I read the reviews I wonder how this place is still in business and working with the authorities no less. The tow truck driver who towed us was very professional and nice he explained where the car was going but other than that management made the whole entire situation feel needlessly uncomfortable.

Francisco with Ace Wrecker did a great job towing my old 40ft bus. He was courteous, safe and professional. Dispatch also helped me to figure out where to take my bus because I’m from out of town. I also called Johnson wrecker, and they sucked. They put me on hold for over 20 minutes and in the end accidentally hung up on me, then put me on hold again when I called back. Ace was way more friendly, cost less money and got the job done effectively. I would highly recommend this company for any large towing needs you may have! They have the equipment and experience to handle your towing needs!

Awesome service guy on the phone was polite and very helpful asked me where I was we were on our way to Disney my truck broke down he had a tow truck there pulling up behind me in 20 minutes they were so fast driver was very friendly took us to the next exit and we took Lyft the rest of the way when we got home truck was backed up beside our house with a receipt in the seat key on floorboard with a friendly note on the receipt from the driver hope you had a nice day at Disney and gave us a discount awesome experience will recommend to everyone and will definitely use again happy customer thank you so much

Got my car stolen and it ended up in this place. As far as the customer service is concerned its not as bad as some tow truck companies. Over the phone the experience is great. Unfortunately, in person not so much. but honestly, what do you expect from a company deals with illegally parked cars

Of course people who have gotten their car impounded by the police are going to have negative things to say. YOU break the law and get your car impounded and somehow it ends up being the Towing companies fault and OF COURSE they stole all your valuables out of your car. Common ignorant remarks made from people who dont know that EVERYTHING inside your car is put on an inventory list by THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. I was in an accident that was not my fault even the state trooper told me I was not at fault but I could not afford for them to bring my car too my house due to bills. So when I went to ask the tow truck driver a question about how much the total cost would be he could not give me any answers he just kept saying I would have to call the company I asked for a business card he couldnt give me one because he said he ran out. I asked him for the companies information he told me to right it down from the the side of the truck. When I did finally manage to call the company later that night I spoke to one of the most rudest woman I have ever encountered all I asked is do you how much it will be to get my car out of the yard I told her I was in an accident that wasntw my fault she interrupted me while explaining and told me I would have to call back Thursday morning and she hung up in my ear. This company is beyond unprofessional I hope I never have to go through this again.

These are the most anti-social, racist and unhelpful people I have ever met. The tow truck driver had better people skills than the 5 rednecks I interacted with. This business deserves to shut down for poisoning our city the way they do. I felt unsafe and that my car needed to get out of there. I reported to law enforcement to keep a close eye on this people.

According to my experience, this company does not even deserve 1 star. I just called today Friday 24, 2015 at 10:26 am and whoever was the lady who answered the phone was not polite and very rude. She should be fired because she does not know how to deal with people. Customer service is an important key for a business to be success. I asked her for a quote because I needed to move a 24 feet box truck, she told me something that I did not understand, and when I asked her if she can please repeat, she told me in not a good way to call back when I find somebody who speak English. She did not even let me talk, she just hung up the phone.

.Our job is too keep the truck neat and clean as possible, get to all calls in a timely manner, load the vehicles upon the bed safely, clean up accident sites, make sure all paperwork is completed and drive as safe as possible. I feel I have excelled in every single category I listed above due too the fact I was not trained properly every single person that works here knows the drivers are not trained properly. Yet somehow I learned what i needed to know and did the job as best I can. For example they sent me on Florida Highway Patrol call in the Ocoee area On Oct,25th, 2018 a flipped Chevrolet Tahoe sitting on its roof. This is a situation I was never trained in I had to watch a YouTube video of another tow truck driver to figure out how to handle this situation because they refused to send me help. Finally when I flipped the car upright loaded it finish the paperwork, cleaned the scene and was about to leave the scene. I finally see my back up. Yet somehow I am never doing my job properly. At any point in time they can call me and ask for any piece of paperwork or picture that need for evidence or anything pertaining a certain car I have it all saved in my phone and on my computer in special files.The woman whom these people are speaking of are Tracy and GinaGina is a dispatcher and she put too much of her emotions into the job. I am not getting paid too come in and talk to you for 30-45 mins because you want to talk about a TV show or you personal problems at work. This is work not your home if you have an issue leave it at the door period. She is the type of person that if you do not listen to her complain she gets upset and thinks that you have an issue or are the issue because you do not wish to communicate with her and her personal negativity.

FIRST-I will explain myself-I have a degree in psychology so I know and understand people well. I am a class A CDL DRIVER with 2 AND 1/2 years experience. I have every single endorsement, passport and my TWIC card. I only got into this job to gain enough experience to become a heavy hauler and attempt to make decent money while also being in school. I have never in my career or life had a single ticket and I try to do everything by the book because too me failure is not a option especially if youre doing everything the right way.I am calling these people out by name and telling my entire experience.Greg is the flatbed manager. He is older and set in his ways, he does not know how to communicate properly or professionally what he says goes even though you are the driver and for the most part you are alone all the time in the truck doing your job by yourself while he sits in the office. He feels like you are never doing your job properly or too his standards. It is very frustrating even if you come into this job with experience that someone is constantly telling you that you are not good enough. At this point it is past constructive criticism I feel when they repeat and nit pick about small things the situation has become hostile obviously now they have something against you.Scott the heavy or low boy manager- I have only encountered him three times since I have worked here over the course of three months and I can say without a doubt he is pure racist every single Puerto Rican, African american, Mexican or Indian that has encountered this man will say the same thing he is racist and does not know how to communicate with anyone properly.MY HONEST OPINION AND I SAID WHAT I SAID WITH NO REMORSE.#FreedomofSpeech #Rightoreview

God forbid your vehicle gets towed to this lot on a Friday with your wallet and office keys inside. You cant get your vehicle until Monday? So...you pay storage fees all weekend. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!! Mike told me he will pick up my car at 9 am and its 12 pm and he did not even call me to tell me what happened. I have called every hour since 9 and I have been told that in half an hour he will be there and nothing!!!! Im still waiting!!!! This is unbelivable!!!!!
