I just got off the phone with a guy from this company. I asked for a tow truck and instantly said don’t have one available and hung up. Now I get, it’s Friday night around 9pm and don’t have a truck available. No problem, but don’t say you’re open 24hrs and than hang up the phone. Awful customer service or actually just none at all. I hope this guy isn’t the owner because I would be happy to never recommend this company to anyone.

I called and unlike most other towing comanys which are rude from get go, this customer service was amazing from A-Z. The response time was remarkably quick compared to most Ive ever dealt with but rates were very reasonable too. This made a what would normally be a very difficult experience very pleasurable under the difficult time I was already having.

I would rate it 0 Stars if I could After I waited 3 hours and no show of a driver, I would not recommend using this towing service. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

John is really great he rode out three times to help me and he followed me to two different stores to help me fix my car twice in one week.

Towed my car and dropped it off at the wrong address. I had to get it towed again because they said I gave them the wrong address. Going to call the credit card company and dispute the charges.
