My wife and I purchased a new 2022 Q3 a few weeks ago from Audi South Orlando. As soon as we entered the door, Leonardo Santos walked over to us to introduce himself. We were so comfortable with him that we quickly started exploring options to replace our current Mercedes lease, which was nearing expiration. I am very satisfied with this dealership. We had absolutely no stress buying our vehicle. Our sales person Leo, was very helpful. This is my Audi Q3…For the past 7 months it’s has been in and out of the service department 6 times because it rains inside my car. You can imagine with rainy Florida summers that is everyday. They can never fix the same problem, it’s not even 2 years old. Audi South Orlando has been telling us for weeks they are working on an exchange, but still nothing. With a rain storm and a light show in my car it makes driving close to impossible. And they refuse to return our phone calls!

My recent experience at Audi of South Florida was exceptional. Great customer service from Chris who was attentive and over communicated throughout the service. Also worth noting that there are COVID precautions being implemented at this location. Most employees and customers were wearing masks. There was even a social distanced waiting area. If you don’t want to wait, no problem. They’ll drop you off at the local mall and pick you up when you’re done. Service was top notch. I will be back to have my other Audi serviced here too.

Customer service is always great. Manuel takes care of everything needed to make the customer feel well served. However, everything time I go I have the perception that their main goal is make the customer expend as much money as possible instead of procure the best for Audi owners. Since my car had 25 000 miles they are recommending replace tires and breaks. Which made no sense for me. I have many years driving and I have never replaced breaks or tires with less than 50k miles to any of my previous cars. I had BMW for many years right before I got my first Audi and I replaced its breaks at 70k miles the first time. Tires at 50k the first time. Now my car has 50k miles and still have same breaks and tires they wanted to replace 30k miles ago. Now I very sure it is the right time to replace them. The quote for tires and breaks is close to $4.000. I would love to trust whoever is taking care of my car service and being sure they are always giving me the best recommendations and not having the feeling they are trying to empty my walet instead.

Terrible experience with the service department. Dropped my car off for what I believed would be minor work to repair a punctured tire. I was misled about my repair options and was advised that my tire could not be repaired, which is inaccurate info per a local tire shop. In reality, the service dept just doesn’t do that type of work, why I understand why, but instead of informing me of my options, they advised that it would be impossible to patch. Just a real scammy experience. No mention of the unrelated possible electrical issue that was being looked at as well. They also offer to vacuum your vehicle at time of service. That wasnt done either. Audi vehicles are great, but I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for any work not related to warranty. I also just replaced my wipers recently and they were trying to push me to replace those as well.

I had to stop by the dealership to see whats going on with the car. Of course I did not have an appointment or something, but these folks were able to set me up with a loaner quickly and took my car for inspection. Completely disappointing. I’ve visited this dealership before and have always been attended by extremely attentive and professional personnel. Like many people these days, I was shopping for the best deal. I returned today to potentially get a value for my trade and seek options for leases & was attended by James. James was short, bothered and unprofessional. I’ve never dealt with anyone so sleazy and unpleasant before... not even at a used car dealership. It’s not the experience you’d expect from a luxury brand. I usually don’t write reviews but I don’t want anyone to experience what I experienced today nor do I feel that this is the service that Audi’s reputation is known for providing. Shopping for a new vehicle is already a stressful process and the last thing that anybody should feel is uncomfortable and ridiculed. If James wasn’t in the mood to attend anybody he could’ve said that and I would’ve scheduled an appointment for another day or with someone else. But sitting across from someone who was clearly uninterested in providing me with a service and more focused on dismissing me is unethical. Overall, I hope that this review can be a direct indicator to management of some employees lack of respect and customer service skills.

Received my annual car service and everything was completed correctly and service team was nice and helpful. I was able to schedule a car to take home during my service so I could continue to work at home. Only downside was there was a delay so I had to come back the next day to pickup my car as it could not be completed the day I dropped it off. Otherwise, great service over all!

Good service once I was able to talk to someone to schedule the service. I would call and get the main desk. She would transfer me to service, I would sit on hold then they would disconnect me. I tried emailing the Service Manager to complain and his email was discontinued. Once I finally was able to talk to someone I had to schedule more than a week out so scheduling and availability not great.

Truly a walk in the park. Our biggest challenge was adding vehicle to our insurance at a reasonable rate…lol and that was on us. Bought a used car from their Auto Nation. The car was priced fairly and in good shape and as advertised. They were prompt to answer my inquiry and set up an appointment to view the car.However, once I arrived the salesman didnt seem very interested in the sale. They were unable to deal with my financial institution. I didnt bring a checkbook and they were unable to allow more than $3000 on a card. Had to drive an hour back to my house to get the checkbook. They said they closed at 8 so we made it back at 7:45 and then they made us wait 40 minutes to hand them the check.Salesperson gave my husband one key and said we would have to come back to get the other. Found out after the fact there was only one key anyway. They didnt care.End impression is that if you want a good deal and you dont care about being treated well while you are there, this place is fine.

FRom Check in(Danielle) to pick up the staff here are super accommodating, fast and fixed everything. Really glad I bought an Audi and more importantly, that I live near this dealership for service.

Anthony was incredible!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles in inventory and helped me pick the one that met my needs. I got all the features I needed and more. He even got me out of my comfort zone a bit. I was going to get a boring color like black or white but he showed me that red Q3 and I was in love! He also showed me ALL the features of the vehicle I had chosen and didn’t let me leave with any questions about my new Q3. Usually when I buy a car I have had to try to figure out what all the buttons do on my own but this time was different. I appreciate his patience and friendly demeanor he made me feel like I was ‘family’. I visited a few dealerships before Audi South Orlando but I have to say that this was the only place that I felt the employees genuinely cared and weren’t trying to rip me off. William also went above and beyond to get me approved with a great rate. I wish I could give 1000 stars ⭐️! As a returning Audi customer, this was my first time at this dealership. My intention was to to simply service my car. Instead, I came out with a new car! The customer service at the maintenance department was beyond pleasant. We happen to be looking at the cars as we waited and found out what fabulous deals were being offered. Our sales guy was patient and fantastic. Very friendly and warm team. I even called my old dealership and they in fact were rude. I decided to stay with the Orlando location. The facility is cleaner and organized. I noticed they had someone ensuring that it was sanitized regularly to prevent any Covid spread. Overall a wonderful, easy and smooth experience. I will be returning and recommending family and friends to this location.

I really like my Audi Q5, its easy to drive and modern style. The best service I have ever had during my purchasing car, the salesperson Shane Kush is the best even though he has only worked in the dealership for two months, hes so dedicated and considerate for the customer. Hes awesome!

What a great car buying experience. We stopped in knowing we were in the market for a new car but not really considering Audi. Our sales rep, Mackenzie Scott, quickly changed our perspective. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful walking us through the benefits and features of the A6. Brought a car to our house so we could test drive...fell in love. He searched the inventory in the US--found us our dream car and then worked a sweetheart of a deal to get that car into our driveway. We never felt pressured; always felt like the Audi team was looking out for our best interest. Finalizing the sale and picking up the vehicle was a dream. Mac walked us through the process and even presented the car with a big red bow. After we purchased he followed up with us and came out to the house to walk through all the features and make sure we were still pleased with our purchase. Soooo happy we happened in to Audi South Orlando and Mac walked up and offered to help.

Service included a software update and was spot on. The car was received in spotless condition. However, when we arrived, in morning rush hour traffic after a 45 minute drive, we were told that they could have delivered a loaner and picked up the car at our home. Had we known this in advance, service would have been 5 star. Maybe next time.

I had problems with my tires to the point i was afraid to drive my Audi A5. i called talked with Austin he scheduled an appointment to replace the tires and reassured me that it will be ok to drive until i get the car in to take a look at whats going on.When i picked the car up Austin was not there for me to thank him and his team.I did speak with Andrew who was there when i dropped the car off and when it was picked up he very polite and knowledgeable about what was going on with it.A big shout out to the servicing team and the ladies who answered all my calls and questions and when Austin was not available they made sure he got my message.
