Most honest mechanic ever. When the Toyota dealer told me I had water in my gas and the repair would be $1000 I knew something wasn’t right. The car was running fine just had a couple dash lights on. I took it to Bob at Fourniers who checked the car and found no water in the gas and also found the reason for the warning lights. My car is a 17 year old Toyota Highlander and my sister and I recently drove it from Orlando to Denver—smooth sailing all the way. Before we left I had Bob check everything and after a few minor repairs he pronounced it good to go. I have always respected and trusted Bob and his crew and recommend them highly!

My first experiences with Fournier were very positive but then I had one bad experience in which I felt I was overcharged for a gas cap replacement and so decided to try elsewhere. After two bad experiences at other garages, I decided to give Fournier another chance. I am so so glad I did. I have now had three really great experiences. Elaine has been wonderful to talk to and get some honest feedback of the car issues and the best ways to solve them. We also re-visited my bad experience and I realized that it wasnt as bad as I felt. Elaine explained why the part was expensive. In short, having been a customer here and then trying other places in Orlando, Im really confident to recommend Fourniers and also encourage customer to talk to Elaine if you have a problem. Im sure it can be solved.

Wow. Ive used plenty of auto repair shops. This business is amazing. My car was towed by AAA to Founiers after business hours. The tow truck driver tested the car and said he thought it was the alternator.In the morning I arrived before opening and spoke w Elaine the co owner. She was amazing. Said she would have everything checked out. Within 2 hours she contacted me with the diagnosis. Battery failed.I needed the car later in the day. Elaine said she would do her best and she did. The car was ready by 3.Through out the entire interaction. I felt that she was honest and trustworthy. She went out of her way to inform and try to save me any additional cost for the repairs.I highly recommend this business. You dont find excellent service and true help like I received here. Thanks

This towing company is a scam because they make money by towing cars from people. The driver hides at the parking lot and wait for people to tow their cars. I asked the towing company cashier who called to tow my car and she told me that she would tell me who. After I paid for the towing fee, she gave me the paper and said she could not disclose the person. I definitely knew that she lied to me and they just tried to make money from towing your car. Please be careful with this company and use other towing company in the future. They are NOT worth for you to pay your money here or work with them. You should choose other towing company to have better service. DO NOT be a victim of this company in the future.

Fourniers is hands down the best car repair shop . !!Never a hassle .Wonderful service, Never tell you things your vehicle doesnt need ONLY WHAT it does!All the mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful !I have 2 cars in wouldnt consider taking either one of them anywhere else.And one is a collectible.I personally vouch for this repair shop .!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place; we have 2 very old cars and something always needs replacing. These folks are so friendly, honest, and priced very fairly!! Never in my life have I felt so comfortable dropping my car off at the shop; I even upgraded my AAA membership to increase our tow miles just to make sure Id always be able to get my car here should something happen on the road. Love this place and highly recommend!!!

Broke down on way to Port Canaveral to take a cruise. Had to be towed and AAA recommended Fourniers. We got a rental car to drive rest of way as we were on a tight timeline to get to cruise. Every employee was very polite and as soon as we walked into shop was offered a drink. They were very understanding. We turned cells off because of international travel and prayed and wondered the whole time if truck would be fixed and how much $. Got back into port and had a message from same evening that problem found and it was ready to go. Got to shop and they explained the fuel injector wire came lose and was just a matter of putting it back on and tightening it down so it would not come back off again. No parts, just labor for time spent diagnosing and driving it to make sure wouldnt happen again for our long drive back to NC. Awesome crew and highly recommend Fourniers! They could have made more money off of us! Appreciate their honesty and a speedy resolution! Praise Jesus!

I had an extremely bad customer service. They are very rude and they just want to take your money when your car got towed. They DO NOT take credit card and they ONLY take cash. I asked them and they said they dont have credit card machine. It sounds very shady to me because it seems like they dont want to pay taxes. I suggest everyone should choose another service place to have a better customer service and price. DO NOT waste your money here.

I just took my daughters car here this morning and have NEVER been so impressed! I was greeted by Jonathan and he was so very helpful! They looked at my daughters car and realized they could not fix the problem but recommended and called a body shop they highly recommended. They also did not charge me for the time they spent! I also met the office manager who was also BEYOND wonderful! I would highly recommend this repair shop to everyone!

My car drove when I got there. Didnt when I left. They are on AAA list but AAA has gone down too. Im sticking with my roadside through my insurance going forward.My details are very similar to a lot of the others with low ratings on here. I just dont have time to go into detail right now. smh

Tried this shop based on location and positive reviews. Very glad I did. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than hour. The cost was very reasonable for the work they completed. I prefer to frequent privately owned business and this is a good one. I will certainly be back and will refer my friends and coworkers for their automotive needs as well.

This review is long but I encourage you to read it. I dropped my BMW off when they opened at 8am to have it looked at. This place came recommended but also had mixed reviews, still I gave them a shot. Initially they were very open to looking at it and even offered a discount for doing so. The reviews did state that if you don’t schedule an appointment you could wait a while, but little did I know what A WHILE truly meant.I called around 1pm later that day for a status update and was told they would know something end of day, 5pm. I was in the area around 4pm and noticed my car was not moved from the spot I parked it in at 8am. I asked what was going on and they mentioned they were running behind but promised to call at closing to explain everything that came up during the system scan of my car and that it was next to go up on the lift. No call at 5pm.I got a ride there the next morning and when I asked yet again what was going on, I was told that it was for sure going to be looked at and I would be notified before 12pm and that I was not called yesterday because of the bad storm that hit and they had to handle that. This is FL and it storms all the time so how does that have anything to do with you having my car for a whole day and doing NOTHING with it. Your power did not go out so what was the rain really preventing?! Still I exercised patience and left, again, and waited for a call, again, and no call at 12...or 1...so I went up there and at 2pm my car was still in the SAME SPOT and had not been looked at. The reason...we are still trying to figure out the codes. Meanwhile I see techs sitting down eating lunch!Long story I know, trust the experience was longer but this place is very bad at communicating and conducting business on a customer service level. If you want your time wasted then go here.

My family and I have taken different cars to them for different problems through the years. We have always been very happy with the quality of service, staff and reasonable pricing. I recently had an issue with my car that was very difficult to solve but they continued to service that car until they found the problem at no additional costs. The owners care about their business and know that the work they do on each and every car is a reflection of their reputation which they care very much about. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A good autoshop is hard to find and this one is a gem!!!

I cant recommend Fourniers highly enough. Owners Elaine and Bob are extremely helpful and honest and very protective of their clients. Elaine offered to call the shop that had botched up my oil pan. (I made the mistake of going to another place because it was near my grocery store.)They helped me care for my aging car without charging me gobs of money and even made recommendations on new ones, warning me off of ones they had bad experiences with and recommending one that they knew would have a great warranty because of how much I drive. I finally bought and hope not to have the new car in for service for a while, but I hope that if you need a mechanic youll give them a visit. Quality people, quality work.

On 9/8/2019, I parked in indicated spot for the business Paris By Night Bakery on 128 N. Thorton Orlando, FL around 2 PM. I went to the street to see my friend who was across the street in Royal Tea. I came out and went to Paris By Night Bakery to buy a drink at 2:09 PM (I have the receipt to show the time). I went out the parking lot and my car was towed. When i called the towing company, the guy said he was watching me walking across the street to go into Royal Tea. However, he cannot see if i actually go into the place. Even if i did, it is not illegal for me to go across the street and go to conduct business in the parking place for the Paris By Night Bakery afterward. I asked the Bakery owner, he said he did not call or authorize anyone to tow my car. I believe this was an predatory towing act from this company. They also charge $135 ($125 towing and labor fee for $10) which is above $125 allow by FL law. I will file small claim court after i file the complaint to the city.

I have been traveling to different states in a company truck, for the past several months. The head lights have failed twice on my journey. This shop was by far the most accommodating, efficient, and lowest priced place I have been to. They were incredibly friendly and patient working around my schedule. If I lived in Orlando, this would be my shop.

Can’t say enough good things about this crew. Not the prettiest shop, but don’t be fooled by its appearance. Their work is unparalleled, and I have felt comfortable taking my 2016 Audi to them, and been pleased with the results. — they sometimes run a little slow, but I’d take that any day over fast and bad. Two thumbs up.

Performance has towed my vehicle 4 times now, each time the tow truck drivers have been friendly and arrived quickly. We have had Mike row our cars twice now and he is always very careful and respectful of our vehicles. Thank you!

They took advantage of our situation. Needed to replace engine cover, plus maintenance, fast. They took our money, gladly, promised to have our car ready for long roadtrip. Car was working just fine prior, but needed some love. I was the sole owner of the car, payed off, it worked just fine. Picked car up, it never worked again. Literally had to have it towed to dealership and buy new car. Would not trust these folks. We were lured by the reviews.

Be careful. Those crocks are parking lot scamers around orlando area.They are waiting for you, to lift your car, even if you parking by mistake and you explain to them you are going to move your car, there is not a chance, you are dealing with, well you now.Truck driver should be desperated to accept a job like this or are just part of the low class world.

Great service! The mechanics at Fourniers were able to diagnose my car (broken fuel pump) and fix my problem quickly! I had to take my car back only because the part was faulty(not their fault) but since it was under warranty, they were able to replace it within the same day. My family and I all bring our cars here because they are straight forward with the issues AND check for things that need to get repaired in the near future just so that you are aware unlike other shops that dont take the time to be pro-active and just wait for you to come back with more issues and waste more money. So happy to have found a mechanic I can trust! Thanks!

I thought my transmission was out. AAA driver diagnosed as broken shifter cable and recommended Fourniers. I took it to a Chrysler dealership who quoted me over $500.00 for the repair. Left the dealership and took it to Fourniers. They fixed it quickly and at over $200.00 less than the dealership would have charged me. Spencer was great to work with!

Rhonda was wonderful in ensuring she found my VW was diagnosed, repaired with an affordable, discounted alternator and all was fixed within a day as promised! I would have paid at least 3× at the dealership! Will definitely return!

This place is a scam! They will tow your car from a restaurant parking lot a few blocks away from their location and charge you $135 (CASH ONLY). I can understand if I was parked some place I had no business but I was parked in the restaurant parking lot that I was eating at and had a receipt. This is a vey shady way of doing business and is nothing more than a scam!!! People like this do not deserve to be in business ripping off the public.

This is great place to get your vehicle looked at and repaired. They have been in business forever and value their reputation too much to be the typical auto repair shop. They worked with me and fixed a really difficult problem and charged me nothing since they only charge for work done.

Came to this place for a bad alternator, got it replaced but when I got the vehicle back it was doing something different, vibrating upon acceleration. I went back thinking they could help me out. They said that replacing some gaskets in the engine might do the trick. I paid an extra 300 dollars just to find that the problem was still there. I took it back to them and they charged me another 60 to check it out and said they couldnt identify where it was coming from. Found a mechanic on craigslist and they said it was from a bent axle in front of the car. Got it replaced and car drives fine. Either these guys are incompetent and just guessing what the problems are, costing me 100s of dollars or they know what they are doing and are intentionally milking customers for 100s of dollars. Either way DONT GET REPAIRS HERE.

Crank sensor was broken and I was stuck at the shop for a bit. Good people and the price wasnt as bad as I feared (still $200).Driver was cordial and a good conversationalist.Not a wholly unpleasant experience at all, considering my car broke down.

Was down in Orlando for a vacation with my wife. Drove all the way from PA in our car without an issue. One day will getting onto I-4 on our way to Disney World, the oil filter shot off of our engine and caused us to loose all of the oil in the car. They were already busy but took care of us because we had to leave in 2 days to go back home. They documented everything that they did, including a video of finding the oil filter inside of the car, so that we could get our mechanic in PA to pay for all of the service done. I didnt even have to ask for them to do the documentation, they started it immediately. They had my car fixed, tested and back to me in less than 12 hours. They really saved the last days of my vacation.Thanks again to all of them!

On a not so fine Tuesday morning, my 2010 Toyota Corolla’s alternator decided to go kaput.Imagine that you are driving on I-4... I know...scary, now imagine your steering wheel all of a sudden locking up and your car simply turning off in the middle of the highway.No worries, you were thankfully able to gracefully roll safely onto the shoulder.... but still... very scary.What comes next after discovering your trusty car is sick is past scary and is what nightmares are actually made of..... finding a mechanic. Finding one that won’t rob you blind of your time or money is nothing short of a miracle and ladies and gents..... I have seen the light.To be completely honest, earlier this morning while stranded and afraid on the side of the highway waiting for the tow truck to arrive I simply picked the closest mechanic’s shop where I could be towed to which luckily happened to be Fournier’s on Mills Ave.I called a mere hour ahead to advise them I was having my car towed there and immediately got nothing but empathy, professionalism and overall good vibes from Elaine and Rhonda(I called twice).Once I got there with car in tow, I immediately got helped by Josh and Dale who listened to me yap about my morning ordeal and right away knew what could be wrong with my car.Josh right away whipped out the battery gauge/charger to begin diagnosing my car’s ailments.Dale which was who ultimately replaced my alternator even shared with me that he also went through a scary steering wheel locking, car power offing shindig just as I had which reassured me he was the man for the job.Before going into Fouriers I expected the need of a car rental for a few days while my car was fixed and had already begun googling which organs weren’t “vital” that I could sell on the black market in order to pay for the car repair bill. I was wrong.I was dropped off by the tow truck at about 10am and was out the door with my trusty car good as new and all my organs intact by NOON!What started out as a nightmare of a morning turned out to be a great one thanks to all of the dreamy staff there and I simply cannot thank them enough for their time sensitive, affordable and quality service.😍

I went to pick up a vehicle here and the person handling me (Tattooed Hispanic male, early 40s) was clearly hopped up on something (slurring his words and laughing awkwardly). It was highly uncomfortable. Clearly something is off with this place. Stay away.

I am so happy I was referred to this shop. Everyone was friendly and fixed my car. I was at a different repair shop just that morning and was told I needed a bunch of maintenance done and was sent on my way when my car broke down and had to get towed. I decided to give Fourniers a chance and was told actually all I needed was a battery. That was last week and Im still running around without the other items the previous place recommended. I will refer to everyone I know.

I had some issues with my vehicle on a Sunday, and these guys had me on my way really quickly with a direct and easy fix that saved me time and money.

I went there because it was recommended by the AAA Towing driver. Simply, my battery was dead and is depleted. They said they would do a Battery/Alternator Start test. I dropped it off at 11am and went back before they closed at 6:00pm. They did the test, which took lest than 5 minutes after I got there to receive my truck. They then charged me a full hour of Labor for the test that took literally minutes and is free at Advanced Auto Parts.I understand that its partially my fault for not doing research, but I expected more Customer Service and advice rather than yeah well take your money easy.Fool me once, shame on me. I wont be going back.

We thought since AAA recommended this location we could trust them to fix the problem but they took $271 and it did not fix the problem so we gave them another $212 and the problem continues. Rip Off Artist that pretend they care!!!!

This is a total rip-off. They tried to tell me I needed almost $4,000 in brake pad repairs, transmission check out, brake fluid flush. When I got it all fixed, only two problems were actual problems out of the 5 they told me, for $200. They made me nervous to even drive the car to work, thinking my belt will break and all control of the car will be lost, when the problem wasnt even major in reality. Stay away!!! Awful, only care about profit margins.

I as a women by myself should not have to do that ...he should have gotten out of his vehicle to come to me. Worst customer service i have ever had! Had AAA tow my car here because my starter was no longer working. It was replaced the same day and I was notified by phone every step of the way. If my car needs any repairs in the future this place is my go to.
