If you love your car do not use this place. It is the Walmart of body shops. Coming from up north we donβt have collision supercenters we have body shops that take pride in their work. I picked my car up after an almost $6000 auto body repair and it looks like the hood was open there was a 2 inch gap between the car in the hood. I asked the gentleman to please fix the hood so it lined up with the car he reeked of smoke which meant my car smelled like smoke and the paint touch up was terrible. The lady at the front desk is extremely Unknowledgeable and rude.Then they had the nerve to ask me to leave a good review and if I left a good review they would give me an auto detail. I would not go back to this place for any service even if it was free. They do rush work.
From drop off to pick up, the process to repairing the damage to my car was streamline. Rebecca was very courteous while explaining the steps involved and estimated time line, so I had a fair idea of when to expect my vehicle to be completed. Chris was also great at keeping me updated with what parts were coming in and how far along everything was. Overall, it was a relatively quick turn around time and the work was exceptional. Very grateful.

Went to them a few months back as a Geico customer with a claim to repair damage to my front bumper. They did an amazing job, so I decided to go back to them as a regular customer (without a Geico claim) to fix a problem with my power window on the same car. It was like the wheels fell off. Totally different experience. I drove out there 3 times between trying to have the problem evaluated, to them evaluating the problem incorrectly, to them ordering what was supposed to be the right part for it to turn out to be the wrong part sent from the parts department; to waiting for the right part to come in again and it not getting there in the time frame that they told me it should be there. They kept telling me that its a 10 minute install, but here I am over a week later with my vehicle still not fixed. I decided to just refund the whole thing and go somewhere else. Very disappointed. I think they do really good quality work, but I think they focus more on servicing vehicles that come with a claim from Geico. Thats their bread and butter. Its too bad, cause I was about to have them look at my other vehicle to do some electrical and body work as well, but they couldnt pull this simple case in line. Not going to trust them with my other vehicles. Highly recommend them for Geico claims.
They did an excellent job getting my car repaired after an accident. The work was done very quickly and the paint looks awesome! Im so happy to have my car back.
I recently had my 2012 Chevy Sonic repaired at Orlandos Super Center. Unfortunately, the repair time was excessive. A full month to replace and refinish two door skins. During this extended repair I heard about every excuse in the book (damaged part, insurance delays, your car sat for a week because we forgot about it, it wont be ready because we scratched it and need to paint it for the third time.Two and a half weeks into this process I was asked to come pick up the vehicle. After waiting an hour past my appointment time while the car was detailed, I was disappointed to discover that the repairs were incomplete. At this point they offered to pay for my rental car, which was the right thing to do under the circumstances.Overall, the communication with the shop was very choppy. For the most part, Tariq did his best to help me get some sensible answers. However, Kat seemed to be confused most times that I talked to her and provided questionable explanations for the most part.As for the vehicle repair, it is fine. Overall the shop is nice and I hope they can get shop flow and front end communications figured out.
Very organized. Drive up and they are right there. Get out and into your rental car. Sign a few forms and youre off.
They staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful. My claim was filed through the other cars insurance and Orlando Super Center was on top of everything. My Enterprise rental car was waiting for me in the parking lot, I had multiple levels of management walk me through the process and had a phone call within two hours of drop off, describing in detail, the damage done and the corrective actions and timelines that we would have moving forward. If this facility is an option for your next car repair, I cannot recommend them enough.

Maybe 1 year ago had some damages that I ended up paying for out of pocket. did not realize cash repairs come 2nd after insurance claims so it took a while. they worked with me to get the price down as much as possible. car looks great and drives fine. they lost my floor mats but bought me a new set. paint was on point. excellent job!

Management and receptionist are friendly, courteous, and professional. Excellent customer service is a priority for them and they make you feel welcomed. Your satisfaction with the service you receive is very important. They are appreciative of Veterans for their service. This is a family owned business and I highly recommend you consider them for your auto body needs. Ill be back. Scott, Dent Wizard Tech did an excellent job removing several dents restoring back to original condition. Scott is a fellow Veteran and I highly recommend him.
Absolutely amazing service, Ive brought 3 cars here for various damages and every single time car was done prefect. Quick, fast in and out for dropping off cars and always great with communicate of what is needed and when they are starting the repairs. I just picked up my jeep renegade and was fixed within 24 hours and looked like I just rolled it off the dealership lot. Fantastic jobs everyone thank you for doing an amazing job the 1st time.
Geico was able to get me right in and this shop is like the chick-fil-a of body shops. You pull in, they go around your car with you circling the damaged areas to make sure nothing is missed, they backed up my rental right to my car so i could transfer car seats, explained the next steps and when i should hear from them. I was in and out in 15 min. They called me and told me everything that would be repaired a few hrs later and they gave me a 2-3 day turn around and my car was ready the next day! My car was fixed in less than a week after someone rear ended me. They made a stressful situation, less stressful. Best experience.
If I could give these folks 10 stars ... I WOULD!!! Customer service at its very best! If you need your car repaired, consider them 1st! The scratches that I had on my vehicle were completed in less than 48 hours. I was notified by a call or text of the progress of my car and check out was just as smooth. Thanks a million times over!
Great company great experience got rear-ended on the highway and had to have my truck into the body shop never something Im looking forward to dealt with insurance before and had a bad experience this time around was awesome absolutely love my truck and their customer service skills were top-notch was a great pleasure doing business with them under the circumstances if I ever have a need on my own for a body shop I will definitely use them or refer my friends thank you guys at Orlando Supercenter

This shop is a joke I will never bring any car of mine here again no kinda communication at all had my car over a month and know that I go with pick it up their closing up and call me and hang up and I have to call back and find out my car is ready Unprofessional I understand there was a balance but my insurance company sent me a virtue card which I gave the paperwork when I dropped off the car and they made copyβs so Iβm not understanding

This is a super place to have body work done. Owners and management really know their stuff when it comes to the work needed and the work done. Incredibly personable. Insurance didnt authorize OEM parts and it showed, these guys owned up to it and worked with insurance to make sure I got OEM parts and was satisfied before giving me the keys. Went back for my wifes vehicle when it got in an accident too based on my first experienceEdit: this review is based on when it was a locally owned family shop, and not part of Classic Collision. I hope theyre still good, time will tell
Hands down one of the absolutely worst experiences i have ever had. Went to have my car repaired here and was told it would be ready in 2 1/2 weeks i had a rental car for 30 days through my own insurance company. The shop took 5 weeks to finish the repairs on my car, I had to pay for a rental due to them taking so long, I wish that was all. They said it wasnt their fault they were waiting on part what does their failed part ordering system have to do with me ? If they cant find the right parts at the needed times, change providers or order parts quicker, its not fair my car has to sit in their shop for days before my parts are ordered, on top of that pay daily for a rental due to their preventable delays. They need to optimize their part ordering process so they are not unnecessarily wasting customer time. Its to the point that it looks like they love to waste your time.After I pick up my car, I go to drive it home and my steering wheels is wobbling when I drive. I told the shop about it and they said there is nothing they can do. The insurance company paid to repair 3 of my 4 rims. If 3 rims were repaired due to damage and the steering wheels is wobbling dont you think something is obviously wrong ? But anywho Orlando super center said there is nothing they can do. On top of that they painted my front and rear bumpers on my car and there is an obvious color difference, on top of that there is a 1/2 space between my fender and my passenger door. The insurance company paid to repair my fender but the orlando super center was real super about it and only repaired half of my fender and left a huge space. This is absolutely the worst body shop you can go to. If your looking to waste large amounts of your time and be givin a run around on every single avoidable issue this is your shop. If you love being frustrated over poorly done repairs these guys are the ones to go to. But if you value your time and sanity stay away. Being a Gieco shop I expected so much more from them. All Gieco did was try to avoid repairs, this shop and Gieco is a waste of time. Avoid by all cost, I thought that by going to Giecos recommend shop I would be saving time and headaches; I only not have been more wrong. This situation has proven to me that Gieco as well as its affiliates dont car about their customers, they just care about doing the bare minimum. Meaning if your car was running fine before a accident they are 1000% ok with it leaving their shop 65% repaired.Update: After writing this review, Orlando supercenter had the nerve to go and discuss the issues with my employer. Why in the world would my employer have to get involved in a matter that does not even involve them ? What are they supposed to do ? Pressure me to take down my review ? I can not for the life of me understand why Orlando Super Center is talking to my employer. This is the most unprofessional encounter I have ever incountered. It wasnt enough for them to give me a run around game and skimp out on my repairs, they had to take it one step farther and harass me at work. That is just downright barbaric, and childish. Instead of using their time to help fix the problem they wana make it worse. Im firm on the issue, Orlando super center you have no right to be engaging in conversation about my repairs or reviews with my employer, this is downright no only unprofessional but just downright invasive. You guys over stepped the line here, and had no right to do that. As a company I now see what you guys truly stand for.

Just got my truckβs front end done here. Drop off was easy and quick. Got a phone call later that afternoon saying that it would be a week wait to fix. They did everything in their power to shop around and find it quicker, they did so and had my truck done in two days. The color matches and warranty their work if anything happens. No complaints here, defiantly would recommend them to anyone.

Wow I donβt know where to start this place was amazing for me, this is my second visit here but the first car was totaled so there wasnβt much to do. But for my Dodge Challenger these guys really were very patient and understanding. My insurance company literally took a month to pay the supplement invoice but these guys didnβt hound me every day about the money for the repairs they actually gave me piece of mind with how patient they were. The professionalism was awesome, the constant updates, the texts letting you know if something happened during repairs, and the time they finished the job. They said it would take a week but actually called me in 4 days and said the car was finished. Now I havenβt picked the car up yet so I donβt know the quality of the work but Iβm confident that they did a great job. But this review is based solely on how great the costumer service was. I am still waiting on the decals for my truck. Other than that, Its first-class exceptional service! Very high attention to detail as well as top notched craftsmanship! The car rental service is located in the same building and that makes it even easier to do business there.
If you ever get in a wreck, choose this shop. I cant brag enough on the amazing work that was done. Not only is the shop the cleanest one I have ever seen, but the staff is so professional and clean cut. I met Kristie and Faisal once I brought my car in. They were very polite. I then met Eric who was my point of contact the entire time my car was in the shop. He was great with updating me with any parts that were delayed and with the process they were in. As for my car, it looks even better than when I originally bought it. They even went out of their way to paint my passenger door that had a huge and hideous scratch. You cant even tell it was there unless youre about 6 inches away from the door. They even detailed the inside and outside of my car. I travel alot and that car is my baby. Im extremely glad I chose them. With moving from the Panhandle down here, I thought this would be a stressor, but it was the easiest process. I wish I took before and after pictures to show how amazing they did.
After an accident last year went to this place recommended from my insurance Geico to fix some damage on the right front of my SUV. They did an excellent job on body work BUT they didnβt replace the bent Strut...underneath!!! after couple months noticed the tires were very worn out and went to replace them somewhere else, the guys noticed the bent Strut and told me I have to change that as soon as possible. After I tried to contact the Geico Representative Mr. Wiresh and told him that they missed it and I have the Guarantee and I was covered as long as I own the vehicle .. He, very rudely tells me that I drove already many miles and a long time has passed already - while in the Guarantee it stated βFOR AS LONG THAT I OWN THE VEHICLE β and I still own the damn car . I had to fix it somewhere else and paid a lot . So guys after you get any work done over at this place please check it good ...........βin timeβ .
I was VERY impressed with the service given by Orlandos Super Center Auto Body Repair. My car had been hit by debris flying out of the back of a pick-up truck and there had been a lot of damage to my side view mirror and several panels of paint. I brought it to this shop by recommendation and I was not disappointed! Steven and the entire team were excellent to work with. I didnt have to wait at all and even though the first mirror they replaced malfunctioned, they replaced it again quickly and efficiently. My new mirror and paint are perfect. It looks like I have a brand new car! Everyone was courteous and respectful, but the thing that impressed me the most was that no one tried to up sell me anything. Anytime I have gone to a car shop by myself (even if its only for an oil change) some guy always tries to tell me a laundry list of things I need to do for my car with a pretty substantial price tag attached. No one did that to me at this body shop and I felt like I was in safe, honest hands. There were no tricks or surprises - only excellent service! I will be recommending this body shop to everyone I know who needs repairs.
I will never seen such a quick and good service like the one they have here. Who invented the program is a master in customer service. My car was involved in an accident. I choose this place because my insurance have them as one of the places for you to fix your car and that was one of my best choices I have made. My car came in looking exactly like when I took it out from the dealership and extra clean inside.
My vehicle was damaged by the recent tornado (roof got smashed). Getting an estimate was quick and painless. They ordered the replacement parts and let me know when the parts were in and that I could drop the vehicle off for repair. I dropped it off on Monday. They called me Monday to let me know when work had started then again Wednesday and Friday to report progress. Friday my vehicle was ready for pickup, but there was additional work that was done that needed to be approved by GEICO before they could release the vehicle, who were not in the office. This would have caused me to have to cancel the camper trip I had planned for the 4th of July weekend, needing my truck and all to pull it. But the service manager called GEICO and explained the situation and was able to release the vehicle to me, saving my weekend. Its little customer service like that that is so important when dealing with a business. Overall even with the snafoo I went into this expecting an awful insurance experience but was surprised and impressed through the whole process. Truck was even detailed when I got it back. Definitely would recommend.

The absolute WORST repair shop I have ever experienced. Communication only happens when you get upset and demand answers. It seems that they then start to scramble while they continue to put you on hold for over 15 mins at a time to actually focus on your vehicle. My car has been there for over a month and since they canβt figure out whatβs wrong with it so they had to send it off to the Jeep dealership. Iβve had to bring my vehicle back 4 times because the repairs were never done right. They just think they get it and send you on your way instead of checking it themselves. Of course they immediately say that they arenβt paying for my rental, even though their repair shop drug on the process for so long that now my rental has gone past the 30 days. Iβm furious with how unimportant my vehicle is to them and whatβs more upsetting is the female manager there had the audacity to get into a yelling match with me because she clearly didnβt care about my time and money that I should have never needed to invest into this repair. You can clearly tell that the rude female manager is making all of the replies. Sheβs such a hostile person and I could tell from the moment I let her. Oh and if you want to try to talk to the General manager Jon? Forget it. He hides out, never calls you back, will keep you on hold until you get sick of waiting and hang up. The young kid that works there is really nice and means well, but heβs constantly giving false information and doesnβt seem to have a backbone when you need him to demand answers and get things done for your vehicle. I have been asked to be a middle man so many times because they are incapable of handling things themselves. They have lied saying that something broken isnβt connected with my accident that they could never repair, yet the Jeep dealership confirmed that it absolutely is connected. Again, the worst repair shop Iβve ever been too.
I had a great experience at Orlandos Super Center!!! They were very quick and efficient and my car looks awesome!!! There is an Enterprise Rental Car connected to the show and it was all in one for pick up and drop-off!!! Who would have thought getting into a car accident and getting your car repaired could be so stress free!!!
My insurance company sent me here and I was very nervous. In my old town, I had a shop I used for years. Well, I have found a shop here In Orlando! Kristie was amazing and so helpful and patient. And when I had questions she walked me through step by step. As far as the Insurance company goes, I was unimpressed. They could have taken some notes from the auto body shop!
Fast repair and friendly staff! My car was broken into overnight and I was a nervous mess. The employees were warm and welcoming which made me feel at ease about my situation. When it came to my car, the repair was quick, and they did a flawless job! I didnt even think about how I was going to get all of the shattered glass out of my car till they pulled it up and I realized they had detailed it for me. Hit an object on the highway going 70+ ruined my front bumper - got into OSC same day & during the holidays. I was very happy with my repairs, accidents are frustrating as it is & they did not add to that. Family owned and operated FOR REAL, business operated with integrity.
So far so good. My wife was very impressed with the service she received when she came in to drop off the car with two kids under the age of 4 who were eager to cause trouble. She told me the check in was smooth and very prompt and they even gave the kids crayons and coloring books to keep them business. I was impressed when they set up the two car seats for my kids in the rental car. My wife was very thankful for that and so was I. The set up was unexpected and was very grateful. I still have to pick up my car next week. So thats why I only gave 4 stars for now. Part two of this review will be next week.

I took my car a second time there and again they do not do a good job, it was there over a week and I picked it up it was NOT fixed right, plus the Manager Faisal Ali was very rude, trying to play down the bad service said βall the vehicles have problems from the factoryβ, kept arguing with me, plus he said that he did Not have a boss over him. I lost some time and I had to comeback to get it right for sure. I will NOT recommend this place to anybody not even to my worst enemy. I wish I can give them minus 5 stars.The light bulb was fine this morning, and one of the employees told me was flickering, so it was not blown like you said, The car was there for a week, has to be done right the first time not waiting for the customer to find the problems you did not check. When I work on something I double check that everything is right before I give it to a customer, your company does not do that, especially when a worker is rude and try to make excuses on your short comings and lied about not having his boss there.
Service was top notch!!! My appointment was at 10:30am, but due to the weather and taking the wrong exit, I did not arrive until 10:55. They were there waiting for me as I pulled up to the super center. They had a team all ready to walk me through the process. I was amazed at their guest service. It took them only five days to fix my car and it came out perfect. They did a fantastic job with removing any trace of the accident. I want to say thank you to the center for an amazing experience and will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family!!
I took my vehicle there to get repaired as it was one of the preferred body shops by the insurance company. I was happy with the repairs made and timeline it took was only 3 days. Only problem is, this shop only does insurance claim work. If you are in an accident and need your vehicle fixed and have an insurance claim, this is the place to go.
This place is amazing. From the moment we pulled in to the shop to repair our car it was like VIP service, the process was easy and painless I couldnβt have asked for better. We had just had the car repaired at another shop a few months before and I am so glad we picked this shop this time around! The customer server is excellent.! And our car looks great. I would reccomend this place 100%!!

Had the car repaired here from geico after being hit by a hit and run driver on 408. After being told by geico that the bumper would be replaced, it was only repaired which will be brought up to geico. We had change on the back floor board that was given to us by a relative that passed which was supposed to bring good luck. The silver change was taken and only the pennies were left. Instead of apologizing, we were accused of not having the change back there and another employee threatened to call the cops. What a way to be treated when something is sentimental to one person means nothing to your business. This is why Iβm giving the business one star.
This place is top notch. I went here and I was a little apprehensive at first because the reviews where a little lower, but this place really delivered. The service was extremely fast and it did not even look like I was involved in a car accident. They have rental cars on site which makes it really convenient. They followed up with me every step of the way. Josh aka Gator was awesome and explained everything about the repairs. I will definitely recommend this place. In a time when customer service is extremely hard to find these guys really stood out.
This place has no quality control department. I received car back with extra parts not reinstalled over spray on windows and wheel,wheel that was replaced but not balanced rear speaker shelf not installed level by inches, trim under driver side doors falls away from car body, rear dash cam gone, hole in back seat rug carpet, dirty finger prints in head liner in back seat area, . After 7 return trips I was requested to go to auto dealer to fix and return with papers for reimbursement Iβm assuming. Canβt tell with this place. While in waiting area another victim was upset for having to make so many return trips also. Good luck if you choose to do business here. Just because insurance companies get estimates here donβt think you have to have repairs here. Itβs your choice where to go.
The staff and workmanship at Orlando Super Center is top notch. They donβt treat you like youβre just a number. This location is family owned and operated,and they really treat all of their customers like they are a part of their family. I was referred here by GEICO to repair damage to my car caused by one of their policy holders. They did a great job repairing my car and were very close to estimated date of completion for repairs. I really liked that there was an Enterprise rental service on location which made dropping off my car and getting home easy.There was a minor issue with my car when I got it back which I didnt notice until a few days later. Soon after, GEICO asked me to answer a survey about my experience with Super Center. I mentioned the issue but also mentioned that the rest of the repair job was great, which it was. I probably would have given a 3 star review, but Super Center contacted me immediately and offered to fix my issue free of charge, which they did. Im happy with their service on my claim, and will consider them for any out of pocket repairs in the future!

Driven here 3 times now, and vehicle still isnβt fixed properly. Poor communication, and tech even lied when I asked if certain car part was fixed, and it wasnβt even touched.

The only reason Im writing on here is because money was stolen from my car along with a pay stub that I could quickly identify as missing. Other things I am clueless to for the moment. Hoping this person doesnt attempt to steal my identity with my pay stub. I have been in contact with a lawyer just in case.

Met John at the Altamonte Springs location, and got a quote to fix some gas shocks on a tailgate. The quote seemed fair and I set up an appointment to drop off the car at the Landstreet location. The told me it would be a couple of hours and I decided I would just hang out until it was done. 35 minutes later my car comes back out front and john tells me it was easier to fix than he thought.I was happy that it didnt take 2 hours, but surprised that John said he had to adjust the bill. Huh? I was quoted a price and I agreed to it. No one had to adjust anything.When they handed me the bill it was LESS than John had quoted me. Seriously?? Who does this??Their work is top-notch, and the staff is courteous and smiling. Always asking if there is anything they can do for you, or asking if you have been helped. Hoping I do not need their services, but would not hesitate to return to them with more work, or recommend them to friends.Thanks John for everything.
Im not sure what crew the reviews below got when they turned in their car, but my service was amazing. The lady at the counter is usually really busy so she may seem rude to some, but shes just trying to get her job done quickly and efficiently. Shes super helpful! Also, the team which i dropped my car off with during a Saturday was awesome. Everyone seemed to generally care about the situation and wanted to make sure i was taken care off!The enterprise rental crew was quick and really helpful as well. All in all, my experience was great! The paint job was blended perfectly and you cant tell where the damage was! If i ever have a personal need to paint my car, not through insurance, i will definitely take my car here!

When my Challenger was crunched, they were concerned that my purple wouldnt match exactly. I guess its finicky. Looks great. No issues. On time well done. Thanks! (5 stars)Super center later did some private work painting and the job was also incredible (5 stars).Because of such great prior work, we brought hubbyβs truck for crunch repair. When we picked it up, the paint had orange peel and sag and the chips were just painted over. We declined to accept it so they redid it. It was much better the second time but the wheel well material wasnβt secured and was beating against the tires and there was rattling under the front somewhere. We didnβt want to seem ungrateful and we were concerned with driving it safely so we decided to follow up with the dodge dealership. We called Superstore to get the parts inventory emailed to us. BC my husband is an atty and his email address has βlegalβ in the name, they thought we were sending our complaint to an attorney and got really defensive. The first two jobs were stellar but the last one just ended up awkward.

I got my cars body replaced here after someone had hit my car. They took a stressful experience and made it very easy to take care of. The office was on top of everything and the mechanic was super helpful in explain what they ended up replacing on my car. The work that they did on it looks fantastic and it looks like a brand new car. They did not cut corners and replaced both of my lights rather than just the side that was damaged. They even detailed the inside a bit and vacuumed. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that ALL the change, which was a lot, in my car is now gone, but I should have known better and not left it in there. Over all it was a good experience and I would highly recommend this place if you need body or engine work done to your vehicle.
I am super disappointed with this body shop, first of all, I was referred by the guy that hit me and buy a coworker whose husband used to work there, I came there I thought the place looked legit, they were very attentive, but as always only in the beginning to get the work from you. A job that was supposed to take no more than seven days turned into more than four weeks. I couldnβt it the gentleman that was helping us to call me back, I finally got on the phone with the body shop manager and she seemed very nice although she didnβt want to except that what her gentleman told me that he told the insurance company was totally different from what He told the insurance company. Came to pick up my car because supposedly it was ready on three different Occasions and it wasnβt, even to the blind eye it wasnβt. They kept the car over and over again, finally at the 3rd attempt, I was so upset that and I only had the manager for the body shop not call me back, but met the owner of one of the owners and he promise that if I took the car that day that I can come back that they will call me when the missing pieces were in and that they would have that done immediately. I am still waiting on a call and it has been way over a month.
Ive been here twice and both times it was a great experience. The first time I was sideswiped and they took amazing care of my SUV. When I got it back, the work was perfect and you couldnt even tell it ever had work done on it. The 2nd time the garage door clipped my spoiler on my MB GLS 450. It was in and out in three days and the team was awesome. Couldnt ask for a better place to take your car. Honest, quality work.
Note: I took my car here as part of GEICO Insurance Claim program.I had damage to a brand new car on the the hood, door, side mirror, and window area. The whole process was great. They checked me in with the shop, GEICO agent, and rental car person all in about ten minutes. Everyone was very friendly. The repairs on my car were great and done in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the whole process. I recommend this place.
My car entered their repair shop making a loud noise when driving and turning, from an front driver side, animal collision. I was told that they could not fix it if there was no physical evidence of the sound. After taking it back to be checked out they said that the noise was probably coming from the back axle but that there was no physical evidence and that I should have it scheduled at the Mercedes Benz dealership. Before having my car towed here, I informed them of the noise. Now the bodywork has been completed but my car drives with a knocking sound. How do you provide physical evidence of a sound??? Trudy and the mechanic stated that they couldnt even see rear damage yet insisted that the sound they heard is unrelated to their repair work. This shop is a joke! They offer you a warranty on repairs then state that they need to see sounds.
I cannot sing enough praises about this place! Last week, my beautiful new Nissan Sentra was rear ended and Geico referred me to check this place out and told me theyβd take good care of me. Well, they not only took care of me but just exceeded my expectations! I felt welcomed and comfortable from start to finish, and my car looks as though nothing ever happened to it. They even cleaned it, outside and inside. I truthfully wish I had taken down the name of the people that helped me, but I hope they all know how extremely happy I am!
I recently got into a minor car accident last Sunday and was very stressed out. Thankfully, I came to the best shop in Orlando who gave me peace of mind that my car would be fixed quickly and provided GREAT customer service. Luke and Josh were awesome and came up to me right away as soon as I came the the shop letting me know everything would be taken care of. I have had my car repaired at Gerber and it was awful, these guys kept me updated on my repairs every day and were on top of it! I picked my vehicle up today and noticed they repaired not only the damages from the accident but also some minor scratches I had on the car that was not related to the accident. I love that they went out of their way to do such a small thing because it went a long way in my eyes and showed that they went the extra mile even though they didnt have to. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who has been in an accident to bring their car here. You will not be disappointed.
This place fixes everything. They really are the Super Center. They go over the work with you and make sure youre satisfied. The work done to my rear bumper, totally erased the damage. A+ Highly Recommended!

I was referred to this autodetailer by my car insurance company, Geico. I already had had quite the experience with my car getting hit by road debris. I missed work and had to purchase a rental car BEFORE I could even speak to Geico. Orlandos Super Center literally made the entire car repair process SO easy, simple, convenient and expedient. I was initially in and out with a rental car in less than 10 minutes. They finished work on my car a day early AND when I was unable to return my rental car on time, the super center worked with enterprise and Geico to get me an extra day with the rental. My car came to me washed, shiny, AND I felt safe on the drive home. 5/5 stars! Cannot recommend them enough. I worked with Tariq and some others and they were all great and friendly.

We recently needed repair work done due to a vehicle accident. We were sent to Orlando SuperCenter on Landstreet. From the moment we pulled in the customer service was top notch. They communicated with me several times over the 2 days they had my vehicle, keeping me informed of what they found and the repairs. My vehicle was ready as promised and the job done was impeccable and my vehicle looked brand new. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. If you ever find yourself in need I HIGHLY recommend them!

Was so surprised at the quality and look of the repairs and paint work on my wifes mini van when we picked it up. It, and the entire vehicle, looked like it was brand new due to a beautifuly done detailing job. Has not looked this good since it was on the showroom floor.Kristie and Steve were so helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns before we decided to use their facility, and that is why we went with them for the extensive repairs. Would use them again without a second thought.
Went here for a one stop experience after being in a rear-end accident. The person that hit me didnt have insurance, so I was a bit sour about having to go through my insurance and pay the deductible, however this place was great. From the minute I pulled up, they were there to greet me and assured me my car was in good hands. The enterprise representative came and quickly set me up with a rental car. I reviewed the process with the adjustor and the representative from the shop and was on my way in 15 minutes or so. They called me to keep me updated on my car, and sent me a text as well. Once it was ready, they called me to let me know it was ready. When I picked it up, it was looking as good as new and they even detailed the inside (it also smelled like a new car). After I left, I had a concern about an issue not being repaired, so they asked me to return right away. Josh took care of it and I had no doubt the car is in great shape. The only downfall to this experience is I may have liked my rental a little too much, but thats ok, Im glad to have my car back!

I went today to find my car. my car has two sets of doormats the original and others that cost me $ 40 I removed my car and I removed the two sets of doormats and they placed some used and damaged. I think its a lack of respect that they do not deliver the cars with the things they have. they change them.responding to the response they gave me. according to you they have no record of me as your client. I added the invoice of Friday when I went to pick up my car.
