My boyfriend took my car in to have the transmission serviced and was immediately told my car possibly needs a new transmission before it was even taken for a test drive or before they even popped the hood. The owner suggested he do a test drive but wanted everyone to exit the vehicle before he would test drive the car. Prior to us bringing the vehicle to him we never had a check engine light or a gas cap issue light and the car never cut off on us. However after the car was taken on a private 10 minute test drive we began experiencing all of the above...The owner told my boyfriend the vehicle will not make a 2 hour trip unless we get it fixed. We paid him that same day to do a transmission service for almost $400.00 to be done on the following day. The service was allegedly done but now the orginal problem we were experiencing are still happening and now the car is cutting off and the same check engine light and gas cap lights are now eliminated...Just a terrible experience overall. And I truly believe something was conveniently done to vehicle on that test drive to further exacerbate my problem. So mow I am forced to start from scratch $400.00 in the hole with even more problems than I originally came in with! I will never take my car there again!

I took my Mercedes C-350 2008 for a transmission problem,I had 3 choices,buy a new one from Mercedes,buy a used one or have rebuilt.I went with the 3rd option.After about a month,my car was ready,the car runs like new with no problems at all.Price was reasonable since it’s a Mercedes Benz.Overall,I give Tony 4 stars and I highly recommend him.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Tony for over 10 years. There hasnt been a problem he hasnt been able to diagnose. Old or new car, he has always given me a great deal. Uses dealer parts too.

I took my jaguar for a transmission oil change .. Tony is a good guy, he knows a lot about what is he doing .. the service was very fast and well done .. hats off !

Just called to ask a question and the guy who answered the phone (not Tony) hung up on me, I called back and he said he was really busy! Too busy to answer a potential clients question?! Unacceptable! He should be fired..
