Great service great people work there. But the service area needs some real signage not a sign on a 3 ft post. Entrance marked for drive in area .This is not the service peoples job or the service writer s job. Come on greenway this is your problem at the higher level.

I had an appointment for 1pm today for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told that it would be at least 3 hours. I got my oil changed there last time and had the same experience. I called Kia in Leesburg, who said they could take me right away. I left Greenway & drove to Leesburg & I’ll never go back to Greenway. So disappointing…
Service Manager and personal was quick and Service was timely.
I had an appointment for an oil change service at12:30. I got to the dealership early and was told by the advisor the service would take 1.5hr-2hrs. At 3pm, I was still waiting for my service to start, and one of the employees told me they had just received my oil filter. And my car should be out in minutes. At 3:45 I asked the service advisor about my car and asked to start signing the papers and payment. I waited longer than 3 hours almost 4 to get an oil change, that is super disreapectful; being that I had an appointment and the oil filter should have been accounted for by my service time or I should have been informed and not driven from Davenport to get my car serviced. I chose to go tot he dealership because I wanted professional service, but I received a bad experience. I thought my car would at least be washed being that I had to wait so long, but it wasnt even vaccummed. Employees are obviously overworked and services overscheduled .
