We had a very busy schedule at the convention center and did not have a lot of time to take our vehicle to a shop. Holy cow am I happy with Auto Focus! The sunroof of my car was leaking, and I was having a hard time finding a shop that could help me. Daniel picked up my call almost on the first ring, and set me up with an appointment the following morning. Not only was he on time, he was early (be still, my heart!)!! He also texted to let me know when he was on the way and when to expect him. Further, he fixed my car in my driveway in less than an hour - as a new mom with a newborn, all of this means the world to me. Im buying a used car from a private owner, and I wanted to have it inspected by a mechanic. Truly great experience. Called Daniel in the morning a little after 9am. He picked up on the first call, and then immediately texted a confirmation quote for the job. Very reasonable, so proceeded to move forward. He was at my house by around 1:30pm SAME DAY and had my window fixed in about 45 minutes. I texted Daniel with a lot of questions over the period of a couple of days because I was looking for a better mobile mechanic than my last one I used. He was very patient in answering and explaining everything for me. We set up an appointment and he was even able to get there earlier than the time he gave me. He was a very easy going individual and replaced my plugs and coil packs on my 2006 Roush Stage 3 Mustang fast, even though the supercharger made one in particular hard to get to. I was having issues with my brakes because I and a friend tried to do them ourselves and something wasnt right but I wasnt sure what. Daniel checked it out for me and told me the issues. He didnt even charge me to do that. After discussing what was wrong he gave me a quote to get those issues fixed and I agreed and he took care of it in no time. Daniel came over to replace my brake pads today, and it turned out that I did not have the proper part to remove the wheel locks. Daniel was super professional about it, and offered to get the parts needed for only a small fee. Including my initial hiccup and the short parts run, he was in and out in only an hour, and also gave me some pointers as to when to replace my rotors and whatnot. Pricing was super reasonable, and I will do business with AutoFocus again.

I called Daniel after being scammed by another mobile mechanic. Even though Daniel said he wouldn’t want to touch the truck if it was a mess from the other guy he still went out and took a look.Upon arrival we found that the other man had removed the key but Daniel still took a look and told us what he could see while always adding in his disclaimer that without the key he could not guarantee that was all. He then provided a quote for the obvious work required that was very fair and reasonable.Daniel provided clear information that even I could understand, he was very quick to respond to all of my many questions and whether or not we finish the repair with him (the other guy has the key AND some of my son’s parts so we may have to wait on him) I would not hesitate to recommend this service. Daniel came out to fix a serpentine belt in my BMW X5.It forever to find the belt for whatever reason I had advised him that I had already found the belt in the beginning but he insisted that he get it himself. He was wrong two times with the incorrect belt. He started putting my back together after the frustration came over him. I stopped him and advised him that I had already found the correct belt and it was at autozone which I have had known for 2 hours into him trying to figure out the belt. Finally after three hours of waiting for a belt replacement I was on my way. No less then 2 miles down the road I hear something pop I pull over it the belt again. I called Daniel and of course he advised that there could be no way his fault for the belt coming back off he blamed it on the oil leak that I have due to a vale cover gasket leak. He would not come back out to help me with my situation instead he issued me back a refund for the work. I have since gotten another mechanic to come and look at Daniels work and they advised me that Daniel was supposed to spray and clean off the pulleys before putting on the new belt because of all the debris and stuff that was on the pulley from the old belt.my new mechanic told me that him not cleaning of the stuff properly caused the belt to slip into my tensioner and snap my tensioner completely off. Now Daniel sent me my money back via PayPal and centered as goods and services since Sunday, June 11, 2017 and Im not gonna be receiving my money until June 18, 2017 because Daniel refuses to confirm through PayPal but he actually sent this transaction to me First want to say thank you Daniel for the worst experience Ive ever had with a mechanic and I hope that you fail in life thank you
