Don’t waste your time coming to this place, they don’t really know about truck services. They took 24 hrs to trying to find out what was going on with my truck and I ended up leaving because they did not know what was going on. Really bad service and they work to slow.

Old school service and top notch mechanics.

Great small business, people oriented. We have a fleet of trucks and they provide all the service and maintenance. They are knowledgeable and professional. Any concerns we have which has only been once, they made it right. I have read the reviews from the other individual and it seems like someone was unhappy about the service they received (they had to go and make 5 reviews under false names). I know Bill, and if you voice your concerns he will address them immediately. He likes to go through each job thoroughly, which is something you do not find to often. Give them a try, you cant go wrong. It beats the dealership prices. I will continue to utilize his services, hes the one mechanic I can trust to be honest about repairs. Thank you for all you have helped us with BIl-Mas, we greatly appreciate it and your promptness!

Bil can be very kind but be careful he likes to use this as a way to take advantage of people! Dont be fooled by the kindness of the staff there.

Ive been to Bil-Mas multiple times in the past months for various different issues regarding different trucks and each time he and his team have been extremely quick to get our vehicles back to us in working order.

Poor customer service, they always have attitudes when you ask questions..and reply with smart ass comments!!! Dont waste your time or money.

They fixed a couple small things on my truck i forgot to tell them about .

Rating one star because phone customer service sucks. Theyre rude, especially the receptionist who told me to hurry up because other customers were waiting after I waited 15 minutes just to get connected. She is rude and very unprofessional and I would fire her if thats what is representing that company!
