They were fine when they 1st wanted my business, cheerful, accommodating etc. Then they more than doubled the rates for the second year (no claims). Then they could not find the time to return calls after talking with them 3x and making promises they would fix this. They gave me the blah, blah and a bunch of excuses each and every time, made promises but could not fulfill some as simple as a call back. I went with a reputable company that gave a better rate than their excuses game me. I would not recommend them, Service and communication are important with insurance. It is a relationship after the initial sale. I am just glad I didnt need their help with an actual claim. That could have been horrible too.

I found out that I was getting dropped by my insurance 2 days before my policy cancelled. My youngest had some claims that affected my policy since Im the primary. I called Raquel and she quickly got my info and had Bryan assist me. Not only did he call me back the same day I had my new policy secured within hours. Bryan was knowledgeable and professional. Quick and easy working with Heather for insurance quotes. The insurance company had me calling for paperwork from a third party they refer me to and gave me false information about refund. I hate insurance dont talk to they contact business to receive proper paperwork they leave it on the customer.

If i could leave a zero i would. They did not change the year of the roof when they put the incorrect year on policy and i asked for it to be updated. They then proceeded to blame me for there mistake and then said there was nothing they could do when my policy was cancel. They were very rude in the way they contacted me and were not willing to help out side of saying i must get a new roof with out any clear evidence of this. they also sent me 4 different disclosure with out any explanation of the changes before canceling my policy. USE ANY ONE else the company is useless and i would never recommend them to anyone.

Buyer beware! This agency started out reasonable but quickly went downhill when my agent left from this agency. Since then, its been more trouble than theyre worth. Promises to return calls are now a joke, since they never call back. Insurance company notifies me of cancellations due to missed paperwork that was returned by me but not submitted by agency. And worst of all, 3 weeks into policy they up the price by $300. These guys are a joke.

Try to get a quote for my property they took all my info and the agent said they will get back with me with the quote. Never heard from them for a week, called back left a message, they never called me back. Unprofessional bad service I do not recommend them at all.
