Removed my one Star comment: 26 years of paying top dollar thinking you had a relationship of the Friendly Neighbor.I had lost all hope when I heard the mother company State Farm was canceling my Home Owners. This was at the absolutely worst time due to being in a Nightmare Roofing project that was not going to be corrected in time for a new policy to be written. I lost hope. Rocco went to bat for me with the underwriting team. To have me reinstated. The process took longer than I would have liked but at the Peak of my Stress Rocco gave me the good news. State Farm made a good decision. I am a loyal customer and I love to insure and protect my assets. When you need it insurance you need to know they are their for you to make you Whole. I dont mind paying for quality. I immediately evaluated my dwellings inflation values and increased the policy because building cost and real estate have increased greatly in less than a year. Rocco in the end was the saving grace to my potential catastrophic problem.

I have worked with Deborah Votava from Rocco English State Farm since my home insurer cancelled me. Her guidance for a very stressful experience was really appreciated. Through a 4-point inspection (which required a new roof), helping me get proper paperwork for financing and completion of the roof, and replacement of an indoor water heater, she was always there. Also by combining my auto insurance from another company, she saved me the cost increase of the house insurance.

I have been a customer of State Farm for 14 years. Having renters and 2 cars insured with them. I recently opened my statement and saw a $54 monthly increase to one of my cars, over $600 a year more. When I called Rocco English, they checked with the home office. I learned the did a credit pull (which my credit score is very good) but had a bankruptcy in 2009. I was told my credit, the drive app and my vehicle (which is a 16 pick up) had increased repair cost. How coincidental that during a national crisis they decide to do a random credit pull (last was 2008). Rocco English did nothing to help. They are only a store front to State Farm. Went with Farmers, saved over $700 for same coverage!!!

Spoke with Grayson and he had no problems walking me through my policy, answering any questions I had (even after official office hours had ended). Never attempted to pressure me into a policy option unlike other agencies I had spoken with and was always patient and friendly. Hopefully everybody in the office is as pleasant to speak to as Grayson. I cant recommend his services enough.

Ive been a customer for about 2 years. The staff is always so nice, genuinely caring and so quick to provide service. They offer auto, renters, home owners, life insurance...etc. I was so surprised to know theyre a BANK! I have referred many and theyre just as pleased. Thank you, you make a great team!

Very helpful with services

Good rates, but the adjusters are super slow. Had to end up renting a car for an additional week out of pocket because they insisted on sending an adjuster out even after using their app and getting an estimate from a shop on their list... Dropped car off on Saturday, state farmer adjuster wasnt out until Thursday.

I just moved my auto and homeowner’s insurance to Rocco’s agency after a 17-year stint with another company. I do not make these types of decisions lightly but after dealing with Rocco’s assistant Melany for a week, I decided to meet Rocco and Melany in person. After 30 minutes I was convinced that this was the agency for me.I’m a Customer Service manager so customer service is important to me. Working with Melany was a total joy because of the way she handled me and my requests during the initial quoting process. The only other thing I can say about Melany is that I wish she was on my staff.Rocco closed the deal…period. He took the time to talk to me and my wife more like a new friend than just someone who was trying to make money. I was recommended to Rocco and I’m now forwarding the recommendation. Though our interaction has been very brief, I feel very comfortable that if an issue arises, it will be handled in the most professional and understanding way.

Best rates Ive found in Florida, and the staff is extremely helpful. Jennifer H. took an unfortunate situation we were in and turned it into the best insurance call Ive ever had, saving us over $400 a year AND getting us better coverage.

So disappointed... I only had to switch from GEICO to this one, because they were the only one in the area providing Uber endorsement on their policy. It is been almost 2 months since I moved and they still cannot adjust my bill which on the phone they promised would go down about 35%! While with GEICO I could change coverage, address or driver info within 5 min online and it would take the effect the next day! Such a huge downgrade from GEICO... Will look to quit as soon as I can...

This one is a zero star! A bunch of very fake people there that speak with overly nice and fake voice. Two girls there messed up my autopay and couldnt for a life make it work after about 3 months and a dozen calls. The Rocco English guy invited me over to his office for cookies. I said no thank you, I can see you everywhere on the bus benches. What is up with you with your faces everywhere? I would have stayed with my branch if they hadnt closed down. What is wrong with this Rocco guy?

I am extremely satisfied with Rocco English services, team, and rates. I want to give a special thanks to Milena Bedoya and Kelly Bedoya for their excellent customer service. They always understand my issues, are very patience, they listen to my needs and always give me a rapid and right solution to my matter. I’m very happy to be their client.I definitively recommend these two sisters for any services that State Farm offers; you won’t regret it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I highly suggest going somewhere else if you are interested in having someone actually help you as this office does not represent State Farm well. After multiple times of messing up my account, paying more at random while in the middle of my 6 months contract, and speaking to many impersonal rude people, I decided I wanted to leave. Even that wasnt easy though. It took 3 months of me telling them I was sick of their lack of service and wanted to transfer to a different agent. I finally had to take matters into my own hands and call corporate so they would transfer me. This was after Rocco himself told me he would do it. Ridiculous. Dont go here if you want actual customer service from people who care.

I use my credit card to pay my car insurance. I recently had to get a new card and forgot to notify State Farm that I had a new card number. Jeremy from Roccos office called and notified me that my payment did not go through and we fixed the problem without any extra fees or late payments within minutes. My last insurance company had something similar happen and my license got suspended because it was not taken care of. So needless to say, I am a huge fan of Roccos Team! They are awesome! I have been with State Farm for 30 plus years with my Home Owners Ins.Filed a claim for Hail damage to the roof over 2 years ago. Denied, contacted Public Adjuster, Denied. Hired outside independent professional inspector 1,200, turned in the report...... denied.State Farm sends me a letter that they are dropping me because my roof need to be repaired........I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM ROCCO OR HIS STAFF ABOUT MY ISSUE. IM DROPPING ALL OF MY STATE FARM INS.Update, Just moved everything over to Allstate ...... saved $219 on two autos and saved $359 on Boat insurance.....Still no call from Rocco ...... really really Sad service

This is a wonderful place, both for its excellent rate, and for its amicable people. My auto insurance dropped down by $37/month when I switched to this farm. I got upset with my previous insurance because even after sticking with them for more than 3 years, they apparently didnt seem to care. As about the people, they treat you very nicely, I particularly got to meet with Nick, who is one of the softest and nicest person Ive ever met. I was lucky enough to meet Rocco English also, a name perhaps all know in Orlando. I was making coffee at the coffee corner while Rocco was going out. Seeing me, he jokingly said: So you didnt get any of them to make your coffee?, lol. I will urge all of you out there to give them a call and check for a quote.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Dana was able to save me $200 AND give me 5 times the coverage than I had with Geico. And she did it in about 10 minutes. Couldnt be happier with my experience there.

I have been with them since July/Aug and my policy has never been correct. My name has been incorrect on the policy, communication is terrible and their follow-up is non-existent. I have dropped off papers they requested and office staff misplaces them. I have never seen such chaos for auto insurance. The topper.... received a cancellation notice while they are still fixing their errors.

I was taking care of problems abroad where all my home was burglarized and robbed and took longer to get back to reality here in USA. Rocco knows that because other occasions I was out of the country. What I CANNOT understand is why they SENT a NOTICE to the FSMV and Terry L.
