I filled out the quote form on this website and I NEVER got a call from the agent. I called the Pine Hills office and the Orange Blossom Trail office and was on hold with horrible music both calls for over 10 minutes. Then the phone started ringing it rang so long that a recorded message came on giving me their hours of operation. Mind you I am calling at 1:30 pm on a Friday afternoon, I wasted over 30 minutes trying to contact this office to become a customer. I was hoping this would be a good experience as I am not yet a customer, but with the lousy customer service and the disregard for answering the phone, this business seems a little sketchy.

I am disgusted how this business operates.. Soi came to this company to get some insurance.. The customer service representative by the name of Karola Barreto is a very nasty women. She’s disrespectful rude and arrogant.. She quoted me one price for the down payment and the monthly then as she attempted to charged my card she proceeds to mention that the payment went up. So I begin to ask questions like any other concerned customer would She claims that she doesn’t have control of why the payments go up. My response was so is this insurance fraud??? Karola then begins to come aggressive informing me that I am the one who needs the insurance and first of all this company been here for 10 years. And since I have a problem with their insurance I should go ahead to progressive, Allstate etc.. So I am asking her to lower her voice down because this is a place of business her response was for me to leave her office and get out cause I’m not working with “These people” It’s such a sad situation that you have to be treated in such manner when all you wanted to do was handle your business. With her being so aggressive she got up into another customers face wouldn’t even give him the common decency and respect to not come up so close.. She then proceeds to storm away yelling and screaming into her office speaking with someone on the phone making treats..With all of this going down she NEVER mentioned she charged my card without my permission DONT DO BUSINESS HERE
