Lee is an awesome business owner and Elizabeth is a great manager. They have many different lines of insurance with lots of great companies that are available. The difference with Florida insurance group is that they really care about their clients and want to give them the best service and the best value. What an absolutely horrible and unethical experience I had with the Lee Rogers Agency. If insurance sales are historically slimy, this place takes the cake for shady business and deceptive practices. The company placed a policy for a property I owned, based on a better rate than competitors. Three weeks after the policy was in place I was told I needed to provide a new Home Inspection (Inspection was 13 months old) at my cost or the policy would be cancelled. Once I got the inspection, the insurance company cancelled the policy due to issues with the inspection (all stuff already shown on the inspection I originally provided). Absolute scumbag broker. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go somewhere else!

After receiving a proposed cost for renewal of my automobile insurance from an agency I have used for the past 10 years, I contacted them with a month to spare to find a policy that was not as exorbitantly expensive. They gave me 3 additional quotes that were all for MORE money. I contacted a few additional agencies and Elizabeth at Florida Insurance Group provided me an estimate with the exact same coverages for HALF PRICE. I contacted my original agency and informed them of this difference and they stated that they write for the same Insurance company but did not quote me until after the expiration date of my policy. By then, I went totally with Florida Insurance Group

Best insurance agency around, when our previous insurance company went out of business they worked hard to get us a comparable insurance company with little to no increase in rates.
