I never take the time to write reviews, but this company has been so helpful, I thought id take the time to leave a review. I purchased insurance here a few days ago, and they were very helpful. When I walked in, they offered me a drink and told me theyd be with me in a few moments, while i waited the lady at the front desk was very sweet and made sure the office was disinfected from the previous customer because of you know, corona virus and everything. I had to wait less than a minute before one of the other agents attended me. She gave me prices on the spot and told me what my best options are. Im not sure what people are talking about in these other reviews, but I can only speak from my personal experience. I actually referred a few of my friends and they were able to find insurance with them as well. Please dont listen to every review you see!!

Terrible customer service skills. My family member was treating very disrespectfully because of language barrier & when I tried to assist, they refused to let me know what they needed from him. We just transferred him to a different company.

You guys need to stop selling Infinity auto insurance. Theyre awful. They doble my monthly payments. I cancel them and they still bill me $180.00 dolars out of the blue. Ill guess Ill gave to paid it so it dont ruin my credit. But domething needs to give. I sent snd saw the reviews on their Google page. And is 1 after another 1 star review. I dont even know how they are in business. Dont do it. You will regret it. Dont buy Infinity ins. They are changing name to Kramers ins. Probably to get away from so many bad reviews
This company refuses to refund my $200 to my corporate Volkswagen card. Volkswagen has even tried to solve this problem on my behalf and cannot because AA Auto straight out refuses to give the money back. I never received auto insurance because I didnt end up buying the car. I have now reached out to the Better Business Bureau for assistance because they refuse to refund my money for services never rendered. BAD COMPANY, STAY AWAY.
Avoid this company, you will get scammed!!!!I purchased Insurance on behalf reccomendaiton no named dealership in Orlando, I asked If they can transfer my insurance to SC when I moved, they said they can, but I didnt get any confirmation again, not possible to reach to them. No communication, just taking off money and bye. After I moved to Georgia and the same issue, they promised that they are gonna cancel my policy, but they never actually did and I lost 300 dollars because of them. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE.
Well I give this company 1 star because of the poor customer service they have.They young lady sitting on the left side is very very rude, apparently she doesn’t have an idea what customer service job is.She even ask me to leave if I don’t want to talk to her, she raised her voice on me and keep talking way more than me. THAT WAS HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER WANTS TO EXPERIENCE THAT.

I have had this insurance since buying my 2015 Corrolla and from beginning to end it has been a issue. A women by the name of Belinda or maybe Melinda, one of those two names is unhelpful, rude, and has active listening issues. She cuts you off while trying to ask a question, and if you ask a question twice shell talk to you like you have comprehension issues. You try asking to speak to higher management, you get nowhere. I payed to reinstate my insurance in September, and because of a mistake their employee did cost me to have to pay another 400 dollars on top of the 300 I paid in September too just reinstate it AGAIN. Plus my payments went up 40 bucks. Worst company ever with such miserable people. ON TOP OF THAT THEYRE HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH WHEN IT COMES TOO YOUR POLICY

I dont know the ladys name I spoke with but she was rude unprofessional and ignorant, so whatever the ladys name was who answered the phone on June 7, 2016 shouldnt have a job, and she was the most unprofessional and disrespectful tyrant Ive ever spoke with .had to speak with Johnny Diaz to handle situation
