I wish I can give no stars at all.They ruin my 26 years of continuous auto insurance by canceling my policy (without my permission or my knowledge) and letting me have a 2 month gap that effected my rates dramatically and increased it 3 times higher.Stay away from this agent.

I called State Farm Insurance Cara Fisher Agency about a week ago. I have been with my Insurance Agency for 15 years. I just wanted to get a quote. I was greeted on the phone by Leidy Halaby. I have to tell you, I am a consumer that does reviews when I am not happy, but I am also a consumer that does a review when he is happy. I am so glad that I called the Cara Fisher State Farm agency. I could not have gotten a representative that was more informative and patient then Leidy. I am one that asks a ton of questions to make sure that I make the best informed decision possible and Leidy was outstanding. She walked me step by step through the process and not once did I feel rushed. So fast forward a week. I just opened up a home and auto policy with this State Farm agency. I feel that Leidy and this office will be there for me now and in the future. Oh yeah, the kicker is that by bundling both home and auto with State Farm. I now pay less for both my home and my auto then what I was paying for just my auto and my previous insurance company, which was Geico. Thanks you Leidy!!!! And thank you State Farm. 100% NOT RECOMMENDING THIS OFFICE, I LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THEM. The worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life, they do not care about customers, for about 3 months I had to call almost daily for them to fix a problem they caused (but they blamed me, something normal is not the first time I hear from them that the client is the culprit) without my authorization changed information in my account which caused an increase in the payment of my monthly payment, call to know what happened, the answer of the adviser was to pay all the invoice (which was double the normal) to make the changes and normalize the policy I trusted and agreed to pay (he said that I would have an extra balance for the next month) the following month I kept coming an invoice for the double of my monthly payment, I called again and the answer was to pay again because according to them they had already presented the case to fix my situation but the bill had to be paid because my policy was ready to cancel and I would not have insurance for my car. during 3 months of calling that office all the time trying to solve the problem, the answer: wait, wait, wait or some other person. On my last call, I was informed that State Farm had corrected the error, but that I had to pay fee and other charges that they could never explain to me. payments and extra charges due to HANDLING MY PRIVATE INFORMATION and I had to pay a double month. I NEVER received a call from APOLOGIES I NEVER received a call to give me a CORRECT EXPLANATION from anyone in that office. The manager or representative of this office or RESPECT to the client was able to give me some explanation, come to this office believing in these comments but I think that is history. 100% NOT RECOMMENDING THIS OFFICE, I LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE.100% NO RECOMIENDO ESTA OFICINA, perdí dinero por culpa de ellos. La peor experiencia de servicio al cliente que eh tenido en toda mi vida, a ellos no les importa los clientes, durante aproximadamente 3 meses tuve que llamar casi a diario para que ellos arreglaran un problema que ellos causaron (pero ellos me culparon, algo normal no es la primera vez que escucho por parte de ellos que el cliente es el culpable) sin mi autorización cambiaron información en mi cuenta lo cual causo incremento en el pago de mi mensualidad, llame para saber q sucedió, la respuesta del asesor fue pagar toda la factura (el cual era el doble de lo normal) para poder hacer los cambios y normalizar la póliza yo confié y acepte pagar (el dijo que a tendria un saldo extra para el siguiente mes) al mes siguiente me siguió llegando una factura por el doble de mi pago mensual, volví a llamar y la respuesta fue volver a pagar porque según ellos ya habían presentado el caso para arreglar mi situación pero la factura se tenía que pagar porque mi póliza estaba a punto de cancelar y quedaría sin seguro para mi carro. durante 3 meses de llamar a esa oficina todo el tiempo tratando de solucionar el problema, la respuesta: esperar, esperar, esperar o alguna otra escuza. en mi última llamada, se me informó que State Farm había corregido el error, pero que yo tenia que pagar fee y otros cargos que nunca me pudieron explicar. pagos y cargos extras por culpa de la MANIPULAR MI INFORMACIÓN PRIVADA y tuve que pagar un mes doble. NUNCA recibí una llamada de DISCULPAS NUNCA recibí una llamada para darme una CORRECTA EXPLICACIÓN por parte de nadie de esa oficina. La manejadora o representante de esta oficina ni por RESPETO al cliente fue capaz de darme alguna explicación, llegue a esta oficina creyendo en estos comentarios pero creo que eso ya es historia. 100% NO RECOMIENDO ESTA OFICINA, perdí dinero por culpa de ellos. A ELLOS NO LES IMPORTA

This office truly cares for its customers and is invested in making sure that we are properly covered for whatever life could throw at us. Cara took the time to fully understand my situation and crafted a full insurance package that meets my needs, instead of just throwing together the cheapest insurance possible like Ive experienced in the past. Left my home uninsured for months because they told me it was in a state of “limbo” until a roofing permit could be verified. It wasn’t until I came into the office and had them call the underwriting department to determine that my insurance had in fact been dropped and their response was just sorry we dropped the ball. Terrible customer service and follow through.
