Then call back, and hit 2 for an existing policy holder. You will get put on hold indefinitely - with a plethora of automated messages that repeat over and over again. No one will actually pick up the phone. I tried calling half a dozen times for over a week. I waited up to 20 minutes with no one picking up. Once I pretended I was a new customer I got an instant response. I promise you this location, as a policy, will only talk to an existing customer if theyre not busy selling a new one. Existing policy holders are 2nd class citizens.

Ive recently got a new car and I was in the look out for insurance. While searching over I had the pleasure to deal with Daniel Santiago who promptly assisted me. Helped me clear up an issue with my insurance...then I asked her for a quote with just the bare minimum and she came up with one over 1000 dollars more then my current geico rate. When I complained she did the quote again and it was at Nearly 700 more...my question is why was it not 700 to begin with....went home and did it myself and had it down to just over 600.
