Given a quote through the office manager then when the renewal offer came it was much higher by more than a $1,000. When asked by a “survey” about my my experience I was emailed that I would be contacted. Didn’t happen.

Luis and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their inventory is large and high quality. Always easy to contact and very prompt responses. Been in business at this location for a long time. Recommend highly !!

Terrible agent. Does not follow up, and when I spoke to Allstate about him, he called and badgered me on the phone. AVOID - there are other Allstate agencies. Call them instead.
