We attend have used 3 auction houses in Florida. But our favorite go to is Orlando estate Jason has the best mix of merchandise as if selected just for us. It is fast paced, well run, and uniquely fun! (Unique is the key word) I never miss their auctions, and will try to place bids on line or by phone if we’re not in the state. Each week we find there are items that we can incorporate into our business plan. Go to this auction and if you see a shorter good looking guy with a beard please don’t bid against me!

I have been attending auctions most of my life. This one is top notch. The items they sell every week are of varying quality and they have a new building full every Saturday. They sell quickly and run a very good auction. I bought a beautiful Gold Cameo for my daughter last week and she loved it!

I have never sold anything on consignment before. I am very glad that I found these guys first. They were direct and straightforward. I utilized the services of the company about a month ago. I found them online as an alternative to an estate sale. The men came uniformed, on time, and with good attitudes. The house has some marble top furniture and a grand piano, they handled it with ease. My check came a few weeks ago. They sold everything and I was happy with the result. They even got $40 for an old outdoor bench that I was going to toss. The process was professional and efficient.

This company did a liquidation for me of a house that I inherited in Merritt Island. Every other estate sale company told me it would take over a month. These guys emptied the entire house, including the garage and a shed 3 days later in 5 hours. I got what I feel is very fair prices for the items. They made quick work of a house full of things that I had no use for. They advertise quick and efficient and they delivered.

Emptied my moms house in a couple of hours. The men they sent where organized and respectful. Loosing a loved one is hard and I didnt know where to turn to get this big job done. Living far from the city makes it even harder. I was told everything would sell that Saturday. It was hard to believe, but I received a check and a full itemized reconciliation sheet listing what each item sold for and the check was bigger than I thought. These guys are great!

They sold a houseful of furniture last month for my family. The man on the phone was direct and made it very easy. The men who picked everything up worked quickly. I would recommend them for this sort of thing.

I used this company about 4 months ago to sell a bunch of items that I had inherited. I was happy with the service. I just got another check for some antique items they had pulled out for their Antiques & Fine art auction. It was a lovely surprise to get a check for $1200 for artwork I did not know was valuable!

Ive been to this auction a few times before and decided to go again tonight with my sister. A few items were advertised that I was interested in. The building is quite large and a variety of items for the auction was impressive. We each bought a few things and my sister ended up with a nearly brand new bicycle. It was an all-around great experience again! The men helped me load my items and what we will definitely be back again.

I recently trusted my aunts possessions in the hands of Jacob and Jason who were the most honest and upfront of all of the companies that I spoke to when tasked with liquidating her estate. They set real expectations and were very quick at liquidating her Winter Park Florida estate. Many of the other companies that I spoke to had a fake tone to their voices, as if they were funeral directors consoling me due to the passing of my aunt. I had read the reviews and understood that this fake sympathy would turn into some sort of monster at one point so I looked further and discovered Orlando Estate Liquidators at Orlando Estate Auction. These guys were professional business types, they spoke upfront and honestly about what to expect and how the process works. From my photos that I submitted on their website they were able to schedule a crew to pack up and pick up my aunts Winter Park full house and her cars. In 11 days I received a check as indicated and it included an itemized statement. The sale met my expectations that were set in our conversation. The amount of time saved by utilizing these services is amazing and this allowed for us to provide an upgraded monument and memorial for my aunt Jean as the funds were available. With the house cleared out we were able to turn it over to a realtor and it is now under contract. The entire process from my aunts passing to this point has been 2 months and this was due to the quick liquidation process that Orlando Estate Auction offers. So after this process Jason called me and asked me to write a review so here I am telling you my story. I went to this auction for the second time last night. It is very entertaining, with the chance to get a good deal on some things. I bought a pair of upholstered chairs and a Orlando Magic jersey to give as a gift.

I brought my Aunt to this auction last Saturday. She is downsizing and needed a way to sell quite a lot of furniture and household items. The staff was friendly and informative. The prices they were getting seem to be consistent with the items they are selling. We ended up setting up a pick up. I am happy they were able to help on short notice.

Lazy employees can’t get your items until the end of the auction. You’ll need to wait for hours to leave with whatever you bought. Also, rude employees

I moved to Winter Park about 3 months ago. My home here is much smaller than up north. This company was recommended by a neighbor who had used them for estate liquidation last year. I had furniture, and antique items that I had been toting around for far too long. The process was fast and easy. I got my check the other day and was very happy with the service they provided. They sold an old bike that was in my garage and dusty for 20 years for $170!! I was tickled.

Top notch company to work with. I was dealing with an estate from out of the area. They were very informative and had a few ideas that really expedited the process. We took care of all paperwork via email prior to the pickup. Their crew of 6 men on 2 trucks was careful, very friendly and fast! I was a bit concerned about the baby grand piano, however they wrapped it, rolled it out and used their lift gate to put on the truck. They were professional and obviously up to the task. I am very appreciative to this company for a job well done in a situation with lots of moving parts. Thank you!

I had this company pick up a storage unit full of furniture and several appliances a few weeks ago. The men who picked up the items were very friendly and showed up on time. I had some very nice furniture and some that was a bit worn but they took everything that day. I got my check in the mail yesterday with the list of what each of my items were sold for. I would consider this company professional and efficient and I was quite satisfied with the results. I would recommend them for certain.

The service was great, I had some mid century furnishings that I no longer needed and i submitted pictures on their website and then after email discussion I took them to Orlando estate auction. The staff unloaded the pieces and provided paperwork. I went to their estate auction that Saturday and watched my items sell. I was amazed that there were several bidders on my mid century items. I didnt think that many people understood mid century modern furniture yet the multiple bidders on my items changed my understanding. Jason later explained that many shop owners and collectors view the online inventory and come to the estate sales auction when their shops style items appear or leave bids on items if they cannot come. Anyhow, I was pleased at their ability to bring added value to my mid mod furnishings due to their having a following. Even though I was not liquidating a full estate sale they were able to sell my items. We additionally had some vintage garden pots, statuary and furniture. Once again they were able to bring the right buyers into their auction and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Just wanted to rate the pickup service provided from Orlando Estate Auctions. They had three people and two trucks show up at my residence on time and ready to go. They banged out roughly 6 rooms in less than 3 hours. I’m retired military and my wife and I have moved several times and I can honestly say these folks were the best. Jacob and his team emptied my fathers house in hours... it was amazing to see! We were pleased with the outcome of the auction -- knowing that you never really get the $$$ you wish for--- you just have to be satisfied that they are moving it out for you. Both Jacob and Jeremy are a bit unresponsive by phone, after the auction is finished (but I know they are in their busiest time) -- just dont expect a call back after the auction. I was a little concerned when they seemed to drop out of sight and not return calls... But no worries --- the check came per their website guidelines. Thank you so much! I would use them again.

I called this company a few weeks back to empty my inlaws house. They asked me to send pictures, which I did and we agreed upon a commission and pick up date. I have been going to orlando estate auction for more then 12 years almost every Saturday and i highly recommend it for everybody. it is a no nonsense auction which means everything ran in a proper manner. EVerything sold to the highest bidder no matter what the price. Auction is held every sat at 4 PM. Preview is at 3. In mint opinion the best thing about the is the vintage merchandise that Jason has on hand. I love the older stuff.Also has a police officer on duty for your safety and mine. I was happy to find this company to sell a good deal of home furnishings and tools. The appointment went smooth, 3 men showed up and loaded everything I wanted to sell. We filled out some paperwork, and off they went. I received my check exactly 9 days later. A few of my tools sold for less that I thought they would. An old clock I sent sold for $425. I spoke with someone there who said Good stuff brings good money. He was right! I am very pleased with the result.

I had heard of this place a few times on Facebook and decided to attend one of their sales. I showed up at 3:00 to preview the items for last weeks sale. I was truly amazed by the amount of things that are sold in one night! They sold boxes of books, appliances, and beautiful furniture, some of it brand new. Jason sent a crew to my moms house a few weeks ago. They worked very well together and did a nice job packing up all the treasures my mother had collected for the last 30 years . Lots of heavy furniture was upstairs and They to took good care of that as well . I received my check this morning and was very pleased . I have visited this auction a few times prior to deciding to have them handle my in-laws estate. The staff is very direct and efficient and for me they provided exceptional service. I knew some of the items would sell for a lot and some for a little and they prepared me for the process. Their staff showed up on time and in uniform and we filled out the contract before they started to load the furniture, dishes, appliances, etc.. They emptied the entire house including the garage and two sheds in the backyard in about four hours. I received my check and just called them to thank them for the professional and quick service. The antique tea cup collection did not bring much however some items like a vintage guitar and an oil painting really surprised me. They gave me the good and bad news up front and delivered a very fair and fast service.

I came here with a girlfriend a few months ago. I was hooked after the first time. Jason and his staff do a great job filling the building up every week. I have purchased a bedroom suite, 2 flat screen tvs, quite a lot of artwork, and most recently a beautiful Kitchen Aid mixer. The best part about the operation is when I purchase new things, I bring my existing items back to be sold. I get a check the next Wednesday and feel quite satisfied with the results. Very disappointed. When speaking with them originally they promised to take everything but when it came down to the wire they did not send enough people and it was obvious by early afternoon that they could not fit everything into the truck but Jason refused to send another truck because he said he would not make any money. They had obviously loaded all the most expensive items on the first truck. As the closing was the next day I had to find another way to dispose of the remaining contents. Fortunately, my daughter and son-in-law had come to help me (I am an 83 year old woman) as we had to put everything in the garage to be picked up by a charity the next morning. I would never recommend them.

Hathaway Estate SalesNEVER EVER use this company. They are a rip off. I was charged enormous amounts of money for nothing. Payment was slow. Communication almost non-existent. Very un-Professional. DO NOT Use Hathaway.

I called this company a few months ago for information as I had to sell the complete contents of my Aunts house in Maitland, FL. I was finally ready for them 2 weeks ago so I called back to schedule the appointment. Their men came in packed up all the dishes, knick nacks, and tools that had accumulated of 40 or so years. The men loaded all the boxes and furniture on their truck in about 3 hours. They worked hard to get it done on a rainy day. I received my check yesterday and was very pleased. They sent a list of what each item or lot sold for. I was not looking forward to having to clean out that house and they made it easy. I am certain they end up with all sorts of neat stuff, I will probably check out their auction as a buyer sometime. Job well done!

Things that were being auctioned off 90% are new. And the other 10% are in good condition and very reasonable price.

I have never been to an auction before and went a few weeks ago to this company and Jason is very ARROGANT and RUDE! I would never go this Auction house again!
