First time using this service from the airport to a Universal resort. 5 stars all around! Our driver George was there waiting for us at the baggage claim. He helped us find our luggage and got us to our resort quickly. When we switched to a Disney resort half way through our vacation he was right on time, with text updates, and drove us right to our room. I will always use this service, especially when we departed our trip and noticed more than 100 people waiting to board the Magical Express at the airport for Disney and long lines for car rentals. No thanks!

We booked a car through Tuxedo to pick us up at the Orlando airport and transfer us to Disney at the Four Seasons. The booking was seamless and a quote was quickly provided. Because we booked round-trip service, the ride was upgraded to a luxury level vehicle. Our arrival car was a Mercedes Sprinter van driven by Angel who was so pleasant. Our departure vehicle was a Cadillac Escalade driven by Dennis who was also wonderful! Both drivers provided pleasant conversation and were safe. The vehicles were sparkling clean and had all the luxuries you would expect. This is truly an elite car service for those looking for an elevated experience. Is it the cheapest option out there? This last time that I used them I forgot to make reservations to return to the airport. I found out when I called to confirm pickup. This company is worth every cent and more. Extremely professional, thorough, dependable. They provided age-appropriate child seats for my toddler and child. My flight was delayed 5 hours and they stuck with me, communicated, tracked the flight, helped with luggage, and miraculously got me to my cruise on time. They even contacted the cruise line on my behalf and made luggage arrangements. My family would have missed the cruise if Denis did not go to the lengths that he did. The return trip was seamless. I will be utilizing this service again! Six stars!!!!

Our plane arrived early and Denis notified us when we landed that they were aware we had arrived early and they had adjusted their pick up time accordingly. Booked them for transportation from the Dolphin Resort at Disney to the airport. The driver arrived just a few minutes late due to traffic but communicated the whole time with text updates. They had a quality carseat (Britax) already installed in the van for my daughter so we didnt need to set ours up. The driver played kids music for the drive to the airport and myyear old daughter really liked the changing colored lights on the roof of the van! A great experience all around and definitely recommend.

Our hotel recommended Taxido as our transportation while we were in Florida and we were very pleased. Dennis and Johan (sp?) were very professional and personable. We received the VIP treatment and wanted to bring them (and that awesome Mercedes Sprinter) back home to the DMV with us. We were in Florida for a trip to the Holy Land Experience and we had an awesome time! Our rides were comfortable, safe and enjoyable. Had some little surprises for us as we drove into Disney that just made our trip that much more magical. I cant say enough about Tuxedo, if youre debating whether or not to book them just do it. A minnie van (the Disney driving service) or even Uber is a little bit cheaper but you will NOT find the kind of worry-free, personalized, incredible service you would find with Tuxedo.
