We just returned home from our trip to Disney and FL Tours did an excellent job getting us to and from our resort. Our driver, Ali was warm, friendly and communicated well with us as we arrived at the Orlando airport (which was a bit of a chaotic place). He made it easy to find him and made sure we were all comfortable as he drove us to the resort in a timely fashion. Getting back to the airport from our resort was just as smooth. Thank you so much, Ali and thank you FL Tours for making our transport to and from our resort timely and easy.

Excellent customer service!!!! When I booked a ride to Disney from MCO for our return date instead of our arrival date, Fl Tours jumped into action and arranged a ride while we were waiting for the airline to deliver our luggage. When a company goes out of their way to fix a problem of my own making, that is the kind of company I want to use and recommend.

Excellent service. Our driver called/texted us as soon as we exited the plane. He met us right at baggage claim. The car was clean, and had two car seats like we asked. The car seats were older and a little worn but they were good enough to give me a piece of mind when traveling to our destination. Our drive told us when he would return to pick us up, and we didn’t need to call or anything, he just showed up at the right time. We will be using FL tours every time we travel for vacation.

Amazing service from the airport to out WDW hotel and from Loews Royal Pacific to the airport. Kenny was an amazing driver and provided excellent service. We had 5 26 suitcases and 3 carry ins and he fit them all. Driver was on time and called ahead each time to ensure he had the right location and destination.

We’ve used FL Tours every trip to Universal. Always professional, friendly and reliable. Most recent was Dec 2019. Kenny met us at airport, helped with luggage at baggage claim, offered a grocery stop and got us to Portofino. Picked us back up to return home. Wouldn’t use anyone else. JTagg

Incredible and seamless service and customer service. Kenny was amazing. We used them for our trip from Walt Disney World to Port Canaveral to board our Disney cruise. We contacted consistently to ensure we knew pick up time and place. Kenny our driver was early both times and waiting for us, communicating via phone and text where to meet. My 8 year old was the happiest boy in the world to find a movie ready to watch after he got in the car. I highly recommend FLtours for service and reliability and just incredible customer service.

Great round trip airport transfer from MCO to Disney. Both arrival and departure - the drivers were prompt, communicated with where they were and where they would meet us, helped with bags, and just made everything super easy. Price is better than everywhere else

I have used FL Tours to pickup my family anytime we go to visit the mouse in Orlando. Being a family of 5 plus luggage, their vans & limos are an excellent choice. Plus they offer a grocery stop as well. Ive used them for 10 years and will continue in the future.

We had a great experience with FL Tours town car service from MCO to the Dolphin Hotel & back. Our driver, Kenny, was on time both ways. He contacted us and clearly communicated where to find him. We were so glad he took us both ways, he is very friendly. We will use FL Tours on our next trip.

We have used FL Tours for 15 years - they provide reliable, friendly, and professional service; and remain our go-to for transfers from the WDW resort to Disney Cruise Line in Port Canaveral and then (sadly) back to the airport. This is our first time using FL Tours & we will definitely use their services the next time we are in Florida. Our party of 8 had several transfers: MCO to resort with a 30-minute Publix stop, resort to port, port to resort, and resort to MCO. Our 3 drivers (Ali, Kenny, & another bearded gentleman) were professional, courteous, and on time. I appreciated the 20-minute phone call to give us a heads up. Highly recommended!
