We are current tenets. If you like additional charges to your account with almost nothing being done... then look no further.It’s been almost a year here and we asked for two things to be done, tickets were submitted and closed, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. We needed the coax cable to be moved to the downstairs, but that couldn’t be done some how and the ticket was closed even though we never were told why or how. The kitchen window is massive and has never had a screen on it since we moved here... we sent a ticket for that... and nothing was done either.We just had a plumbers visit and we get slapped with the bill. Wow. I’ve been a tenet at other places and never was I charged for a plumbers visit.Oh and they require that you have a professional carpet cleaning company clean the carpets before you leave. Read the fine print.

We hired PMI to manage our home and have been impressed with their communication (took the time to go through the property management agreement in detail, answer questions, etc), organization (their portal makes it easy to understand inflows/outflows) as well as their marketing / effectiveness (property was rented out way ahead of expectations and for more than we expected).

My wife and I are serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and needed to rent our home for the 23 months we are gone. We tried renting it ourselves and the results were less that satisfactory. We called four other rental companies that appeared to have more experience in our marketplace.Frankly, we was disappointed with everyone of them. We indicated we wanted to meet with them, at our home, so they could inspect it and provide a realistic evaluation regarding its rental potential. They said that wasnt necessary. They just wanted us to sign the papers they would email and then start working on renting it. They were just after a quick listing with the hope they could rent it. It was obvious service wasnt important to them.Our last call was to Dan at PMI. We was amazed at his demeanor on the phone, his willingness to meet with us at our home (twice), and their ability to place a personalized ad - with photos of the property - on their website. Dan had the home rented on the first day it was available and it has been a blessing to have that additional income while serving our mission.They are pleasant to work with and effective! What more could we ask as a home owner who wanted our property rented quickly and taken care of while we are gone?PMI is the only property management firm I would use!!!THANK YOU, DAN!!!!!!

I would never rent with this company again, when I delivered the apartment I made an appointment to be present at the final inspection, when people arrived they told us to wait outside, I thought it was to avoid dirtying the carpet, then they left and they didnt tell me anything, a few days later I received a bill for $ 99, for supposedly a small stain in the bathroom, days before I had sent them by mail all the photos of the disgusting and dirty conditions in which I received that apartment, and I did For them to compare the conditions as I received and how I was delivering them, they never responded to my email about the photos, but if other emails, they charged me the $ 99 and thats it, I dont know why they give you the option to make an appointment for the inspection if not they will let you be present. By the way, I am supposed to deliver the apartment in the same conditions in which I received it, however it was not like that because I was not going to live in an apartment in those conditions, I preferred to always keep it clean for 2 years. I called several times, I explained the situation and they agreed to review the photos and give me an answer, they never called me and to return the money for my deposit I had to insist several times by sending emails and the check arrived 21 days after having delivered the apartment, of course debiting the $ 99.

I had the worst move in and move out experience with this company compared to any other place I have lived... and I have rented from a lot of different places. I was the one who had to initiate communication on the day our lease started in order to figure out how I could get my keys. Also, I got to my new rental and had to them ask again what the door code was. When I moved out they did not respond to any of my emails or texts. And left me with zero information about how to move out. It was as if they wanted to do the move out inspection without me there, so that they could blame me for things that needed to be cleaned or repaired. Lastly, I told them multiple times where to send our security deposit check back to us and they sent it to an address we don’t even live at, not the address I asked them to send it to. Do not rent from them. Very unprofessional and they do not know how to communicate.

Not only was the apartment a clean, well-built place my little family, we also lucked out in the landlord department. Management always communicated in a thorough, timely, professional manner. They were also extremely reliable and swift to respond. In the midst of the global pandemic of COVID- 19, they were especially responsive and took time to reach out to their residents in a helpful manner! I loved the apartment, my experience as a renter, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, well maintained, friendly, professional renting experience!
