We did not get to work with Dan, but worked with one of his agents, Cameron. We are basing this experience to what we have experienced in the past. This was not anywhere near what we have had with other agents. We knew that we would encounter problems, as we had to sell our home in Idaho in order to move to a place down here. However, we had wanted to look at homes to get an idea of what was out there so that when the time came, we would know where we wanted to be. This was highly discouraged and although we understood why, it was still a tough struggle by the time our was under contract to find anything that we liked.I ended up finding us a home myself on KSL classifieds. Being very assertive, and impatient, I knew I could find us something that would be in our price range. Our agent told us that homes that we were looking for in our price range didnt exist. I am not one to take a comment like that lying down so I found several homes that fit into our category, but only one that we ended up really liking the most.Based on our experience with this adventure, we wont use this office again.

It was great working with Dan Kennedy, our realtor, in the purchase of our home in Highland, Utah. Since we were coming from out of state (Texas), we had a limited amount of time to look and to put a house under contract as our goal was to get it done quickly and in just one visit.We researched homes on Zillow and Dan sent us many potential listings from MLS for us to consider, based on the input he solicited from us in order to get a good sense of the types of homes and the locations we would consider. Based on the many listings we reviewed, we communicated with Dan on homes we truly were interested in seeing on our house hunting trip.I ended up coming out alone without my wife to tour homes and the home viewing process was done super efficiently because Dan had worked out the logistics of seeing as many of the homes we could on the first day. That one day resulted in our putting in a contract on a beautiful home in a great neighborhood at the right price.The process from signing the contract to closing went very well.
