Horrible service and tried to make me pay for a service that they never did. After my wife locked her keys in the car, I called Armor Locksmith to assist in unlocking the car. They said theyd call her within a few minutes of ending the call. 20 minutes later, still nothing. I called back again and they said the technician would call immediately after this time. Another 15 minutes go by and they still havent called. At this point wed called Orem Lock (who were great by the way) and I called Armor again to cancel the service.When I told them that we used another company, they asked me to pay a $23 service fee for the technicians time! They never even sent out a technician! Once I brought that up they said okay well cancel the service for you.Again, horrible service and cant believe theyd try to make me pay a fee for nothing. If you need any locksmith services use Orem Lock.
