Daniel took the time more than 6 months ahead of our sell date to talk through the changes we need to make to accomplish our goals of selling at the top end of our demographic. He promised us that if we put in the elbow grease and investment into renovating our home, he would do the same when it came to selling it. Once the house was ready, he took great care to prepare and market our listing. We had 16 offers at the end of the first week and sold the house within a month of the completed renovation. I think he spent more time teaching and guiding us than other less realtors would have and I believe he genuinely cared for our familys future.
