Rich was so helpful and kind. He shared information which taught us about each piano and helped us narrow it down to the one that best fit our needs. He wasn’t ever pushy and allowed us to talk through everything. He also plays the pianos so you can hear the difference in sound. He plays beautifully! Such a great experience!

I knew that I wanted a Yamaha piano and this was the right place to go. When we casually stopped by just to see what was there, I said what I was looking for and Joe didnt beat around the bush trying to show me things that I didnt want anyway. He took me right to the pianos that I was interested in and took time to explain features, pricing, deals that I could take advantage of, etc. He let us all play on the pianos for a good amount of time to feel the piano (an absolute must for my family.) When we needed to leave, we thanked him and he offered to send me an email with information to look up and gave me a card with the prices written down for me. I love getting prices in writing! And he didnt put any pressure on or make us feel like we wasted his time.The next day I got an email from Joe with information about the pianos I was interested in which I did look up and found to be quite useful. Again, I didnt feel any pressure.It was probably another two weeks before we made our decision and came back to buy a piano. Once again Joe was super helpful and let us take our time choosing the perfect one.The delivery went well. I was super impressed with the man leading the others in the job. There were 10 stairs to go down and he led the operation so well.All in all this was such a pleasant experience (100 times better than buying new cell phone and plan) and I would heartily recommend The Piano Gallery in Orem to anyone.

Piano Gallery of Orem was AMAZING to work with! We just bought our first piano from them. They were vary helpful and friendly letting me come in and play the piano while we waited to buy. They also delivered and setup the piano after we purchased it. We LOVE our Yamaha CLP 795-GP!Over the course of two years while we worked towards a piano they were never rude and never made me feel like we were wasting their time. I appreciate the helpful explanations and demos of the piano that were given.They were vary prompt to let me know multiple times when the model we wanted to get was on their showroom floor. Absolutely phenomenal! We worked with Joe to trade in our piano for a new one, since our original piano was not very safe for our 18 month old son. Joe was incredibly helpful, going so far as to replace the keytops on the piano we were receiving and sending out a tuner to fix a couple of issues with the piano at no charge. He listened to our concerns and questions and was always quick to respond in a kind and understanding way. I bought the CSP-150 and have loved every bit of it.My musical wife and daughter are also pretty ecstatic about all the new playing options they have.When I first came into the piano gallery, I was looking for a relatively cheap digital piano to put on my desk and maybe learn a few songs.Unfortunately, they dont have cheap, digital pianos.Fortunately, I found out just how amazing a digital piano could actually be.After a few demos and discussions on wants and needs, I was more then willing to make a more significant investment in the CSP.These guys are great.

DO NOT sell your piano by consignment with the Piano Gallery! Their contract is very vague, no time frame on what to expect with a wide range of what you can expect to receive.I was moving and had to quickly sell my Baldwin console which was in excellent condition. It had appraised ten years earlier from a different consignment shop for $2500. I wrongly assumed I would get a decent amount on the higher end of Piano Gallery’s range.After a 8 month nightmare of inquires, (“you’ll have to check with Joe”, call back tomorrow after 1:00, let me check on that, I’ll call you back, you haven’t received that check?” )etc, etc!! Finally received $500 in the mail, the very lowest number on the price range. I think if I hadn’t kept checking on it I’d never have received a penny. I felt taken!The only thing good to say, Joe was always courteous and nice on the phone calls.

Piano Gallery was recommended to us by our piano teacher since we were in the market for something new. She told us theyd be able to get us the best price around. We went there and got to test digital pianos in person and see and feel the differences between them. We were told we would be given the friends and family sale price, but when we got home we found the same setup online for $600 less. :( Had we gone with the online option we would have had to unbox and set up the piano ourselves though, and it was nice that Piano Gallery did that for us. Its also nice to buy from someone local in case of any warranty issues, and of course to be able to see the piano in person before you commit. Are those things worth an extra $600? Im sure everyone would answer that question differently. If money is an issue, I would shop around. It was disappointing thinking we were getting a good deal and then finding out that we didnt after all.

I had such a great experience with purchasing a Clavinova CLP-635. Joe was extremely knowledgable concerning the features of the different pianos in the CLP series. I was conflicted and thought I should go for a different piano in the series, but it was recommended that for what I wanted the 635 would be great. That saved me quite a bit of money and it was worth it. I appreciated the honesty!I loved that the delivery was was quick and the crew was extremely nice and wanted to make sure I was happy with the product.

We’ve been looking at Grand Pianos for years trying to decide what made the most sense for us. The size, sound, fit, age, brand, etc. Joe Beagley, at the Piano Gallery in Orem was so great to work with. He was informative and patient, which was really what we needed. He helped us to understand what we didn’t know we didn’t know. He let us borrow a floor template that showed several different sizes of pianos so that we could better visualize what size would fit in our room. The price of the piano included delivery, tuning, and a ten year warranty, so it was nice to not have a lot of extra costs on top of an already hefty price tag. He also gave us an option to trade the piano up within 30 days of having it in our home which gave us a huge amount of comfort if we didn’t love how the piano fit. When it arrived; however, it fit perfectly and had fantastic sound for our space. We’re so happy with our piano and our experience at Piano Gallery.
