Where one of the Benz dealer parts was defective And needed to be replaced again After two months of it working and then it quit working again they Stood behind her work and the dealerships part That they ordered And they replaced free of charge that’s service. plus they always got me right in and got the job done same day or next day even in a few larger jobs they are the best European auto mechanics. These guys are amazing. I got my car back wandering why I was hearing a strange noise whenever I would make a right turn & called them explaining what was wrong they told me to bring it back anytime & get it fixed no extra charge. Kind, available, honest about work needing to be done. I have had them work on multiple vehicles including a b5 s4 and an e36 m3. They have always completed the work to perfection.The S4 was repaired at the dealer prior to TJs, due to an accident and so many issues arose from the repair performed at the dealer. TJs was able to repair my car properly and at a great price.On my m3 they they did the repairs same day and even offered advice over the phone when I was out of town and having issues.Solid and knowledgeable shop I keep sending my cars and my friends and familys cars to over that past 7+ years and never a single regret.

I’ve literally brought my Audi in 7-8 times this year since March. I have spent over $3000 just for my check engine light to still be on. Literally every time I got my car back the check engine light would turn right back on. I would highly recommend a different mechanic cause I’ve really just been wasting my time taking my car here.

Locally owned, TJ takes care of me every time I visit. Upfront and honest. I recommend this shop to everyone! At registration time, they will do the safety and emission and hand you your place sticker. No mailing or visiting DMV--ever.

Once my warranty was up on my 2011 BMW X5 Diesel I started taking it to TJs for service. You get certified mechanics and authentic parts for substantially less than service at the dealership. Im glad I found them.

He hang up the phone twice on me .I towed my car all the way there and then he refused to work on my car . Just because I told him that I work in a dealership he just didn’t want to touch my car, Oh then I work in 7 elven would you work on my car now . That was very disrespectful .
