A guy recommended this shop, we pull in and tell them the story of seeing my son before deploying. They went above and beyond, got us in, replaced the bearing and got us back on the road in less than 3 hours! I highly recommend them. I’ve been going here for years and they’ve always been great to work with and help me asap. Especially Trevor; I’m extremely impressed with his customer service. He always remembers who I am and even things like the different vehicles I take in! I know when he’s there that I can trust that everything I need to get done or fixed on my vehicles will be taken care of!The only feedback I have doesn’t reflect on the service or personnel; because they are great. I don’t really like the location because it’s a small area and can be a little difficult to get in and out of. They’re always very busy, I think it would be a big benefit for everyone to have a larger location with easier access or even open another close by.

Rockys has been a skilled and reliable company to work with and we appreciate their reasonable prices and expertise. We have been taking our cars there for several years and they often resolve/repair problems faster than anticipated and are always VERY patient with our kids in the lobby when we need to bring them along. Brought my car in right before closing and I got a message the next day around late morning that my car was ready, the parking lot was full of cars but they managed to fix my small tire problem quickly. Great customer service aswell, I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of me in anyway.

Even though they were extremely busy, they worked us in an we were on our way in about 45 minutes. We have used Rocky’s Tire Pros in Orem on other occasions in the past and have always found them to be extremely competent and very fair. Would highly recommend them.

As a woman, I have always hated going to the mechanic because I feel I am being nickel and dimed to death, or I’m being threatened I need to fix something on my car or I’ll die. It’s funny because conversely, when I would go with my dad or husband they would receive friendly suggestions instead of threats.I have NEVER felt this way at Rocky’s. I found them in college and I’ve used them for over 5 years for everything. I have always worked with Trevor or Ivan. Both are friendly and remember me as a customer, are professional, and most important they are HONEST. I observe them to be this way with every customer. I have never been coerced by them to have an unnecessary service. The shop is conveniently located (though I wish there was more parking) and inside is clean with a nice sitting area for waiting. I recommend them to everyone I know.

My experience at Rocks was great. It was a Saturday and the employees were very busy. They stop their work to welcome me and unload my flat tires and rim. They explained the time period for the repair. And took my first name. I returned to find my flat tire was replaced and the rim had a new air valve. And then my tire was loaded in my trailer. I didnt have to touch the dirty tire until I returned to place it back on my car. Now, to me! this is customer service. I will buy my next tires at Rocks Tire Pros! Love customer Service. I took in my truck to get an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. I also ended up getting my wiper blades replaced since they carry Bosch. I was there for around two hours (totally reasonable). The time passed quickly even though I had my child with me. Comfy, clean waiting area. Matt was awesome! This is now my go-to service location!

The workers at the front desk were less than accommodating and unfriendly overall. They did not tell me the price of the service before doing it and so I was stuck with a bill that I had agreed upon. Overall disappointed. Discount has much higher quality service.

Went in to ask their professional opinion and recommendations on putting a lift or stiffer shocks on my small SUV to keep it from bottoming out when I tow or have small to medium loads in the vehicle. Their response was great! They said we would love to take your money, but there are really not feasible options that would really solve that problem. I later took a used truck in that I had just bought and asked them to look it over and make recommendations for repairs. They came back with few, and listed them in order of priority and also gave me an estimated timing as to when I should consider the repairs to ensure the life and performance of my vehicle. They have built a lot of trust with me, and I will continue to take my vehicles there for tires and maintenance.

I went in to have a slow leak fixed and to have my tires rotated. It took a long time, because other people were ahead of me with appointments, but I understand that. Because it took so long, I wasn’t charged a thing. Is the only place I go for tires and it’s the only place I’ll ever go. They put tires on my vehicles for a decent price and the people there rock.

Ive been going to this establishment for years and have always been satisfied with the services and customer service. Ive always been given honest prices and work on everything Ive brought to them. Communication has never been sparse or non-existent. Calls have always remained professional but still personal and kind. They will always tell you specifics of what work was done upon asking; just honest and good people with great work. Hard to come by for an auto shop. I came in just an hour before they closed and they were still kind and did their best to finish what I needed swiftly. I was very grateful and impressed.

I was working out of town so my wife took it over there paid 800 for a leaking antifreeze well it still leaks took it back they told me it would be under warranty and 3 days later they call and say its 600 to fix the leaking antifreeze which was already fixed so they wanted another 600 to fix the SAME THING WHAT A RIP OFF TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND IT WAS LEAKING WHERE THEY SAID IT WS FIXED BY THEM WHAT A SHADY BUSINESS DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE THEY ARE A TIRE SHOP AND SHOULD ONLY WORK ON TIRES. I REPORTED THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND HAVE GOT AN ATTORNEY AND NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WILL SEE THEM IN COURT I HAVE THE PROOF FROM THE DEALER DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING. ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE A LAWYER IN THE FAMILY. BUT I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR NOTHING MORE THATS IT.

Matt Cook at Rockys is AMAZING!I took my car to Toyota to have my engine lights checked and they wanted me to put $900 into my car for a water pump that didn’t match the engine lights. I took it to Matt & he looked it up and all I needed was a little brake fluid. Rockys also topped of my other fluids, changed the oil & tire rotation saving me ? $800.00I would give Rockys 10 ⭐️ stars if possible!

This is the best and honest car mechanics in Orem area. I went as everyone do first come first serve . First I met with Zac who is a great mechanic he explained it all of my situation in the car. My car issue was alignment and brakes. As a student it’s hard to pay 💰 lot of money 💴. But they took care of me very well and explain to me everything. I recommend this place for anyone new please do get to know Matt and other mechanics. I believe everything is all about trusting and fulfilling the needs of the customer. Took my classic car in for an allignment, guy working on the alignment was more willing to explain some of the issues but didnt quite know how to fix the problem, service desk guy wasnt very helpful in the slightest, never shouldve been charged and my cars allignment is worse than when I had it setup myself before bringing it into this shop, first and last time Ill be going here again...

We found a screw in our front tire. I called Rockys on Saturday morning at 9AM and asked if they could repair it. They said yes. We got there at about 9:30AM. They called us about 10:30AM and informed us that it was finished! I was so happy as my wife would have been without a car and I needed to drive her to pick up the repaired van before I could leave for work. Imagine our surprise when they informed us that the repair was free, NO CHARGE! We didnt buy these tires there. Who does that! We will buy our next set of tires from Rockys.Bob

Terrible experience. Parking lot was a hot mess. Workers were rude and condescending. Workers were not wearing masks despite their sign stating they were required. I was refused my simple emissions test (an hour and a half before closing) so I went to another shop less than a mile down the road and was treated with a ton of respect and taken care of quickly. Definitely would not recommend Rockys Tire Pros.

About a month ago I went in for an alignment, and I wasnt good. Yes my car has special modifications. So I went in today to see why it was driving weird. The guy at the desk, Ivan, seemed helpful and after explaining his thoughts he kind of changed his demeanor. I am personally going thru some personal issues and I got teary eyed, he said something along the lines of its okay take your time I know women, clearly I was not crying about the issue with my car. Later he walked me out to my car to show me that my back tires were bald. Which seemed odd becasue I took my car for a tire rotation about 2 mths ago. No one pointed out my tires when I went in for the alignment, which I mentioned to Ivan, he clearly stated well I cant fix the past, dude were paying a lot of money to prevent issues like this from happening, we are trusting you our cars to be safe. I had to buy to new tires, which completely bothered Ivan because he had to give me a discount. Ivan, you have no idea what is going on with our lives just be courteous to women who are not savvy about cars.

Costco recommended we go to Rockys to get our suspension looked at (we had tire cupping in the rear), and said they were honest and reasonable...which turned out to be completely true. They replaced our rear shocks and did an alignment at an excellent price...and Ivan was amazing to work with!

Rockys Tire Pros has serviced all of my vehicles for at least 12 years. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else because they have always treated me with respect and professionalism. I personally am practically helpless when it comes to vehicle repairs and maintenance but they always take the time to explain things to me and they dont try to oversell me on services I dont need. I had visited two other tire places to get a slow leak in one of my tires taken care of. Rockys team took the time to locate the previously missed leak and resolved the ongoing need to visit a tire shop or re-inflate my tires every couple of weeks.Additionally, they didnt try to upsail me to buying new tires when it wasnt needed. Excellent service and honest people.

Ran over a screw without realizing it, until I tried to go to work the next day and found the tire flat. I had to use my spare tire to get my truck over to Rockys. They were very busy with other vehicles but were able to squeeze me in and get my tire patched within the hour, and they even put the spare tire back in place underneath. Price was very reasonable, and the staff was very professional. Would absolutely recommend these guys.
