Carl and his staff are amazing. They are old-school, genuine professionals that take pride in their work and shoot straight. Their estimate was fair and accurate based on our final invoice. They also gave us a realistic timeline for the work and were done right when they said they would be. Our car looked better than when we got it on the inside too! I highly recommend Harmans. Carl plays a mean guitar too, which Im sure helps him tickle the trigger on his paint gun...

Christie at the front desk was always so nice and sure to call me and keep me updated with the status of my car. Hector (the man who worked on my car) blew all good customer service out of the water and fixed more of the car than I had paid for, for FREE! TIP If you love or know anything about Rockabilly then youve just found home.Great locally owned body shop. Ive had Carl work on my car twice and he does good work. Ive also sent about 7 referrals to Harman Certified Collision and I know they all had a good experience. On my last experience there was a few day delay which caused an issue with the rental car through the insurance and my last referral was over a week longer than expected. So possibly be ready for that.

I just wanted to express how much I trust this shop. I have had the luck to bring three separate cars here for 4 different occasions in a 5 year period. It seems various different insurance adjusters even know Karl very well and his paint matching skills. of my three cars I had to bring in two of them had a 3 step pearl paint and the second a two step metallic. he seems to make the cars look like new every time. I cannot express how much I would trust this shop with your repair, paint & auto body work. Im surprised there are not more good reviews. Im surprised 4 different times and each time the work has been excellent. Staff is very kind and professional too.

I had Carl paint my new front bumper a few years back. Carl was friendly, laid back, and he color matched the paint perfectly. The paint has held up perfectly, no cracks, no fish eyes. Just a quality repair job. You cant even tell that it has been replaced. I felt no pressure from him, just a decent price and a better quality return than I had expected. Awesome customer service. He kept me well informed of the work being done and got it done in the time promised. Nobody wants to have to go to a body shop, but if you have the choice, go to Harmans Certified Collision Repair! They will treat you right!

Not a good place for a rough out. I honestly could have done it myself if I knew the end result would look like that. Not done professionally. My car just looked like the technician took a big hammer and went to tow and got it done in 10 minutes. It needed a smaller hammer, a more delicate hand and a little bit more time and care to have it look professional and finished.

Such a nice guy. Very thorough. Gives you all paperwork, walks you around the car to show everything that was fixed. If you find any flaw no matter how small he is willing and happy to fix it. Very personable.

Harman was referred to me a few years ago by my mechanic, who I trust like my father who could fix any thing and everything.Harmans did an excellent job then. I went back to him later to check on painting the hood of an old car. The cost would be more than the value of the car. He told me that the way it was, it wasnt going to rust away, the car will function fine as it was, so it may not be worth it to put high value paint on an old valued car with limited life.He is not there just to get money from you for work you dont need- and when you need him, he does excellent work. Nice and honest guy.

I had Carl find me a used fender for a commuter car and he found a great one that saved me about 600 dollars. There was a small hiccup after it was fixed and Carl went above and beyond. I will definitely go back to them in the future. Great service and work at a fair price.

Your car gets the attention it deserves because they are a smaller operation. Still very professional, willing to make sure the customer is satisfied. We had some excess wind noise after our first repair and they took care of it -- Harmans isnt happy unless you are happy.

My car was hit twice within 1 week. It was wrecked from the back bumper and from the driver side quarter panel and back driver side wheel was damaged so I didnt want to drive anywhere. They towed my car to their shop the same day I called them to start working on it, and they left it in great condition. I was really pleased with their service overall. They provide warranty on their work and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. They made everything so easy and smooth for me and took care of everything. I will recommend this place to anyone that is ever looking for a repair shop from now on.

I had my car repaired by Harmans when I got in an accident in 2009. Just this year (2014) I noticed some of the paint was peeling on the hood. I took the car back in to Harmans Certified Collision Repair and they repainted the hood for free. After 5 years!!!! I was thrilled. They are the nicest folks, and they offer great service.By the way, apparently that was the first hood that came back to them with the paint peeling off.

Amazing to work with. Both my car and my wifes car have been rear-ended in the last few years. (Seriously people, quit texting and driving) Christy and Carl took such good care of us each time. Christy takes the headache from the insurance company off your plate and Carl does exceptional work and gets your car as good as new with no runaround. He also stands behind his work.

My wife backed her Beetle into another car pretty much turning her rear bumper into a mosaic of powder blue paint and bare plastic. I shopped around and got estimates from all of the major body shops in Orem, and Harmans came in with the best price. Not only were they the best price, but the work they did was top notch! They were up front about everything entailed in the repair and they were fast too. Now my wifes Beetle looks as good as new! Highly recommend these guys for anyone who needs paint or body work done.
