AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!Here is the story. I hired this company to come out to diagnose what was wrong with my dryer as it suddenly stopped working. Larry and his daughter came out to our house. Larry looked at the dryer while the daughter had a very loud very personal conversation on the phone.They told us what they thought was wrong with the dryer and how much it would cost to fix. $430 DOLLARS! Thats how much he wanted us to pay him to fix our dryer.I never actually planned on him repairing the dryer because I am handy enough to change the parts needed to get the dryer working I just needed to know what was wrong. After I changed what he told me was wrong... still broken... So his diagnosis was wrong.I told him to come back to take another look and he told me that the fuse box had a bad fuse. That I will not do myself. So I hired an electrician to come take a look and swap the fuse... the dryer STILL doesnt work after that repair.Finally, I buy a new dryer and it works fine.I asked Larry for a refund on several accounts due to the misdiagnosed the dryer on several visits and he refused again and again. He told me that he would come and look at it again to try to make the issue right. He said that he would call me tomorrow to set up a time.You guessed it. No call. No contact. i waited another week and asked AGAIN for a refund for the misdiagnosed dryer. Again he refuses and asks what time he can come back to look at the dryer again.This time I refuse to let him come back and let him know that i will just take to the internet instead.By the way. the charge was $79. Thats the refund that he could not make happen.It looks like a pretty obvious game he is playing. Charge an easy $79 bucks for an hour of time. Quote an astronomical amount for a repair the ensure that the customer just buys a new dryer. Then move on to the next easy customer.Poor Poor Poor service.
