CSA has been such a great company to work with! They were very persistent at identifying the root of unique issue I was having with my system despite it taking weeks to get figured out. Highly recommend!!

Don’t go in for an interview if you have a medical marijuana card the owner will treat you like a junkie. Receptionist was extremely nice and the crew lead guy seemed like a good dude. 2021 #no stigma

This company puts guys that have zero HVAC experience in lead positions to fend for themselves without a licenced technician on site. In order to qualify these individuals must only have three months of experience. Is this the kind of company you want to hire? A not properly installed HVAC system is not only a danger to your home, but also your health.This company also installs the absolute cheapest, less efficient materials only to charge same rates as other companies. I know because I worked for this company for one week. I also installed HVAC systems in Massachusetts where the standard is set very high. None of the things this company does would every be approved. Be careful what company you hire.Reply to comment from owner below: My apparent lies can back themselves up. Anyone who is willing to do their research, or even call around to other HVAC companies can see threw the scam you pull. I don’t even know how you are in business. Full Disclosure: We are friends of the owners.With that being said, I was able to describe the problem, error codes and send a model number. They were able to get the correct part in, come over late after hours and help further diagnose and repair our furnace. You might be thinking that this was due to our friendship. Maybe you are right. But I know they have done the same thing for other customers. They are fair, showing the greatest integrity. They are quick to respond and treat people with respect. CSA will have my business.

I’m so grateful for this company!I’m a firefighter that needed to supplement my income, so I began fixing friends cars in my garage. This was a great idea until it started getting cold. I had an old furnace that was given to me about 20 years ago that I have always planned on installing in my garage (knowing that it was on its last leg 20 years ago when it was removed from its original purpose, but thinking I had no other choice). In the fall my wife wanted to surprise me by getting that old furnace working for my birthday. She had heard good things about CSA and so she gave them a call and explained what our situation was.The owners came over that evening while I was at the fire station, they looked at the old furnace and said that it was a ticking time bomb, that they wouldn’t feel good about us using it at all. When my wife explained that we didn’t have the money to pay for a new one, they offered to install a furnace that they had laying around.(I almost cried when my wife told me the news) Somehow they worked me into their schedule and the new furnace was installed a couple days later.Every time I have to work in my garage I feel so blessed that my wife called CSA. They have not only warmed my home but my heart and soul. You were the answer to many prayers.Thank you CSA!

They came promptly. Inspected our heater and gave us an informed, professional review. We had been told by another company that our system maybe in need of immediate attention. CSA notes many of the items the other company had noted but said our heater should continue to work efficiently for a more years to come. Very honorable. I trust them!

I would go to CSA for all my HVAC needs! They were kind and knowledgable and they even taught me how to better my system by taking care of it. When I had emergencys, they were fast in responding and getting me taken care of!

CSA installed a/c and furnace replacements in our home. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship, equipment performance and personal interaction with CSA. The equipment was installed on time and performed as described. CSA price was competitive. I would without hesitation recommend CSA .

We could never get our house to heat or cool effectively. CSA Heating came in and relaxedr our entire system. The were quick and efficient. There employees were great to work with. Our system has run great and for the first time in two years that weve lived here we can actually control the temperature. We would recommend CSA Heating to anyone!

This company is a joke. After reading some of the reviews I have been inspired to share my experience with CSA.The way they do work is by doing it the fastest and cheeped way possible.Quality only gets in the way of speed for these people. The owner seams alright but his wife has no problem with telling people to F-off.Take the time to research quality HVAC companies. Because if your going to invest thousands of dollars to keep your family and home comfortable and SAFE you want the right company to do it. DONT go with CSA my friends.

Furnace went out - called and they were here within an hour. Changed out the furnace. Service was prompt and professional. Pricing was excellent! Do yourself a favor and call CSA for all your HVAC needs.

The filter is not what I am questioning. When the furnace was initially installed the blower went out within 6 months of us moving into this brand new home, the furnace was never as quiet as it was initially.What struck me the most is how CSA handled a request to talk to a manager. This review is for how the situation was handled. The lack of unprofessionalism as a woman called and yelled at my husband is the reason for this review. CSA said our warranty was voided I had another furnace company come out, and they called the furnace manufacturer and ordered the wheel that is still under warranty, working great now.p

I wouldnt use them again. 5 visits to complete the job. Inconvenienced to leave work multiple days to meet them because they couldnt keep to a schedule and wouldnt respond when I called to ask them if they were still coming. The invoice was sent a month later with a due date of the same day it was sent (via email). I had 2 hours to make a payment before it would be considered late. I told them that wasnt acceptable and to send me an invoice with a due date of the following week. Invoice was sent after a second request. Payment was made over the phone. Receipt was sent via email with the correct paid on date but the due date was changed back to the original date showing I made a late payment. Shady behavior. That cant be legal. Workmanship was so so but I will have to have someone else come back out (a different company) to clean up the wiring and piping they did.

They are great to work with, the installed the ducting for my basement and they went through a basement window so they wouldnt get dirt in the rest of the home. I have used them several times since.

My husband works here. He always makes sure to treat the clients like family, and his employers take good care of him as well.

We had a very positive experience with CSA. The technician arrived on time, was polite, professional, and answered all of our questions. I recommend CSA, and will use them again.

Very poor service and workmanship. Didn’t complete the job and had to pull Sheetrock for them to go back in to finish. Owner expected payment prior to finishing the job and threaten legal action amongst name calling. Very unperfessional!

DO NOT EVER USE CSA FOR ANYTHING. DO NOT CONTRACT THEM. DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.This company put me and my family in extreme danger. After Dominion Energy verified a gas leak and red-tagged our furnace on Friday, January 26th, CSA was sent to my home to repair the furnace. We gave them the documentation of problems from Dominion Energy. Their technicians ignored the red tag and documentation, didnt replace the problematic parts, turned the furnace back on, and instructed us that it was safe to use. On Sunday, January 28th, we woke up to another gas leak and called Dominion Energy again. They confirmed that the furnace was unsafe to use and that we had very dangerous levels of gas in the house. They also said the furnace had not been repaired and should not have been turned back on.In short, we could have lost our home and our lives due to the negligence of this pathetic excuse for a company. Their customer service over the phone is horrible, their website shows a website expired error, and their employees are unqualified to say the least.

I just received an invoice from CSA.About a month or two ago, CSA was sent out by Arive Homes to repair our Air Condition unit that has not worked properly since it was installed.The invoice is for:Change FilterCharge Air Conditioning and Wipe it DownDerate FurnaceMake sure AC is running and functioning properlyThe problem is, none of that was actually completed. When the tech came out, he and I enjoyed a good conversation on how poorly the system was installed, but no work was actually completed. He wrote down some notes, and told me he would get back to me the following day—which never happened.To this day I still have not heard from CSA since, or had them come back.I have reported them to the State Department of Licensing for fraud, and am reaching out to Gephardt and others to see what is the beat course of action, when being defrauded by a contractor.
