The tech was a great guy, punctual and very professional. Expert services is way more friendlier than Lowe’s or Home Depot put together.

Devan did great job diagnosing and fixing our tankless hot water heater, which kept shutting off on its own. Our water heater had accumulated mineral deposits from the hard water - which had reduced the water flow. He also set us up with the valves so we could service it easier next year. It was a bit pricey ($600), but thats mostly our fault for not servicing it more regularly to keep the calcium deposits down. I booked an appointment online in the early morning and they were there later that morning!

After trying to use two other professional plumbing places to come give me bids who then put me off and kept trying to reschedule my appointment, I have been very impressed with expert services. They were very reliable and came when they said they would. They even sent me reminders about my appointment. Devan was very kind and professional in fixing our shower drain. I am grateful.

The service technician Devan was great. Very friendly and very fast at getting the job done. Although my particular issue with a water heater was not resolved (to no fault of his, ended up needing to have it completely replaced), I will definitely use Expert Services again in the future. I had Expert install a tankless water heater last year and had a great experience. So when my pipes were shaking anytime we flushed a toilet, I called them. I called Friday and they were here Monday morning. The pressure regulator had failed which they quickly assessed and replaced it. Great customer service and fair pricing. Eric came on time and was meticulous. He took my furnace apart like Ive never seen anyone do before. I had had two other companies come over before he came and they both told me that I needed to buy a new furnace and were very eager to sell me that furnace. Eric disagreed with the things that I was told by the other companies and, after a thorough checking of my furnace, I only ended up needing to have a new heat exchanger for $169. The costs of these other two furnaces recommended were $5,900 and $4,500 respectively. Eric saved me thousands of dollars by being honest and thoroughly checking my furnace. Im very grateful to him and to expert company. They will have my loyalty. Furthermore Eric took the time to show me parts of my furnace as he was conducting his exam and he explained briefly to me what the part was and just quickly how things worked in my furnace. I am more than pleased with expert and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Stuart was absolutely awesome! He was professional, on time, and had great communication skills. He showed and explained exactly what he was doing, what caused the issue, and answered any extra questions we had. After quickly fixing the issue, he went above and beyond to even check out behind our electrical panel and make sure everything was in good order and all connections were tightened to ensure there were no issues there. The diagnostic fee and price to fix the issue was VERY reasonable for an expert in the field to check it out. We had previously had an electrician come and quote us for $600 to diagnose and fix it, without even opening the light switch to check if it was an easy fix (which it ended up being)! Yikes!Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric itself was great to communicate in multiple ways to confirm my appointment and to let me know when Stuart was on his way. I will definitely be using Expert Services Utah again and would be happy to have Stuart help us with any further electrical needs!

Wow, did these guys come through. Were new restaurant owners, and recently got a call from our store that the water heater was completely out–no hot water at all. Bad news for a restaurant. Josh and Forrest repaired a leaking waterline from the water main into our house. Even though this required Josh to stay until after dark on Christmas Eve, he willingly did this to get water back to our home. We were very impressed. Richard was the technician who came, and he was amazing! We expected there to be push-back since there was a problem with our furnace caused by changes made to it during installation of a new AC unit months previously, but he fixed the problem it caused with our heating system, and it was all covered under warranty. This was for a plumbing call on a backed up main drain. They were professional and arranged for the clean-up/mitigation company. Cindy, who I spoke with each time, was amazing, empathetic and professional. She got it done! Though the clog cleared on its own and they could not find a likely reason for the clogging of the drain, they did look at it with a camera the entire length of the line and found a possible belly or low spot. Loved that they sent text messages with technicians picture which created a safe and trusting experience. A+ for communication. I would highly recommend.

The plumber that came to my home was great. Really liked the guy. The issue was the companys pricing.I needed a new pressure regulator valve...the plumber said it was an easy fix. The price I was quoted was $475 for the cheapest option (that price includes parts, labor, and taxes).What bothered me the most was that another company just fixed the same issue for significantly less! The part itself costs $90-$120, and the install literally took less than 15 minutes.That means that I was quoted $350 for 15 minutes of labor... wow! Ill never call again.

I had a pipe burst in my basement. Out of 4 companies I called this one made it a priority to come out ASAP. Scott and Mark came in, did a fill check of my system, gave me a great price, and performed the job quickly and professionally. I had a leaky pipe that caused water to leak down from the upstairs bathroom and created a water drip through the ceiling of the kitchen. They were able to come repair the problematic pipe on the same day that I called for help! The cost was explained upfront and they told me they would communicate with me if the estimated cost were to go up. (Luckily, it did not!) The technician, Bruce explained the issues and helped me understand the situation and what he was doing to repair the pipe. All in all, it was completed in an amazingly timely, affordable and professional manner!

I called on a Wednesday late afternoon and they were able to come to my home first thing Thursday morning. It was a leak in a pipe running from the kitchen down to the family room. He was able to find the leak and repair it that morning. I was so grateful and he did such a great job!

They were very prompt and professional. I called them for an emergency service on a commercial sump pump in a restaurant. I have tried several others in the past, but no one seemed to know what they were doing. It only took them 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, and after getting the part, had us up and running. because of their knowledge and expertise, we were able to open for dinner instead of closing down for the night.

Chris came 2 hours earlier than scheduled. He was quick but explained to me clearly what he was doing. He didn’t do the typical “man speak” to “the little lady”. He was efficient, professional and kind.

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday. We reached out to Expert and they were able to send a technician out that evening to look at it. We appreciated that someone was able to come out so soon with it being as hot as it had been. The technician diagnosed the issue and told us that he would not be able to look into getting the part until Monday. Before he left, he dropped the heavy part down our stairs and took a chunk out of the drywall, but did not bring it up before leaving. He told us that either way he would contact us by Monday evening to give an update. He did not follow up with us on Monday. The following day we were told that the part would take 2 weeks to get. We reached out to another company and they were able to get the exact part that we needed right away.

Bruce replaced and installed new water heaters. He was amazing! I’ve never known anyone with his work ethic! He stayed late on a Friday evening to get the job done so we’d have hot water over the weekend.

They came out and diagnosed an issue with my furnace fan and replaced the needed parts, which wasnt easy. I feel that some other companies would have just recommended replacing the furnace due to the difficulty of the repair, but Expert was honest and professional as always. I cant recommend this company enough, they are awesome. Definitely our go-to for any services that they offer.

$3100 estimate. He told me old heater wouldnt fit out, it was a 50 gallon. He told me newer 40 gal heaters would not fit down the 20.5 opening. He said he would have to find an older one that would fit. He told me the vent was out of code and that he would have to move some ducting out of the way.I went to home depot and ALL 40 gal heaters would fit and even some 50 gal models would fit.My friend and I did job for $500.It took about 1 1/2 hours.

I love this company. Ive used them for plumbing twice, electrical twice (they fixed a problem for half the price of another quote and found a problem no one else did.) The water softener they use is custom built for your city water system and $100s of dollars lower because its made in Utah too. Ive needed to call with questions a few times are also.They very knowledgeable, personable, prompt, clean uniforms and better prices than anyone Ive even used.

Our electrical technician Jeff has come to our house twice now, and both times has been very professional, polite, and personable. We had a complete kitchen remodel that exposed some cool challenging electrical rework, and Jeff was more than up to the task. His work is top notch. He doesnt leave until youre happy with the work. A couple of months ago, we had need of a plumber. Not knowing a plumber to call, I called Expert based on some reviews I read online. Chandler came to service our needs. I was so impressed with the knowledge, friendliness, quality, really just everything about Chandler. About a month later, we needed a plumber again. I called Expert and Chandler was sent. Again, very impressed! Pricing was more than fair. Last night we came home from being out of town for more than a week. The weather had turned very cold and our furnace had stopped while were gone. Our home was 42 degrees! We instantly thought of Expert, but this time for heating, and they were more than responsive. They didn’t have any appointments for 24 hours but said they would see about fitting us in. They were able to do that and Chris, another awesome employee, came to our home and was able to have our furnace up and running within a half of an hour. I was expecting a very costly repair but was pleasantly surprised...great price and better than that, quality and service are top notch! The service at Expert is the best! Our home is once again warm and cozy in time for Thanksgiving.
