We had a great experience working with Parleys PPM. We had a complicated air conditioner problem that was created by the original installers and the Parleys people worked diligently to figure it out. We worked with James, Roger, and Rob - all were incredibly knowledgeable, on time and very professional - absolutely top notch. Delaney in the office was also great to work with - always positive and professional, and kept us informed about appointments and billing. In the future, I wouldnt call anyone else but Parleys PPM.

I hired these guys 2 years ago (almost) and they put in a Flo by Moen system. Now, when I had trouble with it, they, dont service my area. They also gave me number of their sister company who they said do service my area, but when I called that company, they DONT. The manager wouldnt even talk or listen to me when I wanted to understand why they would install something but not come fix it. He just texted with the receptionist and she relayed his texts. Chicken! Very poor service and people skills.

I had the guys at Parleys PPM come over to my house to inspect my furnace and some registers because a couple of rooms werent getting heated properly. I was impressed that they came very close to when they said they would get there (they did call to say they were close). When they came, they listened to all my questions and made some recommendations about the registers that were very affordable and suggested some things I could do myself. After, they came down stairs and looked at the furnace. I liked that they shared very positive things that were going well with it, and talked to me about each option that would improve the effectiveness of the furnace. They were very knowledgeable about our system. I didnt feel like they were there to gouge me with all sorts of expenses (as I have felt with others). They even made a few corrections that were easy to make at no additional expense. I have to say It was a very refreshing visit. No pressure, no gimmicks, just good ol fashion service! I called Parleys this morning to do a sewer line clearing and ultimately replace the sewer, and when I called, the guy asked why I kept calling him and not answering when he called back. I had never contacted (or heard of) this company before—they were recommended by another company that was busy today—and I explained that he must have me confused with someone else. He started yelling at me and saying that he knew it was me and he had some kind of Google recognition or something. I said again that it wasn’t me, and he said again I’d called him multiple times about my furnace?? I said, it’s possible I called you months ago when I had a furnace replaced, but definitely not more than once, and I don’t think even once. And he said no, I’ve called him several times in the past few days about my furnace. He was yelling and upset. I said I didn’t appreciate being yelled at and I wasn’t the person he thought i was and that I was calling about a sewer, not a furnace, and then he hung up on me. Feel like I dodged a bullet on what ended up being a sewer that needed replacing, but it was a pretty discouraging start to an already hard situation of the sewer being backed up.

Rob installed a water softener for me. The location on my 1970 era house was in the garage - a bedroom away from the water inlet from the street. Very complex to run the water supply through the ceiling to the garage and back, but Rob is a first class Master Plumber (thats a thing) and after watching him install for two days, I am glad I didnt choose anyone else. First class installation in every way! So glad to have soft water in this old house!

Great service! Technician was on time, friendly, professional, and fixed our problem. I hired another plumber who used the wrong fittings and made our water come out of the tap RUSTY. Parleys fixed the problem and now we have clean water. The cost was less than expected. I will call Parleys from now on! Thanks!

Ive used Parleys PPM for 5 1/2 years for our heaters and a/c, and Ive always been happy with them. They know their stuff, and if they are able, they will tweak something for me for free while theyre at our house. They will suggest ways to save money, such as replacing just one part, to keeping a/c limping along until it dies. They are very patient when answering all my questions. I wish all companies cared this much about customer service!

They were very polite and professional from the initial phone call for service all the way through the plumber meeting with us. Our water heater started leaking and he was able to check it out, show us what the problem was, and replace it all in the same visit. He wasnt pushy about what needed to be done and he was very polite and patient with us and all of our questions. It was starting to rain/snow outside and so he immediately put on shoe covers and laid down carpet covers throughout the house to prevent any footprints or carpet/floor damage from the water heater replacement.

The receptionist was very short with me I’m a realtor looking for someone to come out do a heat rise and water column test for a house I have under contract she would not listen to me and kept talking over me and said that since I wasn’t an owner she won’t work with me and didn’t give me any other direction or information very unhelpful

Ryan came at the time the scheduler said he would. He was courteous and professional. I reviewed with him what the concern was with the gas line at the furnace, and he got right to it. He inspected every pipe, every angle, every cranny and found all was well and there was no gas leak. He even checked the water heater at the same time. After several bids for installing a new HVAC system, we received conflicting information on what was actually needed for our home. We ran into a snag after finalizing an order with getting the furnace here due to COVID-related delays. Casey came to our house today we are very happy with his service he came looked at our furnace because we was having problems with it he tested parts on it cleaned other parts that could be the problem because its Murphys law as soon as you call the professional it will all of a sudden start working and with that he said he is pretty sure he fixed and if it has any more problems to call and he will come and take my furnace apart piece by to piece to find the issue hopefully they will let us request him every time we have found our furnace and a/c guy he was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, professional, fast, efficient, and explained what he was doing and what he was checking and cleaning and the reason our furnace wasnt working to his knowledge was it being dirty and a cobweb that caused our problems hopefully you will let him know that he has made us very happy and a customer for life thank you ppm

On their website they advertise sump pump installations. I called to get a quote. When the technician arrived it was very apparent that they dont normally do sump pump installation. The technician was NOT helpful and was more interested in checking out our furnace setup and selling me a furnace. He had a hard time describing a sump pump basin for me. When the quote came back it was over $4800 (4x higher than the other two quotes we received)! This wasnt even including the pump (I had furnished a pump). It only included cutting a 30 inch hole in the concrete and digging down a couple of feet, putting in a $50 basin, attaching the pump (provided) and then plumbing $30 worth of pvc pipe up 7 feet and out 4-5 feed through the siding. It is at most a couple hundred dollars of materials and is NOT complicated work. This means they quoted me for $4600 of labor. Thats 46 hours of work for one plumber billed out at $100/hr. It is at most 4-8 hours worth of work for one person. Technician Barker and PPM would get no stars if it were possible.

On Jun 8, 2020, PPM plumber, Robert (last name?) fixed my shower head arm successfully. He was pleasant and explained things as he worked. I would like his business card for future reference. A receipt came on-line but it wont allow printout. The experience request Post wont respond to a click. Is PPM is getting this message? This is my last try.

We appreciate you all so much. Our old house has from time to time needed repairs and upkeep. It was the bathtub this time. Taps rebuilt (bless him! I had a garbage disposal installed yesterday. Lee, the service rep was prompt professional and efficient.However, when I researched the price of the unit installed I found it retailed for $125. The install took half an hour from arrival to departure. My home is a mile away from the office. I was charged $414. This is ridiculous.Then I was sent an email for a review but the link just goes back to their website. I responded to the mail and have heard nothing back.The two stars are for Lee. The lack of the other three is for gouging me on the price.Unable to recommend these guys.Recently heard from Jim and received a $50 credit. Happier with the price now but still feel the labor is high for half an hours work. Ill change to three and a half stars.

Our water heater died, which we discovered Monday morning when we could get no hot water and there was leaking around the floor of the water heater. By Monday afternoon, James from Parley’s was out replacing it. We have an unusual size enclosure for it and he was still able to get it replaced by that afternoon.By Tuesday he and an associate were out to replace the water heater vent, which had been poorly installed the first time around and was not up to code. James obviously took pride in his work and left it looking much better on the roof then when he found it, getting rid of unnecessary pipes.We give them 5 stars for their excellent service!

I have used Parleys PPM services for many years now. They have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are competent. I have never had to call them back to redo some work because they do it right the first time.

I’ve used PPM now for 20 years. The A/C unit installed by PPM in 1999 finally needed to be retired and replaced with a new unit. Given the quality of service I’ve had with PPM over the last 20 years, I didn’t hesitate to call them. I called Monday morning, had them out the same day, and a new unit installed the very next day. Would recommend them to anyone, and will continue to have them service my needs for years to come.

Parleys PPM deserves not only five starts, but 10 stars. While other companies told me to wait for their technician for 4 day to fix my AC in a 90 degrees temperature, they came next day early in the morning. Casey was polite, kind, fix my AC in less than 20 minutes, checked everything in my AC and furnace at no cost and he even gave me some useful advise to keep costs down. Just had some work done on our hot water heater which had somehow sprung a leak. Lee was over ASAP and took care of the problem. We have had 2 projects completed by Parleys, and had excellent experiences both times. Free quotes are so much better than other companies. Both our projects wet wanted an idea of cost prior to committing to the project and Parleys was great for that. The technicians were professional, courteous, helpful, and kind both times. It was time to replace our 15 year old AC unit, and with our water heater tank also being that old, we decided to swap it out for a tankless system.First, their technician Ryan came and took a look at our HVAC and water system. He was really great in helping us understand our options and explaining what they could do to help. We decided to move forward with replacing both of our old units. I felt the prices and work that were quoted were very reasonable.A couple days later, Ryan returned with one of their master plumbers Rob. Ryan and Rob worked from about 9:00 AM until 8:30 PM to replace our AC and water heater. They were both awesome! They did a terrific job. They were kind, gracious, and very respectful. They completely cleaned up the job when they were done, and there was a lot that they did.Weve loved our new units! Our new AC unit is actually keeping our home cool, unlike our old one. And were really enjoying our new tankless water heater (see the picture). Weve got eight kids, so running out of hot water was a regular thing. They are always great to work with. we have used other companies who do a good enough job, but we like working with Parleys because they are easy to work with, dont charge us a fee to come out and look at our problems, and are so friendly and helpful when they are onsite.

PPM came to my home and performed an annual maintenance on my furnace. I was very happy with the service.

My air conditioner went out in peak heat so I called Parleys as they have been extremely helpful in the past in explaining various options I could consider when I had them on a service call. When the technician arrived and accessed the situation it was Friday afternoon and their supplier was about to close for the weekend. The technician made arrangements to pick up the A/C unit and then start first thing Saturday morning. He arrived and completed the entire installation that same day! (Very different from other service companies and it was Friday afternoon ). Ill never change heating and Air Conditioning Companies! When you find the best, leave the rest!

Wow! I didn’t think it was possible to find a plumbing/heating/ac company that I actually enjoy doing business with and completely trust. I think most people have a difficult time finding a plumbing/heating/ac company they can trust. I know I’ve personally had the run around from several companies, but I have been so impressed and well taken care of by PPM. They recently installed a tankless water heater and softener in our house and it was a fantastic experience from quote to job done. They were by far the best quote and the most knowledgeable. Where others left information out and overcharged, PPM explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and were 100% upfront with cost and work needed to do the job right. I’ll be a customer for life. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Since I needed HEAT, I appreciated their being willing to havee the repair man, Casey, come at 8 am, since I would not be home later in the day, and then on Saturday as well. Casey was impressively competent, fast and thorough. He deserves a bonus if not a raise.

Had problems with our water heater and was looking at replacing the whole thing for over $2,000 but when PPM showed up and looked at things he discovered that the venting was kinked and preventing our water heater from working because of the safety feature. So he simply had to readjust and secure the venting in place so it would vent properly and the water heater started working again. He also had to replace the expansion tank but in the end it only cost $300 and not $2,000+. LEE HATCH is the man you want to ask for!

Our toilet wouldnt stop running & we knew we would need some parts replaced inside the tank. Lee came out to our house on short notice and was extremely helpful! He didnt just replace the part, he got to the bottom of the issue and discovered that a vital part of our water system (the pressure reducing valve) wasnt working properly. This was a huge concern because our home is older & we have been considering replacing the plumbing for the entire house. We had no idea that the valve was damaged and was putting us at risk for a flood, but Lee took care of it. Im a newer home owner so I still have a LOT to learn, but he was extremely helpful and patient when I had 1 million questions! Im very wary of calling plumbers because my experience in the past has been pretty terrible. Its hard to feel like you can trust what they are saying a lot of the time and you dont want to be taken advantage of! Lee never once made me feel this way and was very transparent about the cost, which I can appreciate. Parleys PPM is going to be my go-to place for any plumbing, heating or air services from now on!! We had a GREAT experience with PPM. We thought we just needed to replace our water heater, but it turned out that we had a leak and a whole slew of other problems. ELLERY was so so nice and sooo helpful! He made sure to let us know up front what everything would cost and was helpful with recommendations on what we should do. We will definitely be using PPM again!

Technician was very efficient. He was able to fix the problem quickly and did not have to replace the sewer ejection pump. He also offered suggestions to avoid having problems in the future. Very satisfied and will call them again for plumbing problems.
