If you are looking for a website build, logo design or anything closely related reach out to these guys and you won’t be disappointed!!All of the above was true in the beginning. Then things start breaking, they email you promising to resolve the issues in the website and then they start quoting you hourly, demanding more money to fix basic things they built.I have been told To fix it myself, told to go to other companies or pay them more. The problem is the system they built is not sending an automatic emails when existing customer make additional purchases like a receipt of purchase. At this point the main person helping (Josh) has blocked my email. I just sent screenshots of the conversation from Tuesday last week saying they fixed the email system again, and today (Sunday ) they have emailed me five times and blocked my email.If a company takes your money, and refuses to actually fix something they stated they fixed and blocks you they are very unprofessional. I was referred by a friend and unfortunately I would absolutely not recommend Big Red Jelly.
