Blip is bringing a legitimate form of awareness and broadcast to every business. I could have never afforded big billboards and now we can! My experience has been flawless every time. You will want to lean on some very professional graphic designers to ensure your brand is readable even from far away. (The designers and folks at Blip helped me each step and are Top-notch!) Highly recommend for building awareness in your company. For us, It is not a catch-all solution to all marketing obviously but just one of the things in the marketing strategy!

My experience with Blip was incredible!! Their platform was extremely easy to use and I was able to do everything on my own which is nice. I also was not spammed by 100000000 calls from sales agents. That goes a long way in this world, if I am coming to your business, I already know what I want.

The staff there was very patient and helpful. I was given a time for a phone conference and they called right on time. I was very pleased with the results.

I love blip! Seeing your face on a billboard pushes you to the next level rather in business or just everyday life! Also, for the amount of money I spent is nothing compared to the clients that I received from 8 seconds of exposure! It is easy accessible and little to no time to set up! Improvements could be made on reporting - not having insight on an individual sign when we have 4 signs in the campaign is not ideal. It would also be nice to be notified sooner when a sign becomes unavailable and your company should have a recommended replacement already lined up and awaiting approval. Overall, the reach is decent for what you pay. However, if you dont specify when you want your advert viewed, youll get a lot of early morning and late night blips.

Everything about this experiences was great - from setting up the campaign to back-end analytics. And the cost was very affordable for the small event I was promoting with a limited budget. A+ all around!

Thought was decent service at first! Then my ad was pulled because someone else had more money. I outlined my frustration, the rep just didnt care. They pretty much suggested I take my business elsewhere. I paid my bill, and was happy I am no longer doing business with this company. The support was horrible, you as a customer are pretty much thrown to wolves to figure out how there Graba** instructions tell you how to do things. I hardly got any calls from the billboards and I was spending more money. In my opinion, your better off using free listings and social media then any billboard company. Now wait for their response, it will be a generic, we will like to make things right, blah blah. Never again, will you have my business. Have a good day, Folks!

It was great! Highly professional group. They take a lot of care in their customers/clients making sure that all the customers needs are met. The price is adjustable to fit your needs. Their design department did a superb job on our design. I highly recommend Blip.

Very easy to get started was a major plus and I love the ability to have control over daily spending as this is a huge help with seasonal campaigns. Blip is incredibly easy to use, it almost seems unreal. From signing up for an account to being on the billboard it took about 24 hours! This turnaround time is unheard of in advertising. Will definitely use Blip long term

Great low cost way to get your brand out there with a local product.

It was quick and easy with great support for a first-time customer. I very much appreciate that the customer is able to set their own expense limits and that there are not long contracts as with static board advertising. I will definitely recommend this to other business owners.

Very good. The interface was a little hard to completely grasp at first but with some trial and error I was able to get what I wanted out of the site. I feel it could be simplified a bit. But thanks for this platform. Great for small business like mine.

I think it’s a great concept, very innovative to allow anyone with any budget to advertise on a billboard however, since I’m in an area where there is no billboards from blip, there is no way of checking your own billboards as they display, also I couldn’t find how long they display for. All and all I think it’s a great service.

I starting using this service recently and the process is really easy, can be completely customized, and I create the copy. There dont appear to be any hidden fees and the customer service has been excellent. I confirmed a blip yesterday evening!

My experience was great! Josh contacted me immediately and held my hand through the entire process and made it quick and easy. After my billboard was up Maxwell took an extra step and took a picture of my billboard in action and sent it to me. Not to mention that price was a fraction of the cost of other billboards in town. The team was awesome!!!

I like you bility to have multiple places that the ad shows up. I like the ability to be able to control how much it cost. Turning it off and on as needed. Being able to create my own quick add. Being able to have multiple ads that I could enter change in switch out. I think its a great idea great concept as time goes on hopefully it will produce some results for customers to research me or call me. I do realize its not an immediate turnaround as far as saying customers coming through the door but I know over time its going to be an added advertising to what Ive already been doing.

Im leaving a 2/5 because while Blip customer service is great, the billboard owners ethics are not and do not follow Blips guidelines. The owner(s) of the 2 boards in Pittsburgh, PA area are more than likely homophobic because there is no other reason my ad was declined and Blip couldnt give any other reason that would make me think otherwise. Its not good business for Blip to keep the company of owners like this. Great idea, poor execution. Ill take my money to a larger billboard company.

It takes forever to get ads approved. Not useful for time sensitive advertising. In our area, we have to design 3 different sizes of ads because of the different sizes of billboards. Substantial improvements to their ad review process and software are needed. Ive had simple ads get stuck in review for beyond 72 hours.

Every thing was great as far as set up goes. Only preference I would want is that I was able to know exactly what time it would be appearing on the sign. So I could see it without having to sit there and just wait for it to come up.

So far, its going great. Its neat to drive by and see the sign. It hasnt resulted in any calls yet, but its a very bold and easy way to get our name out there.

The 2 stars are because they actually work with you to get your business,after they have your credit card you’ll be extremely lucky to get a response.my card is being charged daily and I have never seen my add on the billboard,I have long videos of the total of 4 adds they have on there but they couldn’t slip mine up there even tho they are charging me daily.simce they can take my money there is no answer on their lines on a Monday afternoon..I feel like they charged me money,did not upload my add and now are blocking my calls.it literally rings once and goes to a sketchy voicemail.untill you make this right I won’t change my review and make sure to tell business owner friends around the country to avoid your service.if you own your mistake,pay back the money you charged for no service we might be able to work together.Thank you literally for nothing.

Very slow response from this company. After 3 months of trying to get my company on a billboard and multiple emails and phone calls I still have nothing up and running. I wouldnt recommend this for anything that is time sensitive or seasonal because you would just waste your money. Ive missed the complete winter advertising season for a heating company thanks to this company.

Pretty easy. The interface is simple but feels outdated a little. I feel the ads should run for a second or two longer but Im sure all your data says otherwise :-) Also, it feels like a pretty cheap option but in actuality the value is actually pretty terrible. In our experience, Blip was waaayyy cheaper and more targeted than traditional billboard advertising.

Worst experience you could iever magine nothing but trouble. I paid in advance for 1 month service on 2 signs 300.00 for 1000 blips a day to be equally applied to each sign and they never operated as was clearly stated prior to service agreement . The lackluster performance by so called mgr Mr Josh Cohen to remedy my service issues was very dissapointing he was rude argumentative and full of excuses. They did not deliver the product as advertised. Very unethical business practices so be warned and steer clear of this company they are not a good service. I found another similiar service and they are night and day better so be warned and go elsewhere you will be glad you did trust me.

I love Blip and would use it more if I got more assistance from the salesperson. I am not very computer saavy and the person I worked with really could care less in helping me. I even invited your company to present at our Bisiness Alliance and was told you dont have time. So not quite sure what your business model is but our organization has over 200 events/programs a year and would love to use blip on everyone but no one wants to help me. I need help to use your product/service.
