I loved my experience with Lina!! She was amazing!!!! I loved the extra effort she made to make sure I was happy with my pedicure. I got a blue french tip and she was just WOW !!! I cant compliment her enough. However the gentleman who did my manicure he was good but not great. When he started doing my nails he smelled of heavy cigarette smoke which had me gagging even with my mask on. And my french tip manicure came out a little wonky on the sharpness of the lines. But overall pleasant first experience. I plan on going back only for Lina!!

So clean and such amazing customer service. They give you exactly what you ask for and do not pressure or try to make an overly aggressive sale. They are fast to get to you, but take their time to focus on you and the detail of your nails right. Always such a great experience. Friendly service, went once long wait even though I had an appointment. Nail dip cracked and broke within 2 days. Within a week 6 were broken. Not sure they used the right curing. Good nail shaping. Prices comparable to other shops in the area.

Really bad service I went on Friday 25 at the beginning, my nails were so thick that I ask the guy that was doing my nails to file them way more since they were thick, when I told him he just look at me and told me that he could do it more, then I told him again and he did it so rudely that I didnt told him nothing any more, since I went with 2 of my cousins I had to go drop them off to their house and came back to speak with his manager I had to wait for around 30 to 40 min so other lady was able to fix my nail and she did file them way more, I paid more then $40 was not worth it!!!!!!!

I love going to Zen. Its relaxing and the ladies there are so sweet. They do a wonderful job. I usually see Mai each time. Shes great to talk with while doing my nails and also gives me great ideas if Im not quite sure what I want to do. I trust her judgement and have never been sorry to do so. Thanks Mai! ☺️

My regular girl was out on vacation so me and my 2 daughters were attended by 3 different girls. One of the girls that did my younger daughters nails was very rude I was not happy with her attitude and roughness with my daughter. When my older daughter brought it to her attention she tried to argue with her not happy this time around, had my nails done by someone different as well & the next day the paint peeled off & she was constantly cutting me and burning my finger with that spinning device they use...🤨

Hey !! Love this place. Will come back! Came as a walk-in and was treated nicely and it was efficient. They are confident their color will stay and not smudge, the paraffin dip came after color application. I was nervous but then saw my nails and smooth skin it was awesome!

This is probably one of the best nail salons. It is more expensive than mos other nail salons but you get what you at for.zen nail spa did an amazing job with my holiday/new years gel manicure. Most other places Ive gone to the gel barely last the two weeks they say it will. Ive had my gel manicure over 3 weeks and it still looks great. Of course the nail has grown so I will be going back to see zen nail spa this week!i loved it

I went there this morning 1st customer 4/20, and I made my appt on line so I deleted someone who didnt come in until 10 or 10:30 I am assuming the Man that help right away said is it ok someone else assist u, that when he had Victoria help me she lovely she did my nails and my pedi she suggest I get my nails dip instead of the other, the dip you will love, I will be back with service like that from beginning to end. A friend recommended that I come here. I had a terrible experience. Never again! When I got there, nobody approached me as to what I wanted they kind of just walked around me and stared at me waiting for me to approach them. I finally walked up to on of the nail techs and asked for a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. While the wait time was little to none, their attitudes were terrible. I would have been okay with the price had I been welcomed or entertained while there. My skin is generally nice and soft, but after leaving, my skin was cut and red everywhere. While the nail tech was painting my nails, I asked him to do an extra coat of the color as I wanted it to be darker. This was the 3rd coat. He argued with me saying no because it wouldnt show up the same as in the bottle. I responded telling him I understood and still wanted the extra coat. He refused, but after bickering a bit he painted the extra coat. The lady who did my pedicure was fine. I got my nails done for winter formal, but they did not look the way I wanted - I got a plain color, no designs. The nail techs speak to each other in another language and dont have a small conversation with you or even attempt to make you comfortable. If you want anything you have to ask, they dont offer it. Wont be back here again.

I wanted to try this place out beacuse my seven year old wanted to try their kitty chair. The kitty chair did not work. She was bummed. They charge me 27.00 for my seven year olds pedicure and manicure. And wasnt worth the money. They charged me 30.00 for my manicure which i got gel but no massage at all. Then charge 36.00 for my pedicure which was rushed. I do not recommend this place. When I talk to the manager she said she couldnt do anything about it because the owner wasnt there. Then why call yourself a manager. Anyways, I will not be going back to this place again. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING SO YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

First of all, If I could put no star I would ! I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone! The guy that works there was extremely inappropriate and told me to call him big daddy. I wanted to try it out since its close to my house. When i got there i got in fast, the guy took me to my chair.. I sat down and he started doing his thing... But that was 2 months ago and im still trying to fix my nails. I got a full set and they were crooked, colored terribly, gross under them, stuck to my skin, burned parts of my skin under my nail off, and within the first week i had them, 3 of them broke off! IT WAS RIDICULOUS. HATE THIS PLACE BEYOND WORDS.

I love this place, its reasonably priced and everyone is really friendly!.Ive been coming here for about 3 months and have probably had about 6 Mani/pedis done by multiple different people. They are always fast and accurate, are perfectionists and really try to get to know you. I have never waited, with or without an appointment to sit in a chair, and it has never taken more than an hour to finish both. My pedis last weeks and weeks and my gel manis last anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks depending on how much I train my puppy :) .Thank you

My girlfriend make there nails from zen nail spa .she said that zen nail staff are able to do any designsoppose she need most wante design then they do it within 30 mins

They ended up not honoring the full 50 dollar value of the debt of the business they bought with same clients and number . Dont recommend a place that just changes name and doesnt honor what they bought . Never returning should have accepted it to keep clients. If I knew they wouldnt take full value I would have just let my 6 yr old get hers done . Also how is it under new ownership when there credit card billing is still under Lindas nails . Scam.

Zen nail spa is near to me and i use to go there every week due to some problems there that why i cant come here every day i loved this place because they are gentleman they have many staff for customerthey are good in there service
