Love this place, Ive been using them for the last 6 years, Ive had eyelash extensions, pedicures on a pretty regular basis, eyebrows waxed, and always have my nails done. This place is very clean and the ladies are friendly that work here. ♥️

I just want to let everyone know how Polished Nails makes a different against children that are over 42 inches tall and are younger than 10 years old..my niece is 9 years old but tall...therefore she is charged $4 more....that seems harsh to children who can not help their genetics.... dont have to worry about me or any my friends patronizing this business...its the principle of the matter.

Had glow in the dark power in several different colors i was very impressive with the ability to fix the horrible set i got in bmt, only down side was i had to be very assertive with what I wanted( I am very particular and I know exactly what I want). But in the end grate work and an amazing job my nails look fantastic 👏 I will be making this my new home for getting my nails done!

I usually have a great experience but this time it took forever 2 1/2 hours. It got busy about an hour after arriving so I could tell the lady doing my nails started to rush and do a sloppy job especially after someone said they were going to leave. She cut both my pinkys and my dip pink and white is the most terrible nail job Ive ever had. :( All the white tips look dusty and you can see the different layers. Theres also tons of bubbles

I loved the fact that they allowed my six-year-old to get acrylic nails!!! But the fact that theyre filing machine hurt/ burned mine and both of my daughters, real nails, so bad that we could barely even bear getting our nails done. My six-year-old now refuses to go into another nail salon because of how bad the experience was for her ( and myself) I had to calm her down to finish getting the last few of her nails done because she was so scared after it hurts so bad... almost ruined it entirely for us.

Passed through orange on the way home from evacuating from the hurricanes. Stopped here with my daughter. The lady was trying to get off 2 nails i had broken to replace them. She was so rough. She was literally shoving a nail tip under my nail, I told her it was hurting and that I the chemo Therapy and that my nails are very soft and tender. Well she did it again a couple more times and ended up pushing the nail tip so hard that it broke my real nail. It hurt like hell(still hurts) and was bleeding and is still bleeding. She could not even get the rest of the fake nail/acrylic off, instead she put another tip on top of it. Even after she finished my nails, I had to ask her for a band aid, my finger was still bleeding. Got to the counter to pay and was charged 80$!! As I told her, the new nail she put on top of the old acrylic would come off... well it is now half way off and hurts too bad for me to pull it off.

Came in with my daughter for a daddy ..daughter spa day. I got my feet done and my daughter got her nails done. Her nails were great. The employee that was doing my feet was extremely rough and rushing it seemed like. When she used the sponge for my nails she was in such a rush she wasnt even hitting my nails with it, she was hitting the skin below my nails. Which ended up leaving cuts below my nails.. which would explain why it burned when she used the cuticle oil. They are normally pretty good here..just a bad visit this time. Also I KNOW I have ugly feet and toes but I had to show a pic to show what im talking about. Sorry for the ugly toe pic. BOTH TOES ON BOTH feet look like this..with cuts.

I am extremely satisfied with my visit today. Ms. Jenny and her daughter did an awesome job on my full set and pedicure. Polished Nails is most definitely the best nail shop in our town based off of professionalism, cleanliness & skills.

New to the place so I walked in and it was pretty packed a Veterinarian treated his associates to Manis and pedis today and I was blessed to get a free set on his behalf didn’t know it until he left the building I am so thankful to him I was not expecting that.. Overall great service

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I went a total of 3 times and gotten 3 different people and that all cannot do nails! They never soaked off my old powder only filed them down and added a new color which now shows through my new color which is white! and the lady didn’t realize I had fake nails on which shows how much she pays attention. Each of my nails ended up being a different thickness, length and shape not to mention she drilled underneath my nails so Harshly I was unable to clean under my nail for 2 days because it would begin to bleed. this was nothing but money wasted.

Have always loved this place. Beautiful work and everyone is soooo nice. Lots of pampering. Its a true happy place.

I will not ever go back! I had two different people doing my nails and toes at the same time (which was nice because it saved a lot of time) however the lady doing my pedicure was in a huge hurry and just about shoved whatever tool she was using half way into my nail bed. The lady doing my shellac (however you spell it) was absolutely TERRIBLE. She hurt me like 6 times, and my shellac was bubbly and wavy, it looked so bad. There was one point she was on the third layer and she literally wiped it off within her fingers and redid the coat... i will not be back!

I am from Florida, so getting my nails done somewhere other than home is always nerve wrecking.. however polished nails reviews were amazing and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and nice. Recommended to anyone and if Im back in town Ill have to come and visit them.

I dropped in and they were able to take me in for a pedicure almost immediately. The very nice lady did an excellent job on my pedicure; the hot stone massage was particularly relaxing. I recommend this place, and I will be back to use their services again.

I love this nail shop. Only one I go to unless they are closed and I have to get my hands and feet done. Everyone is nice, its very clean, and if I have my children they are okay with it. I give 5 stars, and I have been going here the last year or two. Love it.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! They are rude and do a terrible job on nails. Had my nails done and had them for 3 days and a nail already popped off. Very unsatisfied with them.

If I could I would rate this a zero! I got my nails done and one of my nails are STUCK TO MY NAIL! It is infected and will not come off I literally tried everything !!! All my others nails came off but it was VERY hard !

I just moved to Orange and Ive been looking for a good nail salon. After seeing this place got really good reviews I trusted it. They took me immediately when I walked in for a full set, however I didnt feel welcomed, the guy doing my nails was using the hand held electric tool and he kept staying in the same spot for too long which caused my nail and the sensitive skin beneath it to burn which hurt very very bad! I told him and he literally made a grunt noise. He didnt pay attention to the color I picked out and almost painted my nails the wrong color. He literally said one word to me the entire time I was in there. The other nail techs spent most the time rattling off in thier own language. They sure dont try to make new customers feel welcome. I will not be returning. I prefer spending my money at nail salons that speak to thier customers, make them feel welcomed and have good customer service.

Always come to polished nails for everything they do such a good job and they are very friendly and quick to help if you wish to have something fixed. Mom and I are regulars and wouldn’t choose another place!

My cousin recommended this place and her nail tech Trina. Orange is my hometown and I needed a place closer to my home so I tried Polished Nails. Trina took me right in. She didnt play games, she was working on two people at once and we both were happy with our nails. I would recommend her to anyone. I normally get SNS but I tried regular Acrylic white powder with light pink ombre coffins nails and I LOVE THEM! I will be making her my regular nail tech in Orange. THANKS TRINA!

I am from out of town and was a week and a half past due for nail fill in . I walked in at 630 and everyone so super nice and eager to accommodate . Made me feel welcome and even some my eyebrows at 730 . ( They closed at 7)

Had any older woman do my nails... sloppily. I kept having to point out mess-ups only for her to give me a look like I needed to shut the hell up.She didnt even properly put the top coat on. I Had to apply it properly when she walked away.They ended up coming loose breaking my actual nail in half causing me to the them off to let my fingers heal for over a month.Sloppy service, and the attitude you dont want when it comes to wanting it done the right way.

Not all estheisians have the knowledge of how to do nails & have them look more.natiral than fake. Most of these people have lost the art of a true estheisian and how to deliver a good product that people enjoy coming back too. Customer service problem is that they degrade you and smile at you as they speak in their Vietnamese language....shame shame shame people if you think some of us arent say I your language in America. Not nice.
