Best nail place around. They are very experienced nail techs and they take the time to remember you personally. Great attention to detail and amazing customer service.

NINA has become my whole families technician!! Only if we could multiply her so we can all go together for our feet and nail lol!! But be sure to make an appointment she’s very respectful of her clients time(as we should be with hers too) plus very neat.. focused on what she’s doing and even cleans very well between her clients. You won’t have the chance to leave and not be completely satisfied!Over all the salon is on point. Clean restroom.

I have had nothing less than 100% perfect service at this place. I usually book with Mary.I have had appointments with others,no complaints whatsoever...Charges are very fair for the quality they provide .I get a mens mani..they make my mens working hands look 100% better.

The space is very clean as well as their tools, and everyone working was very friendly! And my nails came out amazing! Irma was the tech I had and she did such a great job :) highly recommend!

First of all the lady that did my nails was rude as well as the manager. I had acrylics done, the lady wasnt paying attention did a sloppy job my nail cracked down the middle the next day. Not only tht,the acrylic stuck to my skin it ripped of part of my real nail taking the skin with it. Now my thumb is in pain partially numb and swollen. Ive never been treated with such disrespect. When I went in the get a refund they wouldnt give it to me and insisted they fix it... when it cant be.

I attempted to use a gift certificate and was denied and told that the certificate was from the prior owners (how would a customer ever know this the name hasnt changed?) however the law in CT is that gift certificates never expire. I was told to pay or they would call the police and have me arrested, the police end up coming and explain that I am in fact correct and they do have to accept my $50 gift certificate LOL If youd call the police over a $10 service you are desperate for not only clients but funds and uneducated on the laws in CT. We havent been back nor would we return. Perhaps they should worry about collecting sales tax when taking cash which is illegal and clean the shop it is flithy we only went because we already had an appt and had driven/went inside.

I love it here! Young and her staff are very nice and professional! The salon is clean and everyone changes their gloves between customers! Also I love that it is mainly appointment only so it is never super crowded loud or rushed. Love it!

Mary gives me the best fill and gel manicure. She files my nails just how I want, and takes her time. I wish they had a better selection of gel polish colors. Salon is clean, but nothing fancy. Prices are great especially in comparison to other salons. Worth trying!

I went to get my acrylic nails off. Obviously my real nail is tender when being filed and picked at so I jumped once when the lady burned my real nail with the electric file. And then again when she filed into my skin and cut me. She got aggravated and had someone else come over because she said “I keep complaining” very rude. I used to go there because they were nice . Deff not because of there cleanliness which they can work on but now they need to adjust there attitudes.

First time here the person who did my nails was great. Her work and customer service skills are amazing. Too bad I can’t say that for the rest of the staff. The lady who seemed to be in charge was extremely rude although she was friendly to her select customers. I even noticed some workers speaking rudely to the person who was working on me. It’s a shame to see people with a mentality of being superior to others and mean for no damn reason other than inner hate.

They do the job right! Plus they are really friendly.. you can come last minute and they will stay until you are satisfied.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. They lack manners, are rude and arrogant. They have no clue how to communicate with customers. The manicure if of very poor quality, service is awful. The place is filthy and disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place.

Worse place to go. Repeatedly had to get my nails fixedNail techs got mad because they had to redue itThe lady who did my nails and nail bed cut me 3 times then overcharged me because I told her to clean and change the tools she used.Then insisted I need to get my nails redone if I don’t want to pay 80$ for a refill on gel nails with regular polish coat.On top of that getting my toes done then lady tried to send me home with crooked and unevened shaped nails as well as lumpy polish. Never again will I come here and I suggest nobody else should either. Ever heard of customer service ? They have none.
