NEW OWNER! Ok I was worried about coming here after seeing some of the old reviews but there’s a new owner and the place is awesome! My appointment with Jackie was right on time and she did an AMAZING job 😍Nancy did my pedicure. Also did a fantastic job. Salon is clean and comfortable. Everyone was so nice. I will definitely be back!

This place is under new ownership and Jackie has it running amazing. She did my nails perfectly and even re-did them when I inadvertently asked for something I didnt like. She didnt even hesitate, she just started over. She only wants her customers to be happy and I am a happy customer

Got the nail dip done, one popped off within 3 days. Went to have it repaired and waited an hour while being ignored. Then they continued working on other clients that had come in after me. Multiple workers to one client. Or just standing around while everyone waited. Terrible customer service. Got here at 6, they close at 7, I left at 736. Multiple workers left knowing I still had not been helped. First and definitely last time here.

Not the best I have ever been to but...decent job on my nails. A little pricy it seemed but I would return in the future. This is one of my younger daughters favorite places....so, it is okay with me:)

Brian and Nancy are the owners my girl was Kelly. She was awesome she did exactly as I told her I wanted long nails with square round corners she was good so polite, so nice, the shop is clean Sanitized everyone wears masks and wears gloves with Plexi glass everywhere for our protection I love that. I wore gloves I cut the tips off of my gloves to stay protected I went to my previous shop for over 5 years but because they raised their prices so high, I thought I would try this salon. I will never go back I love it here they are my new best salon for nails. The salon is so beautiful its fashioned out of Chanels a magazine And very classy setting I like that too. I highly recommend this salon.

A simple manicure was apparently too hard. My nails shape was different and they werent even straigh ridiculous.Decided to give them another try, i came in and asked for a regular pedicure and fill. They say okay and take me to my seat. My nail tech doing my toes asks what kind of package i want. I reminded them i was there for a regular pedicure and a fill. Then they come up with oh sorry were too busy for a fill. Look no people to do nails. Seriously? Anywhere else they woulve accomodated. No more Roxy nail bar for me.

My daughter and myself absolutely love this place. The technicians really took their time doing our nails and they were Very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! Go check them out if you want your nails done perfectly

Nice staff very clean place

Ladies were rude and over charged me so I didn’t tip them for stealing. There was a sweet lady waiting for 30 minutes and nobody bothered asking her what she wanted or how long they would be with her. Not even a glass of water . May look like a nice place but that’s not what matters. I would never go back. I just went a few days ago got gel and one nail is already peeling from the corner. #thumbsdown

Nice ambiance, friendly staff but the lady that did my nails cut me several times and the nail shaping was not the best.

I have been here many times with my girlfriend and the staff is always very nice. Even if I’m just going with her to keep her company and I’m not getting anything done they let me sit in a massage chair next to her and give me a snack and drink too. The inside is bright and clean.

Very Classy Nail Salon. Mindy was Awesome. Will have my Family get nails done here at Roxy Nail Bar. I also really enjoyed the complementary glass of wine.🍷

I just started going here and so far I have not been disappointed. So far Kim who was the last person to do my nails did an amazing job and she has been my favorite so far, I just hope she is still there as it was her first day and it has been a month and thats how long my nails have lasted!!

I did enjoy this place they did a fantastic job on my nails but their wait time was the issue. They only had about 6 girls working and they were all busy. So when I went in with my friend for an acrylic manicure and she was getting a pedicure they asked us if we could come back in a hour and we ended up just waiting in the there for 2 hours! Not 1 but 2. It then also took an hour to do my nails. So we got there at 4:30 and left at around 7:30.

Vacationing from Minnesota and decided to get my nails filled on a rainy day. So happy we decided to come here, clean and classy. Free snack and drink while you got your nails done. They took their time to do my nails and they turned out fabulous! Would recommend!! 😊

Fancy decor. Always nice. I take my Mom there and they are very sweet and attentive with her. Oh and each visit comes with a drink or cocktail. 💅😋🥂👍

I’d never had a pedicure and during the holidays, with lots of family in town, I was convinced to try it. It was nice, I didn’t feel awkward or weird as I expected to. But the place is also very different than many other nail salons I’ve walked by or waited in. Very bright, clean, and everyone was very pleasant. Prices seemed very reasonable to me and according to my wife they are very competitive. My kid dragged me back today and we did it again. Great experience.

This nail salon is very clean with beautiful decor. I really enjoy the complimentary beverage, including champagne. My manicurist is Mindy and she is awesome. Her nail designs are Pinterest worthy. I recommend Tiffany for lashes. She uses mink lashes and her work us outstanding. Yes they get busy as the other reviewers say, so its best to make an appt.of you want to come during peak times.

Great service got a full set and I’m in love

I had to come back two days after getting my Manicure done here because one of my nails broke a day after getting them done. I also decided to get another nail fixed as well since it had bubbles and was shorter than my other nails. I wasnt here to get free service, I told them I would pay for it and I told them this because they made me feel like I was trying to get them for free and to be clear I wasnt, I just want my nails to look good. So I got seated and told the lady which nails I wanted to get fixed, the other nail technicians kept looking at me and laughing while the lady worked on my nails and kept asking me every two minutes when was the day I came and who did my nails and I kept telling them over and over again, it was tiring and not funny. They all would look at each other and stare and laugh. They were so unprofessional about it and I was put in a very uncomfortable situation. I will never return here and will definitely let my friends and family know about this. I dont recommend this place if youre trying to repair a nail they did in the first place because they definitely will make you feel uncomfortable about coming in to get it fixed.

I went to this nail salon at least 3 times, the first time they did a outstanding job!! The next time I went she left lumps in my nails and the nail polish was done crappy. I though I would give it another chance. My last experiences wasnt good either. He cut my nails way shorter then I asked for.

I am in love with my matte black almond shaped nails! Kim did a great job and was super sweet. I wasn’t originally sure on the shape I wanted but she helped me decide and I’m happy with how they turned out. Roxy nail bar is very sheik and my new go to nail spot. Thank you Kim!!
