I love this place!!! I showed them a pic of what I wanted from Pinterest and Laura made them perfectly! I even broke one of the nails and came back and they fixed it for me without any wait or hassle. I moved away from the area and I never found a better place so I am going to keep coming back here. They are the best around!

Very rudest staff. Would not spend to me very much when I tried to get information regarding pricing for gel manicure and pedicure. Girls wouldn’t let me use the restroom while I was waiting an hour for them to open and so I had to drive somewhere to use the bathroom and when I returned there were several women there preparing for the day and they acted like they didn’t want my business.Later my son came by in a fancy new car and I was finally deciding to just leave without getting my nails done. Suddenly they were open begging me for my business smiling etc.I have an older car and was dressed simply with tennis shoes. So I feel like they looked at me as a poor minority Hispanic woman.It was discriminatory I believe.That’s fine. They don’t need my business. I won’t ever visit their salon again.Terrible experience.

By far the best nail salon youve ever experienced. Grade A courtesy. Yes I said it, not like other salons where we are accustomed to expect a certain level of abrassiveness...u guys know what I mean. One word to describe our experience....Pampered ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I LOVE this nail salon! The nail technicians do a wonderful job and the atmosphere is always welcoming and enjoyable! Ive been going for a few years now and any time Ive had an issue, theyve fixed it for free, no problem.

Heidi did a good job at reshaping a previously done bad job. Went in for a fill w/gel... $34 is a bit steep for a full but she did good. The establishment was clean and very calming...dim lighting and not too busy. (My favorite) have cute jars with complimentary candy and also have complimentary drinks. This was my 2nd time here and both times I had a good experience.

I always enjoy my experience at Victoria Nails. My nails turned out nicely until I hit my little toe on the way out. My only minor issue is the up-charges because the bill can add up fast), but the services are always excellent.

They were very welcoming at first but the quality of my nails were and are horrible dont get me wrong the lady that did my 5yr Olds toes did and fabulous job 5stars but my nails there look like the rhinestones melted there so uneven and thick i paid $130 for 2 pedicures and a fill ill be back in the morning so unsatisfied with my nails i hate them.

I can always trust Victoria Nails with whatever pattern or design I want. They gave me perfect Anaheim Ducks nails, but these are just one of the many designs Ive gotten there. They do really good ombre gel. The salon is clean and the employees are always friendly

It was very loud and not relaxing because of.the noise. The technicians spoke Vietnamese almost the entire time. They also charge an extra $2 for paying with a credit card, however, when I called and ask about taking credit cards that fee was never mentioned.

This is my 5th time going and I really like it. Sarah is my favorite for Gel Manicures :) For pedicures Tina and Nicky are my go to😊 They are all very friendly and nice.

It was our first time visiting here and the experience was great. The people were friendly, the place was clean and they did a great job on my girlfriend nails.They had a lot of nice things like a free cocktail and a nice complimentary candy bar.Jennifer did an amazing job other than one nick on my girlfriend pinky when they were using the grinder. Other than that it was perfect!Well definitely be going back!

Victorias used to be my most favorite place in all of Orange......but things there have gone far far down hill. For a $45 dip-powder manicure, you now have to pay $5 extra to have your cuticles cut, which is pretty much an essential/quintessential element of a manicure; good lord! And to make matters worse, your now $50 manicure doesnt even include the 5-minute lotion hand massage at the end anymore. Oh, and three of the cuticles I paid extra to have treated, are now bleeding and sore because the technician nicked me. NOPE!!! Today was the last time Ill be going; time to find a new place. 👎👎👎

Went there today after the Covid restriction was removed. The owner walked around without a mask and I didn’t see anyone sanitizing the seats after a customer left. There was too many people in the salon and although the employees appear to be wearing PPE, it was still Not socially distanced, not sanitize, no temperatures taken, and on top of that the prices were outrageous. Very very disappointed

My favorite nail place! Everyone is super nice and does a wonderful job! Been going here for at least 2 years after trying many other ones in the area. Also, you can get a glass of champagne while you relax in their ridiculously awesome massage chairs and get a pedicure! Highly recommended!

This place was not great nor just OK. I think Ill keep looking for a better nail place. The lady that stands in front wasnt very welcoming, and the nail tech was super rough! It was like she was working on the railroad tracks hammering nails! I get pedicures all the time, so my feet arent the problem! I came here for the ratings, but that was a joke.. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Their service in everything is a cut above..their prices are comparable with other places. The girls all seem nice. The one I use always is Tina. She is kind and sweet and very good at her job..

I would give them a five star if they used plastic covers for pedicure like most places. I am concerned for hygiene. I addressed this issue to management and will change my review if they change their policies. Otherwise, the place is great !

Not as great as it once was were the employees werent allowed to speak to each other in other languages or youd get free service. They are on the pricey side but totally worth it in my opinion. Best quality and you never have to worry about your nail popping off. Some of the girls can do really awesome designs.

Enjoyed Cindy helping me out today. She massaged my neck and arms in addition to lotion and rubbing my hands. Cool place, I will be returning.

I had a horrible experience at this place. The lady that did my nails did a terrible job on painting them. I tried to talk to the manager and he was very rude. I left there very unhappy.

Always easy to get in without appointment. Seems like they do disinfect their tools and open them in front of you. Offer free drink and candies for snacks.

Hi i used to love the place last time i when 3 weeks ago, I always do my wax and the lady burn my face and know i have a huge mark and my face just be careful

Still cant get over the fact that how great this place does nails the way they shape it when it comes to acrylic perfectly shaped to your finger with your nail they always last a very long time and theyre very welcome mean back and pedicures are always the best year for me as well theres never any untouched patches on my feet

This is my second time coming to the amazing place. I brought my cousin with me. I really love the color and price of the nails.

Unfortunately my standout memory is that this business only accepted cash payment. Since I was paying for an entire group of ladies, I didnt have that much cash on me. The only option was to use their in-house atm machine that required a significant service charge. Im giving three stars instead of 1 because the nail techs are very competent and friendly.

Used to be a nice place but I wont be going back. I paid the lady, I believe her and her husband are the new owners. She short changed me and when I told her she said she didnt and walked away. I knew what I handed her because I had just taken money from the ATM. Very disappointing.

I like that the nail techs are not allowed to speak to each other in another language, and cant handle their cellphones at all during your treatment. When youre in that chair, you are the only thing that matters! They are always friendly, courteous, professional, gentle and clean!

Asked for SNS dip and tips and she started doing acrylics. Told her it’s supposed to be SNS dip and she did gel polish AND overcharged me. Came here because of the good reviews, but they only have a lot of good reviews because they give you $5 off if your write one.

I LOVE this place!! I have been a repeat customer for 4 years now. Ive gone to other nail salons once in a while within these 4 years and have never been to a place as good as this one. The nail techs always smile at you even if they dont start a conversation, which they usually try to. I like this because it makes me feel important and keeps me entertained. I love how you can bring in designs from online and theyll try it - it usually comes out just as good or even better. Most places dont do designs aside from stripes, dots, and flowers so this is awesome. They also offer you complimentary drinks and snacks. They even have magazines for you to read while getting your nails done or waiting to be seated. The longest Ive ever had to wait was 5 min. They have a large array of designs to choose from as well as colors. But you can always bring your own design or even nail polish and theyll use it if you request. The facility is clean and up to date, no outdated chairs or tools. The nail techs arent allowed to use their cellphones or hold conversations in a another language with a coworker which is a refreshing change from most nail salons. In fact, its the only place Ive been to with this employee rule. The owners rock. When they ask you what package you want, you can pick whatever you want. They may suggest a package, but by no means will they pester you. Simply tell them what you want and they will do it. I love it here and plan to continue coming here as long as I live in a reasonable distance.

Ive been getting Mani/Pedis here for 10 years! Tracy is the best pedicure youll ever have. They offer free drinks and snacks, discourage employees from speaking in Vietnamese, and forbid them to be on their cell phones during a service.

Best nail spot ever. They get the shape proper, and my polish always lasts ages.

Tammy worked with a picture I brought in, and they even offered a cute suggestion for my toes. Up to date with all the popular trends!

Ive been going here for about 2yrs now....love this place! i used to live nearby and now i live 50 miles away and still make the drive. i only get gel mani n pedis but their services are great. hot stone and paraffin wax are my fav. the ladies are always nice n welcoming.... free champagne too! leg massages, big comfy chairs the list goes on. i pass 100s if nail shops to come here....n its worth it every time.
