I called close to closing for New Years Eve and Kari Lara was RUDE and hung up on me. She was NOT explaining a quote correctly and started raising her voice to me on the phone. I told her Not to speak to me Like that and she hung up. I have been a customer of State Farm for OVER 40 YEARS. If that is how they treat a loyal customer, imagine how they treat others. I called because I was being a responsible person notifying my insurance that I just sold my car. Kari Lara should be FIRED!

I wish they would stop calling me. Ive declined insurance from them politely three times. I still get a call once per week, and an email with quotes. Im content with my current broker ( Nona Tirre State Farm) I also run a business, and constant calling is not the answer to earn mines, specially when Im already with your insurance. Ive since blocked their number, but my phone still gives me a notification and its annoying AF.
