Theyre the lowest rate of the larger, more prominent insurance providers (not by much, but still the lowest saver). They also put up with my tardy payments most graciously 👍😅

Im not able to conduct my business in person as i would like being this covid situation but very attentive on phone as well...

I called about my coverage in my policy to see if i was covered or needed to add to my policy. So i asked if my tire blew and my car was damaged would i be covered i have full coverage for both my cars no one could answer. No one in service or claims. So they took it as a claim and raised my policy $90 a month it took one month of back and forth with them i send pictures and wrote a statement showing no damage to my car. Still nothing ask for a supervisor and they spoke again to the underwriting staff who decided how much your policy should go up or down by by how much my policy went down 1 cent ther un professional dont admit when wrong 3 yrs with them. And my policy is still high rates might have to start shopping for new insurance

I recently worked with Amber Raza to start a new policy after moving to CT. She was incredibly helpful and personable, even though I kept getting quotes and then needing time to think about them before going through with it. I finally settled on a quote that will be saving me close to $1200 a year, and Im really happy. Amber was just the nicest person, and I found myself enjoying having to call about car insurance--not what youd expect!

Dont know what happened with your customer service, extremely long hold times on the phone and service representatives need much needed training. Requested Policy documents not being emailed upon request thus requiring policy holders to make numerous repeat phone calls to get these documents. GEICO service not exceeding customer expectations.

As I sat here a shop around when adding a second car to my policy Elicia called me when I was due to call her to change over my policy... so polite and professional and answer all my questions needed..Thank you for such great service!!

Do your own research and understand what you paying for, because they will let you pay for things you dont need. They are all about the money not customer satisfaction. They hide beneath sneaky advertisement to dupe customers. Becareful. Know what u paying for. If you do not need it, cancel it.

Service is the worst Ive ever experienced with an insurance company. An accident happened over two weeks ago and Im still waiting for someone to give a status update on my car.?! They claim that theyre still waiting for the police report?! Hows that possible when the rental company has a copy ?? And now you cant get in touch with the policyholder who btw cause the accident ? This is a complete inconvenience!DO BETTER.

Needed to change insurance companies; Elicia Sieff was very helpful in writing a new automobile policy for me .I saved over $500 from my former company. Elicia was very knowledgeablein showing me the various coverages I could choose from. Am about to buy a condo and willagain use Elicia to write the home owners policy.

They said they would put me on hold for 15 minutes, it has been 38 minutes. The machine keeps apologizing, but that is not enough. Very disappointed with the quality of their customer service and will be considering switching to a different insurance company.

DO NOT USE GEICO! Those low rates are fine in the beginning but they are teaser rates. Geico is only fine if you never have any problem. I wish I could go back in time and stick with my previous insurance which has much better customer service at half the price.

This happened twice this year. Do a quote online from some that searches multiple companies. This geico office calls daily at work sometimes twice a day. Stop harassing people for over two weeks.

I usually dont comparison shop for car & auto insurance in person, but I decided to try Geico as they have the local office in Orange. I initially talked to Elicia Sieff, a very personable gal, who really peaked my attention with the $850+ annual savings I would realize annually on both policies. So, after discussing with my wife, we returned a week later and signed up with Elicia. After being sure all coverages were as good or better than what we had, we signed. So after many, many years with AARP/Hartford, we now are with Geico.

Awful insurance company, not only do they harass you to no end once you get a quote but theyll charge you over what you paid for the vehicle in a six month period. I paid 1,500 for my Toyota and the loan was for a year. Geico thought it was fair for a 2,000 dollar 6 month quote. So in a year id be paying over double what i would have for the vehicle. Great insurance company!

Tyler is an amazing agent!! Friendly, helpful and outgoing! He went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind. I had 2 new teen drivers and my old insurance went up dramatically! I called Tyler and he saved me over $1000.00!! He always responds to his phone calls and emails. He even helped me save on my home policy as well. I couldnt have asked for more, as a parent who works and attends school full time, my time was very limited and he made everything simple and hassle free. Worked with the two agents here, and they were absolutely fantastic:- They both explained what I would need for my new car once I got it- Once I called back to get it set up, the process to have everything done was smooth as butter. Had an accident 3 years ago and not one ticket or violation ever since and geico stated the accident will stay on THEIR records for 5 years. Called Statefarm and they only punish you for an accident for 3 years. Will be switching in 2 weeks to statefarm and SAVE ALMOST $1000. With four children I can use that money for them not so geico can pay for a $10,000 a month billboard off I-95 with a green lizard.
