Called twice and they do not respond. All state does not solve the problem and keeps referring to him. I switched insurance companies and they continue to charge me and tell me he is the only one to issue refunds.

I completely agree with Dwight and Mindy’s prior posts. This place is mismanaged and they don’t return phone calls. I was a customer and I called with a question and was supposed to receive a call back and never did. So I called back two days later and asked the same question which they did not have the answer for, so they said they would call me back again and of course I never received one. Avoid this place!! The only time I received a call was when I cancelled my policy from Henry Morales, the owner of the agency. What a joke!! Only when it hurts his pocket that I took my business elsewhere is a phone call deemed necessary, not when your a client, forget it. They could care less about you

Ive had a few Great Allstate agents over the 53 plus years this auto policy has been enforced, and this agent is by far the least helpful and very poor at following up when asked for information, my only regret was not changing agents sooner ...

This office is so mismanaged. They charge and early cancellation fee and dont tell you. Very sneaky and then they create policies that dont exist. Was supposed to get a call from Henry an hour ago and no call to fix the mistakes. Stay away.

You cant go wrong with Henry. He will save you money!
