When i needed them when my daughtet wrecked they was right there ready and willing

My son was in a car accident and my agent took care of us from the first contact we had with them. They reached out and sent adjuster ASAP. I was pleased with their services and they continue to make me feel like a customer should feel when placing their trust in someone.

I like said im in good hands with all state and they were the first insurance I went to. My grandma went in today to pay on our car insurance and was informed that our orginal agents have set our plan up so we had to pay a lot more than was needed. My grandma said melissa and travis helped her and gave her a lot of information and set up our insurance correctly so we dont have to pay near as much and gave us a whole bag of assorcories and information from allstate and we are very thankful for such amazing customer service.

Great. The Carswell agency takes the time to let the customer know they really care. It doesn’t matter when I call with a question or concern, they make sure that the call is not ended until I have an answer and a clear understanding of my question.JRuffin

I was in need of roadside assistance and had to have my automobile towed to a repair shop. I called Travis Carswell of Travis Carswell Allstate and within minutes the towing company made contact with me and my vehicle was towed to a repair shop. This agency has always been professional and responsive to my questions and needs. Great customer service and very friendly.

This is the most friendliest insurance company I have had. These people at this agency are very personable and professional and has helped me in every aspect of my insurance needs. I would recommend this particular agency to anyone I know..I do not live in the Auburn Opelika anymore, but I would recommend them to anyone across the State of Alabama. Home, Life and autombile..They are just amazing.

Travis would duck & dodge calls when dealing with insurance. Never available & his communication with people arent that great. Seemed nice at first but you get the feeling youre doing business & just a number. I would strongly suggest against calling Travis, & use another agent for your insurance needs.

Reviewers please beware of fake and fictitious reviews coming from Las Vegas, NV. Bill Smallwood is a scammer and con artist that tries to take advantage of small business owners such as myself to fund his amatuer MMA career. He uses his Native American status and will send pictures of his tribal members, factual information about the Seminole Indians, and his MMA training to make you believe he need sponsors on a global scale! When he found out that I was on to his scheme, he immediately went to post reviews Monday. In hindsight, my agency is not even licensed to do business in Nevada. Thats why hes attacking me through social media this his way of retaliation because I didnt feed into his Native American folklore stories for $300.00. Nevertheless, I have made a petition to the Las Vegas Justice Court to stop this fraud before he tries to scam someone else!
