Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the worst insurance company I have EVER done business with! I paid every month on time..confirmation numbers recorded. $100 a month is what he and his daughter quoted me. Almost every time I called to pay there were expensive fees added on and they would have to call billing to fix the problem and call me back. This went on for years..TOO long. I call to pay this month as usual and THIS time Im hit with my insurance being already cancelled! I spoke with Kenny Chase and his daughter. Both were appallingly rude. I could not get either of them to return my calls. When in fact they did return my calls the representative Kenny Chase laughed at me when I showed concern. NOT professional or adult behavior! Apparently I had been behind for months only paying $100 and this month it would be $168 to make up for the back payments? And why was it cancelled now if supposedly I was behind for months? Why was this not told to me any of the times I paid when i personally spoke with them each month? It makes no sense. So if anyone sees this before its deleted no..I do NOT recommend Countrywide auto insurance.
