Have to say that this by far my best experience with a towing company. John was quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. I ended up having to get my car towed and didnt even bother calling anyone else! Hopefully I dont need to get towed anytime soon but if I do Ill definitely call Ontario Towing Services!

My battery died on a very cold evening, leaving me stuck at home. Called Ontario Towing Services and John arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Provided quick and reliable service. Highly recommended.

A few days ago, I called this service late in the evening and requested a tow. They sent their tow truck very quickly after my call. The driver was professional and friendly. He towed my car very professionally with great care. Definitely recommended.

John was super nice and very helpful. He was right on time and got my car to my new place with no issues. He was very punctual and was able to help at the time I needed it. Was a great and friendly guy and you could tell he cared about his customers. Work was very efficient as well. It took less than an hour to get the job done! I am definitely going to use them again!

My car wouldnt start so I called AAA thinking it was a dead battery. John showed up quickly and examined the battery and it was really dead. Thankfully he was able to change that battery.

I had good experience with this company. The technician arrived within the time frame that they gave me. After done changing my spare for me, the technician also put a trash bag in my trunk before he put the used tire in there, so my trunk wont get dirty. I appreciate that he took the time to figure out what the problem was so that I didnt have to tow my car unnecessarily. Turns out I didnt need a tow after all and was able to drive home without any further problems.

Was quoted $185 over the phone then the tow truck guy bumped up to $500 after the job was complete and my equipment was on his flatbed. Customer service wasn’t much help... no integrity. The driver should’ve assessed the situation and approved the higher rate before performing services. Would not recommend Ontario Towing Services / Route 66 Towing

The person who came out to service us was AWESOME, 5 stars. This review is for the customer service representative who I called back to speak to today to understand the charge, as I was quoted as one price and charged another. She spoke over me, put me on hold in the middle of my sentences, and when I asked if I could finish my thought before she interrupted me she hung up on me. When I tried to call back she hung up on me immediately and then a third time put me on hold until I eventually hung up. Great company, HORRIBLE customer service rep.

They are on it. Quick and nice. McDonalds has mastered the caramel and mocha freppe.s. Hands down superior to Starbucks.... The best.

Worst service ever they had my driver waitting for 3 hours and everytime I call it was the same answer the tow is on his way, I have never been treat it like that before. If you have to tow a heavy duty truck this is not the option because you are not the priority.

I called Ontario Towing Services to get my bike towed. And hands down, they gave me the best deal and the best service. Andrew was here within 30 minutes from when I called him. I highly recommend using them for any towing services.

These guys are the best! To make a long story short, I had the worst day at work. When I was finally done and was able to go home, my car broke down. I was not prepared financially to spend hundreds of dollars on a tow. The guy arrived and I was explaining to him how I am on a tight budget. He opened the hood of the car, explaining that maybe I dont even need a tow. Turns out he just had to fill my car with some water! He could have easily towed my car and charged me more, but chose to be honest. Anyone in the car assistance business should learn from them!

I just got Ontario Towing Services a guy named Rivera came up, he was super nice and helpful, he changed the flat tire and told me about some safety tips. I honestly felt I need to call the honda company and tell them to send me this guy because of how nice his customer service was specially in this hot weather.
