Let me first start off with how unwelcomed I felt upon entry. The way the guy acknowledged me 😒 So he goes on to ask what I wanted and I replied. Him: Do you have an appointment? Me: No. This is my first time visiting Nebraska and I googled nail salons and picked this one. Him: .... Foreign language. Unknown female worker: Do you have an appointment? Me: 🤦 Repeat.... The nail technician that serviced me was cool. I ended up leaving on a good note or so I thought until a my cuticle became sensitive. Then it progressed over the days into an infection 😖 I will never go back for sure. There were other customers there, some they were familiar with in which they seem to have some kind of customer service relations with. Maybe it was just my experience 😞

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done! I see Tan every single time and he does a wonderful job. The whole staff is super kind and courteous. After going to so many different nail salons I’m so glad I was able to find nails express and Tan as a permanent nail place!!

Im very picky about my nails and this place did not disappoint. Will definitely be back

Great service from the time you walk in. Tan is absolutely amazing. He takes his time and doesnt miss a thing. My legs and feet were on heaven after he was finished.

Beat nails EVER!! Stayed on for two and a half weeks and mine usually only last one week, because I bite them! Seriously BEST nails ever super even no bumps and I was given the hand massage! Great I recommend going here over ANY other nail place!

As a Fireman and construction worker, I go once a month for a pedicure. ABSOLUTELY incredible, they are incredible. I call it the cheese grater to get dead skin off feet (yea gross) but it works and I tell them to take it all. BEST PEDICURE EVER. Thank you

I have never had a more wonderful experience than I did just now. As soon as I walked in they were so friendly and accommodating. My technician took his time and repaired an uneven toenail for me, with a little acrylic. I’ve always hated the look of this nail and he made it so beautiful. I will be back for sure ❤️Extremely Clean &Extremely Friendly are just a few of all the things I noticed and recommend.

Went with a friend and I had a pedicure done with shellac and the lady didn’t paint my toenails all the way and paid 55 dollars for it. Didn’t know painting a nail correctly was rocket science. And my friend got a full set that was absolutely horrendous. The shapes weren’t even and the guy just piled nail polish at the bottom.

Wow i just had an excellent pedicure. I will absolutely return and recommend to everyone. Mary was very nice and helpful, gave me cotton swabs to take off my half-gone nail Polish while she worked on my toes. Spent quite some time massaging my feet and legs, felt amazing and she was great. I had only a little time and they fit me in right away and i was back to work on time. I am very pleased with my experience!

After a terrible experience at a different place I found Nails Express. I walked in no appointment and they accepted me...it is advisable to make an appointment. I came in with way to thick acrylics that were breaking and looked terrible. Walked out with a beautiful French manicure with my own nails!Danny took his time and did a wonderful job. Most places will file at your cuticle but here I was happy to see they seal the cuticle. In that, they stay looking great longer.The atmosphere was bright and clean. This is a successfully operated salon. Thank you!

Very polite but the nails are thin and break easy my daughter had hers done and lasted like 4 days....

They do a good job on services but the customer service is awful. The manager Andy is very temperamental and will slap your hands with the file if you’re holding them wrong. They take walk-ins with no consideration to the clients with appointments. When they run late they act like it’s your fault. The price is good but not worth the way you get treated depending on Andy’s mood. I used to recommended people to them but now would never recommend anyone to them again.

Andy made my nails look AMAZING after I had a horrendous experience at another place. I called Andy and explained what this other person did to my nails. Andy said sure, no problem I can fix it. I was so embarrassed of how the other place did my nails, I didnt want anyone to see my hands and notice how terrible my nails looked. Andy made my nails look fabulous for a affordable price. For fantastic nails at a great price, I highly suggest Nails Express.

Katie and Andy r very good at what they do!!If u ever happen to have a problem with your services just let your technician know and they will accommodate you. They pay attention to detail. I have been seeing Katie and Andy for quite some time.I have always been treated with respect. The establishment is always very clean and their tools and products are also.

I definitely wouldnt of went there if they didnt lie to me on the phone. And for the simple set that i got it was not worth it They looked great until he painted them. I now can dee how 2 of them look funny. Definitely go some place else. I could of paid 40 dollars for better nails some place else.

Went in and asked for gel nails with a snowflake and they guy did acrylic and kept messing up, went to far up on the nail and my cuticle started to bleed on multiple nails and didnt listen when I told him I wanted them short. Last time I go there.

I was very impressed on how polite everyone is. I love when I come in how im always welcomed like family. I love to stay up to date on fashion and whats trendy this salon always had the latest. The art work and designs are stellar.

I have to say that I have never experienced walking into a business and before I can even say what I need done I am told to leave because they are busy but that happened to me today at Nails Express. The lady was VERY rude. I used to have my nails done here before I moved out of town. I really hope that Andy and Katie no longer own this place. I would rate this business -10.

Apparently the man who made my nails was on a hurry because in 15 minutes he was done. Two hours later and my nails were still wet, and I tried to wash my hands and one of my nails broke. If you want pretty nails this is not a good place to go to.

Came in to get a full set of acrylic shellac nails coffin shaped super instagram fleeky. The guy that helped me was very precise And skilled he did an amazing job and it was painless. They have a new regular customer I wish I wouldve tipped a bit more absolutely amazing.

Went there for years and truly loved them with always a great experience until my last visit. When he put on the artificial nail he cut them without asking how long I wanted them and they are very short and, honestly, ugly. I told him they were too short and I didnt like them that way and after telling me he knew better than I did in how long my nails should be he started to redo them and purposely caused me a lot of pain by nicking me many times with the electric buffer causing multiple fingers to bleed then accidentally putting nail polish remover on them. He said he grabbed the wrong bottle but it was very clear he knew exactly what he did then finished up my acrylic set that looked like a blind monkey with torrettes did it and walked out for a smoke. I was shocked and pissed. After 6 years of being a vigilant customer I cant believe I was treated that was and will never go back!

Terrible service, first I walk in with my friend and they take her back after we both said we wanted pedicure so Im waiting and 24 mins go by and someone comes up to me and ask what are you waiting for ? Your friend to get done? NO Im waiting to be serviced ! So eventually they get a clue and bring me back. So I go on to tell the lady so since no one acknowledged me I want to let you know Im also getting gel full set. She says ok. So I get done with my toes and then I wait another 20 mins just literally sitting at the pedicure area for someone to tell me to go over to the nail station and then I go over there wait another 20 mins and the girl comes over and I pick out the colors and she brings the wrong damn colors over twice at that point Im just fed up and I tell them never mind I just wan to pay for my toes and be done with it !! Horrible service

I use to love coming here until one day my cousin that came out of town wanted to get her nails done, so i took her there. When we were there getting our nails done the lady that was doing her nails, was telling my cousin she was black, when it shouldnt matter if she was or not. So my cousin told her im not black im Dominican and the lady was arguing with her saying nooo you black you not dominican . I felt so uncomfortable and embarressed cause I had told my cousin it was a nice place to go but not no more !
