My daughter and I went in to get a full set to treat ourselves for the holiday.....let me tell you my nails have NEVER looked better! They were gentle and took their time to perfect everything. I was highly impressed!!! The designs for both my daughter and looked exactly like the picture I brought in. We are absolutely thrilled! Nails dont stay on for more than 2 weeks

Me and my daughter came in to get a feel and when I arrive we had to sit separately which was okay but as soon as we sat down they start talking and it seemed like they was talking about us to the point that me and my daughter looked at each other and the lady had asked was that my sister I explained I told her that was my daughter I said their problem she said no they do not do no interaction with no customers they just sit and talk among themselves, and its very uncomfortable because they be saying little stuff in their language and it just feels like theyre talking about you you can always hear like little stuff that they say that make them feel like its about you but they need to work on customer service and interacting with their customers more

I dont mind their kids...they are always pretty quite and I look at it as everyone needs to make a living one way or another.I always have great looking nails that last my 2 weeks.

I had went in there on January 26th to have my nails done I was there for over 2 hrs getting them done and not even 2 weeks they all popped off and they said I cant help u I dont know how u took care of ur nail I make the stuff at my work

Store advertises they close @7pm I even called before I drove there. I walk in to get a fill and pedicure @6:25 pm and they had one person waiting and the asked me to come back on Monday...bc they closed on Sunday! Bad part i have gotten my nails done there over 6 times. I was very upset and not to say as a customer who witnesses the children present during the business hours as well as unattended and one day i was there and one of their children pooped on the floor. They picked it up but no one put any chemicals on the floor...no bleach no water no nothing ...then a customer came in and sat right by the poop spot. The kids were running and playing and watching themselves while the parents worked. I will never go back there again as paying Customer they have crappy service. Nevertheless i went to long nails across the street he got me right in....found me a new spot...the lost a paying customer that gets a fullset n pedicure every 2 weeks

I have been sitting here for an hour and no one has tried to service me. They have kids running around everywhere breaking stuff. This has got to be the WORST nail shop in omaha

$40 for a fill after 1 week, wow never again this place is a joke,I would never recommend.
