Rude! Around 5:30-6:00pm today I went to the key machine and waited. No help came. So I saw someone down at the door area and asked the guy him to page someone to the key cutting area. He told me he was too busy and ordered me to go to the machine and wait.He refused to page anyone. Lowe’s, I am too busy to shop with stores that employ folks with that sorry attitude. So I went to Menard’s. I bought the other items I needed as well as the key I needed. They were very nice to me there. Lowe’s in in West Omaha, you are awful!

Art (Arthur), an employee working in the paint department, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding sanding, types of stain & paint, brush type and humidity levels when painting. He was genuinely interested in my project. Thanks Art!

This place never seems to be very busy. Has the usual Lowes merchandise, and is laid out as they all are. One odd thing with this store is that it seems kind of dim, not dark by any means but doesnt seem as bright as other stores.

A while back my husband and I went in to this store to order flooring and the lady that helped us was very nice and so helpful. I dont remember her name but she was probably in her late 40s and blonde. I even remember saying this to my husband. Cut to today my daughter and I went in and we were looking for stair runners and she couldnt be bothered with our stupid questions. I told my daughter wow she was really nice the last time we were in I wonder what happened and then I realized its because we didnt have a man with us. Or a tool bag on our hip.

We wanted to give a shout out to the awesome employees at the Lowes on Wright Street in West Omaha. We were pricing 3 other future projects & everyone was super helpful. Then we headed over to plumbing. We feel terrible that we did not catch his name but he was wonderful. He was working in that department by himself on July 26, 2021 & he has the patience of a saint and was able to help us turn our incoherent ramblings into all the parts and pieces we needed to install our new water softener.Thanks so much

Terrible experience at this Lowe’s. I purchased a $5000 electrical mower that I had to wait almost two weeks to receive. The day that it was supposed to be delivered I receive a call stating that all my equipment was left out in the rain….. the supervisor stated that everything “should be fine” because the batteries were wrapped in plastic. Are you serious? All of the boxes were so wet that they were falling apart and the mower itself had no tarp and still had water on it. Who in the world wouldnt move an electrical mower into position where it wouldn’t get drenched. They have lost all my future business.

We went looking for something specific that they did not have but that was ok- we had the best customer service on a Friday night... All employees we came in contact with were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us... and yes we still found stuff to buy...lol Thank you and good job Lowes!

Went to Lowe’s to pick up a few supplies today. At checkout wanted to use a $25.00 Lowe’s gift card, cashier tried several times to get the card to work and it wouldn’t. Had the receipt from Walgreens where it was purchased. She said, oh well, we have a problem with gift cards purchased at other stores. So went home and called your 800 number on the Lowe’s card and he said there’s $25.00 on it. Looked it up online and there’s $25.00 on the card.So back to your store and went to customer service to see what they would do about it. The young gal with a stud under her nose, no name tag was very rude. Said there’s nothing they can do about it, Told me call the number on the card again. Asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there’s none available, poor customer service!So we have a Lowe’s card with $25.00 on and you can’t do anything about it, bs! I bought a bag of ice melt for $7.97 seem like a pretty good price. there are several different stores that carry the same range of products as Lowes Lowes is the one thats farthest out west.

Shopping for a freezer. The Lowes employee was exceptionally helpful showing what was available on the floor. He checked other stores as well as the warehouse for freezers available to sell. I believe his name was Mark.

I honestly have no idea how Lowe’s does it. I paid to have flooring and they had all the measurements from the contractor - I went through 4 employees who just had no idea how to key in the work order. They absolutely do not care about any customer experience. Although, I honestly do believe in stupid now every time I speak to a Lowe’s employee.

Find out who your installer is! T&K Services was supposed to install our dishwasher.T&K alledgedly tried to contact me. Even though I have email, cell phone, text and voice mail...I got no message. No text. No voicemail...this was proven by my cell phone log and email.I called Lowes to find out what was going on, and T&K said we tried...Our dishwash installation was delayed 5 days...dishes were piling up.I was firm in asking for a another installer. After T&K was out of the equation, we had an installation appointment in 24 hours and we love our new dishwasher.

Super friendly staff

We stopped by to see if they had the grill I wanted. Flint was right on it. it was way in the back. Gary came along and made sure we were doing OK as well. they took us through the whole process and even loaded it.I could use those two guys at my house.It was absolutely awesome process.Lowes, you all out did yourselves with this two. The wand did not scan the big Box that I tried to buy to move and my order had to be canceled and it had to be moved to a different register it was a pain

Lowe’s is terrible at following up with installations. I’m still waiting for excess materials to be removed from my driveway. I keep calling, they keep scheduling pickups, but never show up. What does it takes? Terrible customer service. I’m annoyed, at my wits end.

Lowes always has the tools and supplies we need to get anything around the house done. The only thing to beware of is a late evening visit may make it difficult to find someone to help you find the tool/material you are looking for.

I rarely post reviews because I would rather show my loyalty by using my wallet versus complaining but I will tell you, the sign that says Customer Service in the store doesnt hold any weight. I went in because I have tried twice to get something delivered and now on the app it said back ordered but I can see they have multiple in the store. The customer service associate made me feel like the bad guy for even coming into the store!! Unbelievable!! Menards and Home Depot here I come from now on. This kind of level of service will eventually put a store out of business.

Poor customer service and support. Very disappointed this time. Ordered drywall online and was asked to call 30 mins before arriving so they could have it ready. I called 30 mins in advance and online order dept said it would be ready and to pick up under awning. It was not ready and no one was working on it. 1 hour later and having to help pick the drywall, finally got out of there. Requested a manager 2 times and no one ever came up or told me they were busy. This was at 3pm and they were not busy. You would figure if they were busy the manager would follow up with me but again no call. I purchased 40 sheets of drywall and had people waiting at the house to unload. Will take my business to home depot next time.

If you are looking for new windows and doors for your home or business, please choose either a different location or a different company to go to. You will probably deal with Brian Robinson, their exterior project specialist. He will come to your house, measure everything and then promise you that he will give you the best prices, promise you a delivery time and installation, and will be there for you every step of the way. As soon you make the order however, he will forget to put the order in, the order then takes another 3 months to be delivered, wrong order comes, and then he won’t answer any texts or phone call. Their customer service isn’t any better. They call you and tell you your order is in and ready to ship, then on that day, there is no shipment and find out that the order isn’t in at all. When you do call them, they have no idea what’s going. They contract out their installation. The install company is pretty good when they are there, however you can’t rely on them on being there on time or finishing up in a timely manner. Please if you need new windows or door, look elsewhere. There are some great companies in town to choose from.

Always have great service at the Lowe’s in West Omaha. Currently worked with Mike & Nick in building materials for a project & they made it so easy. Showed them a drawing and they figured everything out.These guys are the BEST!

Convenient and great lumber but pricier than the same stuff at competing hardware stores. You will pay a little extra for quality and pretty packaging.

I wish I could give “0” stars. I have received the most awful customer service. The associates take forever to do anything and even try to avoid helping guests. The only associates that seem to be able to do anything are the upper level managers. The worst part about this particular interaction. Kylie, the customer service manager started to talk trash about me within ear shot!...she came back to continue even after being told to leave the area by the store manager. Grow up, get off your high horse, and gain some empathy! Most importantly, remember that customers generate revenue and this is how you pay your bills.

We had an install on flooring done 2/2019. We called multiple times to get flooring repairs (was installed with gaps in the flooring). People got sent out on several occasions to repair but never got fixed. Now they are saying it is out of warranty and will not fix. Do not get anything installed from this Lowe’s as they have terrible customer service after it is installed. Terribly dishonest and poor customer service. We will never get anything installed from here again.

Ordered curbside pickup and did not have to wait very long. Got what I needed at a fair price.

In general this is a pretty good Lowes; this was the first time any hardware store did not forklift a large order on my truck. I understand about liabilities and Im willing to sign a waiver. 10 bags of cal. 5 bags of fertilizer and a saw justifies a pellet. However, the gentleman Brian (Employee) was more than willing to help. If it wasnt for him I would have given my favorite Lowes a one star. As far as ordering online, I expected my order to be together and not having to wait for the staff to pull it off the shelf. (Mind you I waited almost 72 hours before picking it up). Like all organizations, improvements just makes the business stronger. Again, this is my favorite store and will shop here over and over.

Lowes is always clean and in stock most of the time. I have never received bad service at any of the area Lowes stores.

Lowered 5 stars to 3.Lined up and stood up on the Wait here spot on the RETURNS area, waiting for my turn. An American guy just came and stood on the side also for a return. A tall older American guy staff assisted him first instead of me even though he wasnt on the line, just disgusting. Happened May 30th 2020 around 3:55pm, check your surveillance camera to verify.

Here is what happened. I went to this store being hopeful, looking for a storm door handle. The potential to buy a new storm door was there if I could not locate the door handle I was seeking.Politely (my 12 year old son was also with me) I asked the door representative where I could find storm door handles/hardware. Points down toward aisles Aisle 15 halfway down on your right side. I had a plan to buy a new storm door if the parts werent available and if cards were played right by the sales person.We walked over to that area to find absolutely no storm door handles. Walked back towards the arrogant salesman and explained that there was nothing there that would work.I went back to looking at the Pella storm doors and handles to see the quality/price differences. Mr. Arrogant chiming in as I returned back to where we first met, Those are for Pella storm doors and will only work with them. I then replied How do you know that I didnt plan on potentially buying a new storm door? I was not just looking at the handles. (my back was to him) Mr. Arrogant, You got $300 - $400 burning a hole in your pocket not including installation? I immediately responded with, Yes I do as a matter of fact, Id just install it myself, Ill just go ahead and take my business elsewhere.Then we left. As we walked out the door it was a wonderful lesson for my son to learn from this salesmans mistakes and rude behavior. So we went to Home Depot and they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff at Home Depot was much more pleasant and actually put his lunch down even though I insisted that he finish eating as we were in absolutely no hurry. It was a much further drive away, but totally worthwhile. You may or may not ever see my family shop at Lowes ever again. Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.

I placed an order online and the delivery schedule was all messed up. Went to the store and Kristina and Jessica were awesome making things right and getting me the fridge delivered next day. They flipped my online negative experience to a very positive one. I am a happy customer thanks to their actions.

Was easy to get in and out. Was able to use the self check out and got change back. Thank you Lowes for allowing people to pay with cash.

Website showed the item I was looking for had 98 in stock. Associate couldnt find any. Some excuse about someone selling the item under another code. The worst customer service EVER! Also a supervisor was suppose to check on something and get back to me but....NEVER heard back and the supervisor I dealt with was rude and belittling so I closed my Lowe’s card and refuse to go back!

They have most everything one needs

This place has stuff and other stuff. Some prices are much higher than other places. There are a few beer joints close by in case you need a beverage or two after shopping here.

Appliance department went above and beyond for me. Truly appreciate the help and time.

Been coming often for items to set up the house, including blinds. The two wonderful ladies in the blind and window covering section are the best! So helpful and happy to do so, made it a great experience.

I have to go to the Orange store for my job sometimes... I am always happier with Blue. Better customer service, better store layout. And everyone seems like they actually care about the customers. Also the late hours have been a life saver. Thanks Lowes.
